lemoneekDelay in arresting Minneapolis copsI understand the frustration, anger, questions surrounding the delay in arresting the 4 cops who killed or abetted in the killing of George Floyd. The Minneapolis police have a union contract, not unlike most major cities in the U.S. One issue that will come up in trials or sentencing is that of due process, according to that contract. I am not condoning what happened, or didn’t. But police unions and contracts, as well as precedent and Supreme Court cases, are huge barriers to doing anything to police who kill or use violent tactics. We aren’t just dealing with police, but also with the legal and judicial players.

PacerGirl2015Wonderful ConversationsLove checking in with Jonathan and Tara once a week. Love hearing their conversations with their friends and fellow Hollywood types. It’s a really nice break from all the doom and gloom in the world these days. Thank you both so much for toughing it out and offering us a beacon in these dark days!

julieAnnLilySomething valuable on each showActors speaking with other actors & directors may sound Blah in these times but the conversations are interesting, deep, a little political and I get a nugget of something useful for my life in every episode.

A Hugh/3 of 5 fanLove this!I was already a fan of Jonathan on Star Trek, and now I’m a fan of him outside of it. He’s so fun and funny to listen to! And he just says what he feels. I guess what I love is that this show is honest and up front about what they cover, and they don’t shy away from tough topics. They’re inclusive, the shows are well thought out, and they aren’t slanted. I hope this goes on for a long time. Thank you to everyone who makes this thing happen.

853753Wonderful Podcast! It’s engaging, educational, and hope inspiring in the current times. It’s political but not preachy and fosters honest conversation. I can now add another project to the list of content I look forward to!

Christina WertherFantastic Podcast!I listened to the first episode because of Jeri Ryan and was hooked! I look forward to it every week and I appreciate the intellectual conversations about politics while also being fun. And I’m learning so much about Hollywood! Johnny and Tara are great together too!!

45536775Political without pissing me off!Ok. I’m a Star Trek fan. But I found this podcast because of Stephanie Miller. And there is so much “amazing” content here, I can’t quit it!! I love that Jeri Ryan is so passionate about not using plastic that her husband calls her a bag lady. (I’m inspired!) And that Kyra Sedgewick is also a recycling guru-but more so —she shared very personal #metoo moments. It’s a smart fun political (but not too political) look into celebrity friendship (but not too celebrity!)

Nebri8Never remain silent!Jonathan Del Arco and Tara have created such a valuable platform for not only celebrities to speak their minds, but really for anyone who feels that remaining silent on politics is not an option. I’m looking forward to hearing points of view from various seats around the aisle. We need to build bridges and having rational discussions is a very important first step. I highly recommend this podcast and am anxiously awaiting what is to come!

WalfordThomFun to be had by allJonathan and Tara are great fun. They have a great rapport with each other and the guests. You can simply tell how much fun they are all having in each other’s company. It is a great mix of Hollywood dish and politics. Make yourself a mimosa and enjoy the fun

David-M.Fun, Enlightening & EnergizingJonathan and Tara were so much fun to listen to as they shared their friendship & activism and inspired us with stories from Jeri Ryan. I agree with the premise that actors are people too, who have beliefs and the right to express them. I’m inspired by their compassion and commitment to diversity and thoughtfulness of the environment we all share. P.S. Tara has to watch all of Star Trek now. Hahaha! Ok maybe not but I will be interested as a newbie what her take will be on Star Trek Picard. #llap 🖖🏽
