Sheila Shepherd was 22 when her body was discovered on Nov. 25, 1980, inside her Saratoga Springs, New York apartment.She was found naked, bound and gagged, with a five-inch steak knife in her abdomen. Investigators believe she had been suffocated two days before she was found, and stabbed after she died.
