M0mmaNewbie Ween-erNewish Ween fan, went to my first Ween Concert this year and I wish I would have found your podcast before I had gone. Love it all.

KingTubby522Get back to basomThis show was great but trying to completely reinvent the wheel has been a mistake. I get it. Evan likes Ween now. Just find someone else to try to convince. ANYONE else. It’s not tricky. Maybe I’m alone, but I don’t listen for interviews or now we’re hearing Ween covers. I just like the formula of trying to get someone to like the band and discussing the songs. Love you guys but just get back to the original idea. Evan just changes teams. It’s gonna be alright, you just gotta transition back to basom.

HeLike-A-DaJuice3 thumbs up!!Great People, Great Laughs and best of all... GREAT JAMS!! Give it a listen and when you agree, give some love on a review and support these guys (and a gal!)

jchillz420LegitFunny, intelligent, and likable group of friends talking about ween and having a good time. I’m a huge ween fan, but the cast is so good that they could talk about anything and be a good listen. The unfolding drama of Evan’s feelings toward ween will keep me coming back for more.

elninboGreat podEven if you’ve only tangentially heard of Ween, there’s something to like about this podcast. Like many others, I’ve been listening to help curate my own exploration of the band. It doesn’t hurt that these folks are seriously funny. You’ll be laughing and cursing Evan in every episode. Good stuff.

Daddy Unscripted PodcastA Pleasant Surprise! So, I would have maybe said "I sorta like Ween" before listening to this podcast. I play them maybe once every few months at work (much to the chagrin of my office mate). I crack up at a lot of their lyrics and definitely appreciate their music and their exploration of so many genres. But, this put me into a completely different stratosphere. Yes, I sometimes felt like I was intruding on some inside jokes that weren't meant for me... but I absolutely got over that. Funny to hear the progression of Evan's thoughts on the band during the course of their journey.

Sgt.JingleThe Pod (cast for me)A friends a friend who knows what being a friend is, talking with a friend. This podcast was a delight. Funny people trying to turn their funny friend on to Ween the greatest band walking the earth. Will, Katie, Paul, producer Mikey, and of course Evan are all hilarious. I hope they do some more. 5 bagledorfs.

red sovineWhy?You jerks know less about movies than you do about Ween. Discraceful, uninformed and just plain stupid. Which is pretty much your wheelhouse. Oh, You do have great jokes though. *eye-roll I hope Porchester is ugly for each and everyone of you snotty sychophats and that you all wind up face down on the concrete. Evan I have spmething special for you!

Mikecirca1976The 3 Stooges Approach to Introducing Ween to FriendsI want to apologize in advance for the review to follow. This podcast is supposedly intended as a way for a drug mellowed school teacher and his cohorts to sway their friend Evan’s opinion of the great band Ween. How they go about that is counterproductive to the entire point, as they seem to play the more obscure tracks first and save the obvious choices, the songs that even a wet blanket like Evan would appreciate, for later. Honestly guys, is Mikey the only one that gets what you’re attempting to do? Overall, though, I’d give a 10 Bageldorf review, if I could.

I am undergoing an exhaustion-based molecular disintegration solely because I listen to this podcast in absence of sleep. Someone please help I cannot stop, I beg of you please release me. Five stars, would recommend.

genbotzcome for the ween, stay for the evani’ve been listening to this podcast for a while; i started listening because i’m obsessed with the band ween, but i stayed because i wanted to see if evan could be won over. fast forward like ten months and now i’m convinced that boognish has smiled upon evan. all the hosts are hilarious, and they are slowly bringing evan into the light. give this podcast a chance and you’ll have an opportunity to be shown the light too!

JackStrawFromWichitaThis Podcast Changed My Life, MangBefore this podcast, I was only a casual listener of Ween. I now live with my freaky girlfriend Monique and her dogs (Gener and Deaner) and her cat (Mr. Fancy Pants) in a van down by the river. All we do all day is listen to Ween and go to shows when possible, and every million years or so we listen to the new episode of our favorite podcast, God Ween Evan. At night we sit around the fire to keep warm and eat our pork roll, egg and cheeses as I play The Argus on my acoustic guitar to put the animals to sleep. I lost my job at Walmart because everything that came out of my mouth was Ween lyrics, and I couldn’t hear anything anyone said to me because I could only hear the sweet sounds of Ween emanating through my earbuds. Because of Paul I sorta drifted along into heavy psychedelic experimentation and the Boognish has appeared to me multiple times now. I write this review because the Almighty Boognish said unto me that I shall review his favorite podcast, the holiest and most brown of all shows in the audio format. He promised that if I did so, and continued on the path of righteousness I have set forth upon, greatness would follow, just as it had for the Ween brothers, and the prophets Will, Paul and Kate. He warned that if I did not, terror would ensue as it had for the infidel Evan Kaufman on television for all to see. If you, too, would like to follow the Boognish along the path of righteousness, or if you are just like a good comedy podcast, listen to God Ween Evan, it’ll change your life mang!

