I love the stories in this podcast. Stories about regular people minus the nerve grating interviewers! These podcasters have a way of drawing out the best stories while generally remaining politically neutral. Thanks!

This podcast is incredible. You really feel the emotion of what the person who is being interviewed has gone through.

I’ve really enjoyed “Being There” thus far, moreover, it’s not like anything else in my library. I originally started listening to this show after it was teased on “OTC” & “PTBK” (other podcasts on this show’s podcast network), & I haven’t regretted it since. I really look forward to getting a new episode every week. The hosts know exactly how to balance humor, wit, & seriousness just right, & the result will leave you captivated & send you on a rollercoaster of feels depending on the episode. I’ve learned so much about other cultures & experiences, in addition to being genuinely entertained. This show is young, but with every episode they are getting better with regards to format & delivery. I’m hooked, & likely in for the long haul — thank you! Ps: the theme song sends chills down my spine...... 😍😘

Some of the guests they have had are unusual. But not a bad show at all. Definitely worth listening to.

This podcast is great. I love hearing all these interesting life stories from the people who actually live them. The hosts always ask the best questions and are funny. I highly recommend it.

I've never taken the time to review a podcast, but after listening to the first 2 full episodes, I felt compelled to do just that. Both episodes have been interesting and riveting. The second episode (Being the Victim of an Attempted Murder) gave me chills and had me choking back tears while driving. I had to pull over for a second and compose myself. I can't wait for the rest of the episodes, and I sincerely hope this podcast stays around for a very long time.

I just feel the need to thank you for inviting me into your world. I really feel like I’m sitting in your living room every time I listen to your podcast. In an attempt to absorb any and all information about this new world of Poly/Kink/whatever you call it, I am blessed to have found your podcast. It’s almost as if you hear the questions that have been rattling around in my head and answer them without my asking...are you two made of magik? After finally seeing a picture of the two of you, I am convinced that you are. Maybe someday you’ll come visit us in Portland Oregon and I can worship you in person. Okay, I hope this is an acceptable review; it’s my first ever...le sigh... In Adoration Naughty-Yeah!

I love how this show doesn’t shy away from difficult topics, but it doesn’t push them either. The end result is what sounds like a conversation between good friends, and I feel honored to be able to listen in.
