literatureadvocateThe Thing About Keith MorrisonI just listened to episode 330, and OMG. Keith’s voice is sooooo soothing. But for real, I’ve been catching up on this show for the past, like, 9 months or something (longer? Who knows?), and it never fails to make me laugh even in darker moments. This and Morbid are my go-to podcasts, and since I’m current with the latter, when I want to binge, I come here! Karen and Georgia are great, and their lives are incredible stories of second chances and hope. I’m so glad I gave this show a chance.

CwaterblyLifelong favoriteDay one listener here! I absolutely adore this podcast. Karen and Georgia have such a way with words that they can make even the hardest stories engaging and educational. This show has gotten me through so many grueling shifts, household deep cleans, and long road trips home. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t listened yet!

RamonaReviewsOmg!!This is crazy! I’ve been listening to MFM ever since I was little. Thanks to my mom, I’ve been a murderino since I was around 7. While my dad was hesitant in letting me listen to true crime at such a young age, my mom argued that it’s good for me to be able to identify bad situations; as she always says: “Knowledge is power.” I must say, I completely agree and there have been moments where I believe my gut feelings have been put to the test. Learning the things that monsters can do is important for anyone, and introducing it in a humorous, smart, well-researched, and light hearted way is perfect.

SouthernragerLong time listener, first time reviewer!I absolutely love love these ladies so dang much. Been listening since 2017 and they will never get old to me. Been a true crime fan since middle school (now 32 😳) and these ladies just make it even better. Listen to these episodes in all season of my life over the years. Love yall forever!

MW72!!DisappointedI started from the beginning because I really like to bing episode. I thought these gals were going to be fun and funny, but in episode 10 they became political. Not only do I try to escape that, but I believe their comments perpetuate the very divide and toxicity that I’m trying to escape. I’m very disappointed

marielwee7 year listenerThese ladies have been so comforting to listen to through road trips, work, or anytime I need to calm myself to fall asleep! It’s so rare I hang onto something for this long but it’s a daily listen for me! I repeat episodes, often. :) Thanks for growing and learning together Karen and Georgia!
-
WendygullRewindI love all the My Favorite Murder podcasts but am particularly enjoying rewind. One of Karen and Georgia are my favorite podcasters!
-
Long term love affairIt’s been an amazing journeyI used to listen to only the minisodes - But then I began to want more, so I started listening to the full length episodes -but I had to skip the first 20-30 minutes cause it was too much for me atm- But then somewhere along the way, I became fully addicted to these ladies and now I listen to it all and am a cult member 🫶🏽

Olliebella677Love Karen & Georgia!!!I’ve been listening to MFM since 2018 when my husband introduced me to podcasts. I had never listened to any before, but this one got me hooked & it is still my favorite go-to any time I have time to listen. I’ve listened to every episode from the beginning, and will be listening to every new episode that comes out, which will hopefully continue for a very long time!!!

sharon324Plz no more “yeah, um, yeah, um”I normally love this podcast. I don’t know if it’s only getting to me today bc I’m PMSing or if it’s gotten perpetually worse, but I just can’t deal with the story interruptions only for Georgia to add an unnecessary “yeah” or “ooo” or “um” or “uh” or “forgot about that”. Like if you’re comment is adding value, no problem but otherwise is disrupts the flow of the story. Still love you guys tho

Cherie bellaThe rewind episodes are fun! My favorite podcast foreverI listened to the episodes when they first came out, replayed a bunch of them when working in a law office, and now enjoy hearing them with updates and back story details. Thank you !

Lunatoons82Part of my LifeI started listening to MFM in 2019. I was a waitress at the time and had just left an abusive marriage. Not only was this podcast a fantastic way to open the restaurant but it also helped me to normalize some of my feelings and rediscover my worth. There were a lot of other variables that helped, but Karen and Georgia felt like the older sisters whose advice I really needed to hear. I took the plunge and became a welder to get a trade under my belt. It’s 2025 now. I’m in a loving and thriving relationship, going on six years, I play women’s tackle football, and I have rediscovered my passions. I felt like I had family cheering me on every step of the way. I know this is a true crime comedy podcast, but it’s much more than that. Every time I lower my welding shield Karen and Georgia are there with me. Thank you both for existing and being proud, bold women sharing the stories of other fighters out there. If you haven’t listened, do yourself a favor, and press play.

