What are your options on Findom

Your poorly researched and mostly unsubstantiated chitter-chatter about Ellen DeGeneres was highly irresponsible and shameful. Don’t gossip and don’t gloat in the perceived missteps of others. It just looks bad on you folx.

Being a black queer person from the US, you sometimes are very critical of the media you consume, especially pertaining to our community. I found this podcast by chance, and will admit that it took time to grow on me...but it truly has been a joy to learn about LGBTQIA+ issues from a different country. Maybe Australians do it better than Americans? Their commentary is interesting, as well as they guests they bring (listen to the Ro Allen, episode! Do yourself that favor) from politicians to entertainers in the community. Additionally, they’re not willing to “go there” and discuss hard issues on cornerstones in queer culture. In my experiences, the thoughts/opinions of white/white-passing gays err on the side of being homogeneous as times. I’d thought I’d see the same thing here...but I’m VERY glad I took the time to be proven wrong.

EDIT: since I can’t delete this review, I will instead edit it. I feel I spoke too harshly, but I can’t seem to express my thoughts in a more constructive manner yet.

They are very funny, insightful and incisive. In many ways the Information Age has become the misinformation age and many queer podcasts are out there making a lot of conjecture based on assumptions & misunderstandings. These guys read & listen. They know what they know & they know what the don’t. They acknowledge where they are not experts but nonetheless try to break down world events & queer culture intelligently & with levity. I love this podcast.

I fell in love with these guys - and their accents - not too long ago, and have been avidly binging their back catalogue! They are so funny, and bring real charm and sexiness to myriad topics. Whatever they pick to talk about, I want to hear their thoughts!

I’m an avid listener of all kinds of podcasts but The Gays are Revolting is one of my absolute favorites. The guys are genuine, well informed, funny and charming! I devour every episode as soon as they are posted. Each guy brings in a unique voice to the conversation which makes the podcast both relatable and enlightening. I can’t recommend it enough!!

This is such a tender, honest, and comical dialogue about gay life. Very interesting, sexy, and unafraid to broach subjects not normally discussed in “polite” conversation.
