Michaelb171Good content, rough audioLove the content but can barely hear interviews even with my audio maxed.
-
Krosie111The best running podcastThank you Citius for bringing us the best track and field/running coverage out there! The Olympic coverage was so thorough and entertaining, and I’ve loved hearing from the biggest names in the sport with great interviewing and conversation in general. Keep it up!
-
doctorjenrunnerBest source of all things track and fieldLong time listener and had to drop by with a review after listening to all the amazing Olympic coverage. Caught up on the last Torch Talk while running a workout and Katelyn ranting about not tolerating any Quincy Wilson hate had me so fired up I was able to blast through some intervals. Love her energy so much. I appreciate the whole team - and Aisha was a great add as well. Im just a regular middle aged mid-pack marathon runner, but Citius Mag let’s me feel so well connected to the sport. Thanks Chris and team - and keep up the good work!
-
MvxsThe Goat of Running PodcastsNothing excites me more than when I see a fresh episode of this podcast drop. Chris is such a thoughtful interviewer and commentator. Him and the entire Citius team are top tier. I can’t recommend Citius to enough people!
-
sara cavCitius Mag is a LifestyleLongtime Citius follower and I had to pop on here to say that the Trials/Olympics Squad this year has been absolutely ELITE. Every single contributor brings their own unique pizazz to the party. Mitch, Kara, and Eric on Good Morning T&F, where have you been all my life. Add Aisha to the permanent roster PLEASE! Katelyn always prepping me to run through a brick wall. Mac chiming in from the peanut gallery with Takes! Anderson with that cool as a cucumber energy. And you know we’re all waiting with baited breath for Paulie Throws on the phone a friend. Keep doing big things for our sport!
-
MT RADIOTHE 1 AND ONLY!I loved every episode! The night cap was always my favorite part. Katelyn IS A STAR! Idc what anybody says. Her energy made me love the sport more than I already did as a former track runner. I too was dying off of Eric’s comments. I watched Aisha run in college and hearing her perspective is beautiful. Continue the great work Chris! Dealing with these personalities everyday must be exhausting but you make it easy and fun.
-
Jessica GettlemanThanks for helping us love track & field!Best track & field podcast out there. I looked forward to watching Torch Talk after each day of the Olympics almost as much as watching the competition itself. Shoutout to Chris and his team for all their hard work throughout the trials and the Olympics. The podcast was equal parts informative and entertaining. Unlike Ross from Cincinnati, I love Eric and Mitch’s contributions. Eric’s actually hilarious, and Aisha’s laughter and reactions to his comments made everything 10x funnier. I loved her commentary on all the distance races and how Mitch always made sure to shoutout all the Aussies. Also have to recognize Paulie Throws for his amazing, professional, and thorough field event coverage. His excitement was contagious and I hope you bring him on full-time after college.

upperwestside22Keeps getting better!Have been listening to citius’s various podcasts over the last few years and I think the crew they assembled for the Olympics was the best yet for these big events — they make track and field relatable, interesting, and funny. Chris, Eric, Mac, Australian guy, Aisha, Karen all brought their own touch and it was really enjoyable to listen to.

soccerlax2121The devil works hard but citius mag works harderLoved every second of torch talk during the olympics. I would constantly refresh your live youtube waiting for you guys to come on after each session because I could not wait to hear your takes, opinions, and banter. Each night it lived up to the hype and had me cracking up in my apartment. Really happy that this is the crew at the forefront of bringing track and field to the mainstream. Can’t wait to continue to hear the stories of all the olympians that i’m sure will be on the podcast over the next few weeks! You guys rock

peter sagan's elbowBest model for niche sports podcastThe team does a great job of being both informed and aware of current events. They are articulate without getting too granular.
-
SteveNYC19895 Golden StarsLove having the Citius crew keeping me company during my runs. As a marathon runner, always up for taking tangents. The combination of insights and humor is the perfect recipe for track fans and sports fans in general.
-
ellie17163Best T&F Podcast!!Discovered this podcast during the Paris Olympics and immediately fell in love with their track & field coverage. These folks are equally informative and entertaining! I have a strong feeling Citius Mag will keep me invested in T&F content long after these Olympic games are over.
-
rgorseNew track and field fanI am just starting to learn about this sport as my kids start to compete; Citius Mag has fed my new obsession, helping me cement my fandom. So much respect for the athletes. stellar insight into strategy and all aspects of the sport. Most of all, setting a new standard for well-edited yet thorough coverage. I’d love to spend an hour or twenty with any of their podcasters!
-
Nat_EmmaEverything T&F that you need!!Incredible coverage and up to the minute for everything T&F!! Amazing work, Citius team! You guys never miss a beat and the interviews are the perfect balance of informative and entertaining and downright hilarious. Please keep the banter and good humor going!!!
-
countrylvr12Made me a track fan!Torch talk was one of my favorite parts of the 2024 Olympics! Chris and the crew brought tons of energy to recapping all the races and made me more invested in the athletes than I was before. They also did the hard hitting journalism, like why there was only one Taylor Swift song playing in the stadium. Thanks so much for all of your work during the Olympics and now I’m excited to follow Diamond League to see how many of these athletes do!
-
Cam 😄😀😀👍😊😝😛🙂👍😄😀Just so entertainingLoved every second of torch talk, citius always has the best coverage. Great insights and takes from everyone on the cast, loved listening to Eric Mitch Chris and Aisha, so funny always.