Nohardfeelings_Not too badI have been a day one listener then stopped for a little while and recently picked up again. The conversation is captivating and witty. But the podcast does not stand true to the name. They do not always talk about murder cases which can be disappointing. Nonetheless most of the stories told are fascinating.
-
FrenchscoolBest podcast ever!!!Love this podcast! They always have a great/interesting story and rants! I would recommend this podcast as a 10/10. You guys are great - keep it up!!!

EVERETT GARCIAToo many ads nowEvery other story in the mini has an ad and it’s a little annoying.

CatsRisingUm, like vocal fry and, uh… like, murder? As far as I can tell, Karen and Georgia’s “research” consists of watching an episode of a true crime report and then reciting it from memory. This results in countless “um”s and “uh”s as they stammer to recall the story. That, coupled with Georgia’s nasal vocal fry is like nails on a chalkboard. I bounced from episode 1 to episode 99 to episode 198 to see if the show evolved and it’s pretty consistently terrible. I generally don’t mind host banter, but these two are so boring and average that they never say anything interesting. I am absolutely spoiled by the incredibly detailed research James Pietragallo does for his podcasts Small Town Murder and Crime in Sports. He deep dives more than any other true crime podcaster I’ve ever heard before, even reading through tedious interview and court transcripts in preparation of an episode. James and his co-host Jimmie Whisman put on such a thorough and hilarious show than I can’t help but compare every other true crime podcast to theirs. And compared to SMALL TOWN MURDER, M is for Murder is diaper fuel.

Jennifer G JohnsonGirls!!! Relax! That is why we are here!Recently listened to Rewind Episode 36. At the top you two apologized so profusely that I stopped listening to the episode and thought this may be one that I wouldn’t be able to handle (just and FYI, I have only had two episodes that I have had to listen to at a later date due to the content, both were about children getting killed). Anyway: you two need to quit this apologizing. GirlsTHIS is why we are here and have been since day one!!!! The content was great, the magic that you 3 had during this was hilarious. People laughed, gasped and truly enjoyed themselves. So please stop apologizing for past episodes. It was the recipe that hooked us all and WE ARE STILL HERE saying “That’s terrible. Keep going.”
-
UNBRKBL_NicholeBeen listening for YEARS!!!Love these two ladies! I started listening in the single digits… I remember of it was ep. 1 or 9 but early. Here to stay.
-
clancy's museThank you! Thanks for the hours of stories and community!
-
JafftysdGreat ListenHands down one of the best and consistent podcasts out there. I have enjoyed every episode with these ladies. I have laughed, cried, and grown in useful knowledge. Bravo!
-
Elle EmessThe rumors are trueDisregard the miserable people leaving bad reviews. This podcast is simply the best. I wish I would’ve started listening so much sooner but thankfully they have Rewinds! Even my 77 year old hyper conservative (not in the political way) mom loves Karen & Georgia… f-bombs and all!
-
csd1313I want to like it SO bad but..I really tried to give this show multiple chances but I cannot get past the constant “um… and.. uhhhhh.. umm’s” that take place! Just SPIT. IT. OUTTTTT! 😤
-
Little HouckNew job < realizing you can have one headphone in to listen to your favorite podcast againSo happy to hear murders. So relieved
-
SomeonewhobelievesinscienceCan’t help but laughThat all the negative reviews are from conservatives complaining about politics. K + G have made it clear who they are from the jump, and we love them for that. Clearly it isn’t the podcast for you if you don’t want to hear their point of view. Their banter and personal investment is what makes the podcast enjoyable for many.
-
jpltroskeyA little feedbackI love the concept of the rewind episode. But it’s pretty clear that y’all are reading notes about the episode without actually relistening. Karen and Georgia wouldn’t skate by without commenting on some of the previous commentary in real time, as this last episode did. I’d prefer a format with the ladies cutting in and out in real time as they listen back together. Do love the case updates. These just seem a little like an afterthought.
-
R.LabsToo politicalLove the stories and chatting but VERY political. If you’re going to talk politics in %99 of your episodes it should be marketed/ mentioned somewhere prior. I enjoy listening but some episodes I have to mentally push through due to bias political opinions via hosts. Try to be aware that not all of your listeners vote the same.
-
podtownreviewThe bestMy favorite since the start. I do miss the candor, quirkiness, and unscripted banter of times before, but it happens with a long run and a hit show. There are always earlier episodes to revisit - so many gems in the repertoire. Thanks for keeping this up ❤️
-
kkostlove this podcast.Been listening to these two women chat for years and it is still always a of the highlight of my week, several times a week. Thank you!!
-

