Love Y’all, if you love movies tune in…
At this point I listened to most episodes even about movies and reviews of movies I’m never gonna watch just because I love the discussion between you guy, yesterday July 27 2022 I had to work a 16hr shift and I played this podcast from beginning to end ‼️‼️

    Aaron Dicer
Aaron Dicer is a terrific host. I mostly tune in to listen to his thoughtful opinions.
  • Aaron but not THAT Aaron
    Vanilla.... apparently...
Apparently I'm supposed to add "Vanilla" to the title. But for real, I love the show. It's quick and concise, but what I love most is that you can tell that there is a general positivity about movies and a mindset of they WANT to like each movie. Plus, Dicer does a great job breaking down themes and messages that make me love or at least understand a movie more. Also, I kind of really dig when Dicer gets preachy on a subject, so there's that.

    Entertaining and well structured!
I love this show! I know what I’m in for every week and I am happy for it. Aaron is very positive and Andrew has great insight. The segment and bits are great, and I look forward to the show each week.

    Entertaining but...
First off, I am completely of the belief that the beauty of movies is the difference in opinion that we can have and with solid beliefs/“evidence” to point to in the movie. BUT the Andrew guy often sounds like someone who refuses to even try to see a movie from a different point of view or even attempt to see why someone likes something. Sounds like a “comic nerd” (for lack of better term) way too much after listening to many of these. Only loves Avengers and Joker but will argue down any other movie he doesn’t like and can’t point to actual points as to why. Either way, I still like this podcast good enough for what it is. Like Dicer a lot because he seems to be someone who always has an open mind toward other people’s thoughts and opinions.

The credits in the Mandalorian were from MonCalamari 😉
This is such a fun movie/pop culture podcast to listen to! Aaron’s enthusiasm and positivity is a breath of fresh air and Andrew’s sense of humor is right up my alley! So if your looking for a great movie podcast and you don’t mind trying to visualize the pictures Andrew is pointing at on an audio podcast, listen to Siftpop!

A Podcast that will make you crave Vanilla Ice Cream.... it’s Siftpop (Dicer voice)
Siftpop is one of the best movie review podcasts there is. These two cohosts provide such a fun breathe of optimism into all films, even when it’s a film they hate both search for the positives in it. Andrew has a great way of defending his opinion on a film especially their episodes on Sorry to Bother You and Joker. Aaron has such a brilliant way of wording his thoughts on films that really puts you in his heads space and also allows for a broader critical on films. This show has really helped me understand how discuss film, since listening I’ve started my own podcast All That Film and I don’t think I’d have the same passion if I hadn’t found this show! Keep it up #Vanilla4Life -Hay

    If Vanilla is too Exciting
If Vanilla is too exciting for you, than you’ll probably love this show. Enjoy it with a side of plain crackers, unbuttered popcorn, or plain white rice. Truly a great show. Been listening for years and don’t think I’ll stop.

Great podcast reviews of current films
Such a great show! I love the fact that I can listen in to the non-spoiler episode and get some extra content (SiftQuest and Best Ever Challenges!). Aaron and Andrew have great chemistry and I love the fact that they don't always agree. Highly recommended for any movie fan! (Also, Aaron said reviewers should plug their podcasts, so Aaron and Andrew, this is your official invite to guest on the Hugos There Podcast at hugospodcast.com.)

    I love Vanilla!
Siftpop makes it easy-peasy to stay current with the many movies coming out week after week. The format is consistent and the hosts, Aaron and Andrew have a genuine passion for movies. What’s most impressive to me is how they’re able to articulate their thoughts in a way that casual movie goers (such as myself) can appreciate and understand. Each episode is a delight. Highly Recommend!

Love the show and back and forth between Aaron and Andrew. One of my big inspirations to start my own podcast this summer!

    Professional and organized format
The segmentation works really well here where a lot of others in this topic don't take the time. A family-friendly general discussion on current film and tv with lots of puns and humor to keep it light. One of my go-to pods after a movie comes out to hear my thoughts echoed and discussed expertly. Highly recommended!!

    Usually sometime on Saturday

    Very Entertaining!
A splendid movie podcast consisting of several very amusing segments uniquely covering different aspects of pop culture. The hosts are relaxing, yet fun and speak with great knowledge about film & TV.

    Awsome
I first herd him in the sincast, and now I can have enough, great work keep it up

    Awesome
I discovered it through Aaron's appearances on the SinCast and found him instantly likable. I didn't start listening to SiftPop until much later though. About a week ago, I had a good six hours of work and I had no podcasts to listen to. I started listening to SiftPop, downloading old episodes. I listened to 6 hours worth of SiftPop uninterrupted. And I regret nothing.

    One of my favorites!
Came across Aaron when he guest hosted on the Sincast and loved his positive energy so I decided to check out his podcast. I enjoy the format of splitting into review and spoiler discussion and when they do a Sift Sort it's always entertaining listening to the hosts try to all agree on a ranking, even when I disagree. I'd love to see this great podcast get more attention
  • Denman1998
    Great
If you're a fan of movies, definitely check this out. The episodes tend to switch gears to different interesting topics throughout an episode, making them very engaging and easy to listen to.