diggy7980Great PodcastFirst off, these Alt-right SummerStock stage hands actually think they are funny, the only funny one is Evan. As I listen, Paul loves the subway, we get it. Katie just loves circus themed Ween songs and Will is chasing a 5 Boogni review, got one, but turned it down🤔. And I really don’t know where Michael fits in, but he can stay. I will say that Evan has made my commute through Boston traffic much more hateful, and the constituents of the metro Boston area do not appreciate it. All in all, this is a great Podcast and I enjoy listening to it. My favorite band and a bunch of nobodies, perfect.

halftimehoboSomething for EveryoneI was gravely concerned when I first discovered this podcast on my sixteen year-old-son’s phone. I have to admit, I was invading his privacy, but it was with good intent. We all know how young men and women can be influenced by the Internet, and when I saw “God, Ween, Evan” in his library, panic overtook me. I first assumed he had been led astray by some online evangelist or cult leader by the name of Evan. As I began listening, however, I soon realized that Evan is simply a harmless creature in search of his own identity. Although the music these city folk listen to is exactly why I don’t go to the city, I did enjoy the country tunes they played one show. A lot of what the hosts say makes no sense to me whatsoever. I continue to listen, however, because they believe two Trumps would be better than one for our great country, and they regularly mention my favorite fast food chain, Subway. Eat Fresh!

MeisterSmudgeListen to this with your own bare handsSpoiler Alert! Sometimes Evan doesn’t like Ween as much as he should and it makes me so mad that I clench my jaw and grind my teeth so hard that all 28 of my teeth break and fall out. But then he likes Ween and gives 5/5 bageldwarfs and I orgasm so ferociously that a full new set of teeth bust through my gums. This happens a few times every episode. My car is unclean but my dentist isn’t concerned. I am pleased. 5 boogni + 5 thumbs up = a perfect 10.

briTunes428Blue!Really great podcast. The early 90s were an amazing time for pop music experimentation, and bands like this were at the forefront of a sort of nerd-rock movement. I’m glad Evan has, slowly, come around to the music, and therefore I think it’s time to dive, head-first, into Ween’s first album, which I feel has been thus far underrepresented. Seriously, I can’t wait for you guys to present him with the triple-shot of awesome that is Undone - The Sweater Song, Buddy Holly, and Say It Ain’t So. Love and light, Brian A. Costello

Adam CleHeroic featYou may begin “God Ween Evan” optimistic. Who’s this Evan guy? He was introduced as someone with relatively good taste in music. Premise seems doable. Flash forward to Episode 15. Evan is played “Take Me Away” and he describes it as: Elvis, lounge, jangly, take me away, kazoos, Frank Zappa, yacht rock, tongue roll, crazy Who in their right mind describes music this way? Frustrating and Hilarious at the same time. Very entertaining. Highly recommended

:$&:&;&One of my Favorite PodcastsIf this podcast were a song by Ween it would be "The Argus". This is because well respected people everywhere consider it to be one of the best, while bottomfeeding cretins (Evan) don't like it. Joking aside, this is a really great podcast, regardless if you are a fan of Ween or not.

Austin MatulkaAwesome Sound!!!Here we see three up and coming comedians try and convince there other comedian friend Evan Kaufman (also known The guy who said Bin Laden on 100,000 Pyramid) To like the best band ever Ween! See as they mention Pop-culture references that only 10% of there audience will understand. Also see as they get angry at Evan for not liking a certain ween song. But actually if you like ween I would certainly not skip this amazing Podcast.

TomJoS232You’re just a podcast to me.I really enjoy this podcast very much. I am a huge fan of Ween but I believe even if you have no familiarity with the band or are on an Evan-level of disdain/outright hatred of the band, you will still find that the hosts do an amazing job at entertaining listeners. It’s a lot of fun listening to these out of touch New York improv actors complain about the subway or reminisce about their younger drug addled days. Oh and they also talk about Ween sometimes. I jest, but for real, listen to this podcast, it is fantastic.

Banangie T!You’ll love itTo Ween or not to Ween? Doesn’t matter, you’ll still love this podcast. It’s funny as hell. It’s refreshingly real. And it’s funny as hell. Full of tales of love, life, friendship...and the best goddamn music to ever exist. And it’s funny as hell. Evan’s not half bad either!!
-
Cosmic LionReal quality contentNothing like trying to force a friend to like the greatest band in the world, right? Ween 's music soars over the billboard charts with the air-speed velocity of an unladen Stallion. Each members of this crack team of Ween-sassins hones in on specific nuances of the Beatles from New Hope and highlights those qualities in a fun and amusing way. Evan however can't seem to get it through his beautifully handsome skull that this band rules. However I kinda’ don’t want him to cause then the pod(cast) is over. Weather you enjoy this cast with your morning coffee or your morning acid-filled-brown booze, with friendly yet recently released old prospectors on ski lifts or with your bromey from another homey, just chill, this shows got soul. All aboard, all aboard the Poopship.
-
CarmandersReminds you why you love ween.Every ween fan has an Evan in their lives, which makes the show so relatable. The group is fun and entertaining, and you will gain a new appreciation for all of the songs they play.

Josh406Fun stuffGreat idea for a podcast. I’ve been around a few people that refuse to enjoy Ween, so it feels very relatable. I love Ween and think this podcast is a fun listen.
