two guys talking about twitter gossip with a “basically...” every 5-10 minutes that you’re just supposed to trust them on, total waste of 30 min.

Apologize for not listening lately but I can see from the descriptions that I have missed some good ones. I hope that you guys will leave them in your feed somewhere for the public to download. Just haven’t had any time and I think Krugman is pretty irrelevant now anyway since he has admitted to being wrong about neoliberal global capitalism; deficits, maybe not so much 😁. Great interplay between Tom and Bob, funny and erudite. Highly recommended. Happy thanksgiving day guys!

I was looking for an interesting refusal of krugmans ideas but the arguments I heard in this podcast were simply absurd. Sorry complete nonsense

How do you not even MENTION the salacious news about Krugman in episode 215? I hate conspiracy thinking, but I'm starting to wonder, Wow, is Paul Krugman actually bankrolling this show, with the thought that there is no bad publicity (except of course for child porn)? What gives?!? Anyway, despite that, regardless... great pod, lots of good useful knowledge. Just wish they were actual libertarians, instead of "right-leaning-" ...but ya can't have it all.

Was expecting--at least on some level--an informed critique of Keynesianism from a Austrian School perspective. Pretty disappointing. If you're interested in a Rush Limbaugh -style ramble which relies almost entirely on "common sense" instead of informed argument, this is probably going to be your bag. Otherwise, steer clear.

Would it be too challenging to present varying viewpoints with evidence? I came on to listen to your thoughts on ACA from Warren & received nothing but a couple of guys cheering for their own opinions but lacking anything but “feelings”. You can do better.

Binge listening to each episode from the beginning to now. Really fantastic. Tom and Bob are a blast together while illustrating great points and teaching! Love it.

Completely idiotic in premise and content. Avoid

Tom Woods and Bob Murphy are excellent podcasters when on their own. They are brilliant in various disciplines and personable, real, and outright hilarious. The two together are truly a perfect match. Neither upstages the other as they work together like vinegar & baking soda (I’ll let them decide who’s who in that simile). Both are plenty useful on their own, but together the combination’s explosive. I can’t get enough. I find myself struggling to keep up with other podcasts including their own solo podcasts. I love this podcast!

I love Contra Krugman. Tom and Bob have excellent banter but also stay on topic to give you a total and complete smack-down of incorrect Keynesian economics.

This podcast is a great mix of learning & friendly banter.

I randomly discovered this, really good!

If you’re looking for a show where it’s nothing but an hour of two guys talking crap to someone by claiming they’re the smartest people in the room it’s this show. They discuss no economic theory’s that could be applied instead of the current application applied and this show is based primary on opinion that the common man can’t comprehend because not very one is on the same education level. This show is to validate your opinion and nothing else. Waste of 40 mins.

Love it, wish I had it when I was in college as an economics major

Categorically smashing Krugman’s bs is a pleasure to listen to.

This show gives an in-depth review to every column and blog post that Krugman puts out that isn’t similar to one Tom & Bob have dissected before. It teaches economics, a generally ‘boring’ subject while making it fun with banter and easy to understand analogies and explanations.

This podcast strikes the right balance between being informative and entertaining. It helps that Tom and Bob are two of the best libertarian authorities in the public eye today.

Paul Krugman is a dishonest so-called intellectual who has admitted he never reads anything opposite of his views. People who still take him seriously is just as dishonest. Tom and Bob's critical analysis of Krugman's articles allows us to learn about economics and the fallacies that many other so-called economists (including Krugman) commit on a daily basis. It's great to have podcast that challenges Krugman's take on economic issues. This podcast is one of my top ten favorites of all time. This is highly recommended!

I didn’t know who Paul Krugman was, thank goodness for that, until listening to Contra Krugman, before Paul could corrupt my mind. I like how Bob Murphy and Tom Woods lay out what Paul Krugman presents and then pull the rug out from his logic. There back and forth quips are quite entertaining as well.

Between this and the Peter Schiff Show, I cant imagine the average Joe needs any more economics and humor in their week

Tom and Bob claim they can't solve all of my problems. They are wrong.

I love the dynamic of Tom and Bob. They play off of each other really well. Sometimes, though, I feel like the show skips over economics, and when Bob finally starts to refute Krugman, Tom ends the show. Still, some of their episodes are downright hilarious.

In addition to my enjoyment, I can't count how many times I've applied what I've learned listening to this show in daily conversations. Including when my wife wondered about going on a cruise 😉

These guys are great. First they do a great job deflating one the most insufferable condescending buffoons in the media, P Krugman. Second they do a great job explaining economics in terms you can understand.

Tom and Bob do a great job at dissecting the Krugman's columns and applying an Austrian approach in explaining the correct reasoning. It's great and the occasional banter between the two of them is quite entertaining.

Thank God for Paul Krugman. If it wasn't for his embarrassingly bad political and economic commentary, Tom and Bob might actually have to exert effort to teach economics. Instead, he provides loads of ammunition for them. And they provide endless humor in bringing a dry subject to life. A must listen.

While it may seem like there's no real value in paying attention to Krugman, due to his constant errors, lies, backtracks, and the Krugman Konstant (his tendency to Kontradict himself), Bob and Tom have set out on the task of correctin Krugman and calling out his numerous failings on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, one of those failings is not not really have something important or worthwhile to say, so Bob and Tom are limited in what they can achieve, because Krugman himself is extremly slippery and borish. Bob and Tom still manage to keep things fun, and I often enjoy trying to listen to how long Tom can keep it together, reading Krugman's column as a neutral observer. The show also provides musical entertainment, on occassion.
