In 2006, Shimon Kolyakov and his brother Rubin Kolyakov from the Queens, NY Bukharian community along with Yosef Davis, started TorahAnytime in order to give their friends and family the ability to experience Torah classes wherever they were, whenever they wanted.Today, TorahAnytime is the largest library of originally recorded Torah videos in the world, with 70,000+ Torah videos from more than 1000 different speakers.
