    A fantastic rock podcast!
These guys go deep on albums I loved growing up and get cool guests from bands I still listen to daily. The Wolf and Action Jackson have a great back and forth and I can’t wait to hear what they’ll talk about each week. From a 40 year old classic record one week to a live concert review the next and interviews with legends, I try not to miss it. And their monthly First Concert Memories show is always fun!

Just the kind of podcast I like
One of my top music podcasts! These guys are right in the wheelhouse of the music I love and their mix of album reviews, concert reviews, and interviews are a great combination. In addition, the whole American-English contrast adds more variety to the entire experience. Highly recommended!

    Mac B—what’s not to love?!
Rush, maiden, rock and on and on and on. Mac and Jackson are old of to have been there seen that and young enough to make classic rock still relevant. Fresh takes. Just enjoyed the Signals podcast. My man Mac B has energy and soul in spades. Hang the irons! Chip

Great album reviews. And now great interviews.
Love listening to two old friends discuss the albums that shaped them as fans. There is a depth of knowledge that shows they truly appreciate the music they discuss. I feel like I learn something new with every episode. I really enjoyed the recent episode about Deep Purple’s classic album Machine Head. I knew Smoke on the Water but had never listened to the whole album. Mac and Action Jackson talked about how things like including a keyboard gave the band a somewhat different sound compared to other music of the day. In listening to the album for the first time, I could hear exactly what they were talking about. The album seems to almost transcend genre just like they discussed. Beautiful to hear. And it was great to be introduced to like they did. Thanks guys. And now they are doing a great job with interviews. Because they are real fans with in depth knowledge of the subjects, they easily connect with guests. Makes for great chemistry and interviews that are easy to listen to. Well done and keep them coming.

    Mac B
Genuinely enjoy this program. I first came across Mac when I interviewed him on a podcast of mine, and I’ve been an avid listener since. If you’re someone who just likes to talk about music, or listen to others talk about it and talk at your speakers while you’re listening to them do so, this is the podcast for you. Keep up the great work you two!