-
ashveronRewindsLoving the rewind episodes ! Have I heard them before ? Yep. Still so happy to have an extra episode every week 🎉
-
958cougartownLove the Rewinds!Man, I love hearing carefree and laidback Karen and Georgia laughing at each other and themselves!! The Rewinds are so fun, and clearly reflect the true personalities behind the mics before trolls made them second-guess themselves and their approach. Still a hardcore fan forever. I’m loving reliving the journey.
-
TobyLovesTeaThe best galsI love these gals and could listen to them forever!
-
ascott02242016-present listenerI think these women do a great job of listening and learning, sharing their personalities and true crime stories. Like any performer, it makes sense that they have had better performances and ones that are more lack-luster. I’ve stuck with this podcast and still enjoy it, it is an entertainment show after all. Important for the one-star folks to have appropriate expectations upon listening.
-
KenyablissGET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSEto the people leaving 1 and 2 star ratings……………Jealousy is a disease!!!!!! Get well soon!!!!!!! get over yourself!!!!!!!!
-
PiffeeliciousStill killin' it!!Started at Episode 6 and went back to start from beginning before going forward. These girls have saved me! The laughs, the tears, the amazing stories...they've made me a better woman and better advocate.
-
Ra-Mi-FoAlmost a day 1 listenerLove this podcast so much!! These ladies have been with me during some very long boring road trips (think SD prairie) to some long days at work! Couldn’t have done it without them! Well I probably could have it just wouldn’t have been quite at fun. ;)
-
vickyL2424Big fan!Love these girls and cats 😻
-
Gamer002747382New listenerHi! I’m a new listener. I’m currently binging the mini episodes and am LOVING it. The stories are always interesting and there’s a wide variety of topics. Some funny some sad. Glad I started listening. Thank you for doing what you do.
-
PorkBellyWagonToo much banter not enough knowledgeI appreciate the ability to relay stories, but the banter of topics which they know nothing about made me stop listening. I get they insert opinions, but it appears these women have an extremely narrow scope of different cultures, history, socioeconomic backgrounds, psychology, the law… the judgement makes them look petty & sadly ignorant. Found pods hosted by experts without the small town, jr high commentary. Try Killer Psyche & Anatomy of a Murder if you agree.
-
TrueCrimeJunkie07Used to love itI used to love this podcast but they barely even talk about true crime anymore. I get it can be an exhausting topic to talk about but when your podcast is called my favorite murder you expect to hear about murder.
-
Gorgeous girllyyyyAwesome jobI am only 12 years old but I love it and you can skip the adds me and my family all listen to it the story’s are awesome
-
Hudy benudyNot day one but have listened to all episodesThis podcast and the rest of the exactly right network are Greeeat. Comedy in all topics is essential to survive especially now!

Sandi ReelLove!!I am day 433 day listener. I just made that up. I’ve been listening for a hot minute though-years!! I love everything you do. Really love the Rewind. Thank you for it all!
-
Nataliebeatrice💅🏻🦋Never have I ever listened to a podcast so much for so long 💗
-
RebekahViAnnJumped the sharkI used to love this podcast when it started. I stopped listening a few years ago, but I decided to give it another try. Sadly it’s just not good anymore. They find a way to weave politics into every little thing and it’s just too much. More murder. Less lecturing.
-
Masterson031Day 1 listener hereIf you want a podcast that will stand the test of time, I recommend this one! I’ve been listening since the beginning after a recommendation from a friend. I’ve been to see them live. I listen to the minisode episodes each week as well as the main ones. They never disappoint. Love it.