LBLB88Citius Mag is IT!Citius is in my rotation of ~8 podcasts I listen to regularly, and it is by far my favorite. The team is professional, empathetic, funny, and so knowledgeable—I learn more about the running world every time I listen. I loved their coverage of the Trials and the Olympics, and wish we could experience more episodes with the whole crew! 10/10
-
aubslsJ’adore l’athlétisme et Citius Mag!I started listening to Citius back during the Tokyo Olympics as a casual track fan who enjoyed watching during the Olympics, but nothing besides that. I just love a long form podcast recap and that’s exactly what Citius is incredible at! This podcast is the reason I’ve been huge track & field fan ever since, so I was so excited for Torch Talk to be back for 2024. Everyone on the Citius team is fantastic (I’d give everyone an A+ on my report card, no issues with the mental discipline and language in my book iykyk). Love you guys and can’t wait to see what the future brings to Citius!
-
durangotheaInformative and entertaining!Citius Mag is one of my favorite sources for all things track and field. This podcast is full of fun and informative interviews with athletes, coaches, and major players in the sport. Their USA trials recaps and Olympic/world champs recaps are priceless. One of the best parts of the games!
-
LpovlichThe best!I’ve been listening to Citius Mag for a couple years now and they have the most insightful track and field coverage out there! Their passion for the sport comes through in everything they do. I especially appreciate their interviews with athletes that get us to cheer for them on and off the track. Finally, the daily 2024 Olympic coverage was outstanding and highly entertaining :)
-
christin hoffMust listenCame to this sport late. Did not follow anything track and field for the first 30 years of my life. Now I can’t get enough. My husband and sisters came to me all Olympics long for the back stories behind the athletes and I have CITIUS to thank for the info! The absolute best coverage all Olympics long; it’s going to be a rough couple weeks not having the daily episodes but “don’t be sad that it’s over; be happy that it happened” Thank you!
-
EgannapaTorched it!Awesome Olympics coverage, looked forward to it every day!
-
Kelly leightonBest running podcast out thereParis coverage was 10/10! Keep up the great work.
-
tsfortinI love track and field!Feeling a void in your life? Fill it here. 10/10 would recommend. This is the only way to keep up with all the track and field news. All the breaking news, hot takes, and perfect level of profanity.
-
CSpiveI love Track and Field!I was never a Track and Field super fan until Ali on the Run referenced Citius Mag. Now Citius Mag and all their contributors are my favorite part of T&F coverage. Now that the Olympics are over, I don’t know what I’m going to do without Torch Talk and Good Morning Track and Field. Thanks for your passionate work, Citius team. You are good for the sport!
-
Hailey.b523I <3 Track and FieldLoved all of the previews, analysis, and reporting of the Paris 2024 track and field events. Great job to the whole Citius team!
-
kellz1528Simply the bestThis podcast has brought track and field back to life. No one does it like them. Thank you for all the great content and laughs 🙌🏼
-
Activegirl59The Best in the Biz!If you are a track and field nerd and / or someone who likes watching people run fast or jump high- THIS is your podcast. All year round they have great guests and are always at the “happening” events. It is a wonderful mix of seriousness and fun . Take a chance on this podcast you won’t regret it!
-
Kate 0619PhenomenalSuch great storytelling and coverage. I was a competitive road runner before listening to this podcast, but didn’t follow the sport at all. Now I’m watching Diamond League’s, staying up late to stream races on the west coast and more. Absolutely love the pod!
-
Ksboom2Informative and entertainingThe go to place for everything track and field (and road racing). There is always a moment where Jenkins has me cracking up. I love that they all take it seriously but not too seriously.
-
Spunge24I ❤️ track and field bc of citius magThey make it so accessible and easy to follow along with track and field events. Love the podcast and thank you for everyone’s insight and knowledge in addition to the coverage!
-
ElparsonsI miss the torch talks already 😭The Olympic content was incredible and I feel like they all became my best friends and I miss them already!!!
-
MagsfulhamAwesome PodI've been listening for a while and love listening to all of the network pods. I've don't believe that I've ever written a review and felt like I needed to after the Olympic pod review email that you read. I agree with everything comment that the dude said but disagree with the grades. A's across the board! Love your coverage. Keep it up.
-
Baker7689Hit it out of the park!Once again, the entire Citiusmag crew hit a home run on covering the Olympics track and field competition! Expertise, insightful commentary, humor (so much great humor), and lots of trash talk - they have it all in a great package. This is just the latest in outstanding coverage. Go get some sleep you guys - you’ve earned it!
-
♥the formatI LOVE TRACK & FIELD & THIS PODCASTI never knew what a void was in my life until this podcast filled it. The coverage across all meets, from “smaller” meets to diamond leagues to global championships/olympics is stellar. The BTS and “hot takes” are the kind of detail and perspective I need! Honestly, this must be how my friends who love Bravo feel. The podcast is respectful of journalism but doesn’t shy away from the topics we all want to hear. And to the guy who said the podcasts are “too long” & tore into all the commentators - why do you listen? These guys are crushing it and honestly because of the review they read on Torch Talk is the reason I’m finally writing this long overdue review so I guess it paid off! I’m here for the personalities, the tangents, and all the track reporting in between. I LOVE CITIUS!

