MissslivelyI love this podcastBipolar disorder is something that a lot of people don’t talk openly about. On Alicia Bognanno’s episode on her bipolar, I’ve never felt so understood. I’ve never had anyone describe the struggle of bipolar so accurately. It was healing for me and I’m so grateful Dr. Mike has addressed it on his podcast. The more the better! Thank you so much for all you do! Hearing about other people that are bipolar and on the struggle-bus helps my mental health tremendously.

SthomasBHelpful, interesting, importantMusicians accompany us through the best of times, the worst of times. We often forget that the highs and lows of songs often reflect what’s going on with the artists. This podcast helps musicians and fans learn how to improve and maintain mental health, which allows the creation and appreciation of the music that is the soundtrack to our lives.