EC603Best t&f podcast out thereNever change.
-
MTj2HLove Citius Mag!Inside in-depth track, and field, talk by those who live it, know it and get it. Great companion to The Lap Count. Thanks for growing this great sport! Chavis runs a good ship. Very good conductor. Spicy!! Eric Jenkins and Aisha Praught-Leer could have a spin off pod. Easy to listen to. Good give and take. Thoughtful insight. Funny. APL laugh is infectious. Eric Jenkins is legit funny. Also … a little addition by subtraction but until then I have the 15 second FF feature.

B-RYE99F the Cincinnati guy, Citius Mag gets an A+I happened to stumble upon the Citius Mag pod about 6 months ago. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I have found podcasts to be a source of calm for me; combine that with my love of track and field , it seemed like a match made in heaven. I was hooked after the first episode I listened to. Every episode has the perfect balance of information, analysis, and entertainment . And no matter what anyone says, the “swear words” and “wandering tangents” are gold. I never expected to be full-on belly laughing at a track and field podcast, but the walls of my kitchen have heard some cackles as of late. I’m STILL laughing at Eric’s commentary on Williams’ pencil /car quote. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Citus Mag. I went into these Olympics more informed and genuinely excited for events that I never really paid that much attention before. It’s no exaggeration that after most days of watching the coverage here in the states, my first thought was , I can’t wait until the episode drops tonight. Above all, the love everyone has for the sport radiates through the screen/speakers. As a former track athlete and a forever track nerd, it makes my heart happy to see the contributions you guys are making to help drive the sport forward. I don’t know what the guy from Cincy was smoking , but on my report card, everyone gets an A+ I wish nothing but continued success and growth. Thank you for all you’re doing! Bryan / Orlando, FL
-
Kaarms29Best Track & Field PodcastThe Paris coverage has been amazing - I didn’t think anything could come close to the 2022 or 2023 champs chats, but this week is really giving those a run for their money! Love the additions of Mitch, Eric & Aisha!
-
fastest guy in my neighborhoodBest running podcast I’ve ever listened toThe best track podcast out there for any and all thinks running. These folks love track and field!
-
brooksphillyReport CardEric Jenkins: A Funniest takes on the show, great hair, fantastic body, please wear sun screen and keep cursing. Chris C: A Show would not be possible if not for him, also bought me a random tequila shot at trials for my photography friend and me. True OG. Mac: A Boxing legend, that was the coolest thing I’ve seen in a time where running was insanely sterile. “Australian”: A Great accent Kyle Merber: F Au revoir, Michael Johnson et Grand Slam veux prendre toi. RIP. Aiesha: A Should be a sports betting millionaire Keep podding, keep cursing
-
Lauren Ann 19Track nerds unite! How about the second after the men’s 1500 (well after I caught my breath) I started refreshing my podcast app waiting for the CITIUS crew’s take on it. Their take is like being a fly in the wall of the best track conversations. PS I had to go into the office the next day and was actually excited for the commute because I was so looking forward to listening!
-
K DodgeA must listen for running fansOne of the best running podcasts out there.
-
SaraMMorThe best in the bizChris Chavez has built the most impressive niche sports media company there is. The in-depth analysis and quantity of content is astonishing. Especially during the Trials, the Olympics, etc., I eagerly await the daily pods to recap the races and hear predictions. You all get an A+ in my book. ;)
-

BigMomEnergyGo To Source For All Things Track and FieldThe podcast is great all year round but the team is especially excellent in their coverage of major track and field competitions. The knowledge, color commentary and infectious enthusiasm almost makes you feel like you’re there at the Olympics, trials, Worlds, etc Excellent podcast!
-
whichjenLove this podcast!Happened upon this podcast because of its Trials and Olympics coverage, and I love it! I listen to a decent amount of running podcasts, but this one is the best one when it comes to the actual nuts and bolts of the sport. Eric Jenkins is a hoot.
