This might be considered rude as it was my first episode listening. However, I think it was VERY INCONSIDERATE you hosting a “breath work meditation” session for 5 min (which is short) and you interrupt that with ads? Pretty sure you can place ads where you want them to be instead of interrupting the listeners. I get it is how you make your money but put them at the beginning and end of the episode when you have shorter episodes like this one.

I always turn to Lori for inspiration! I’ve been listening to her podcast for the past couple of years and believe I’m a better entrepreneur for it. When entrepreneurship feels overwhelming and lonely I put her podcast in my ears and instantly feel better. Her and her guests ground me in reality and help make my struggles feel very normal-which they are. When in feel great I tune in to her as well. She helps me know how to celebrate my wins and keep going! She’s pretty much the most fabulous cheer leader for women in business💚 Thank you Lori!

I listen as I walk and watch the sunrise. I’m more driven and clear on my goals, and I finish an episode ready to take them on. I constantly send episodes to friends and family, and I believe this podcast can help everyone even if you’re not an entrepreneur. I can’t recommend enough-especially the living room sessions!

There is some dark stuff underneath, and now that you’ve done the chanting and agreed with it, you’ve entered into a place that you don’t want find yourself in, I promise you. I really loved Lori’s show when I first started listening. Great guests . Now though I am finding two challenges. The first as many others have noted is too much time spent on ads pushing growthday. Suspect she has a contractual obligation to do this but it really takes a way from wanting to listen. The next is over the last little bit it seems that more and more when the guests speak Lori starts talking more than the guest does sharing her stories, her experience, her thoughts and you end up with very little from the guest. They become an after thought to what Lori has to say. Lately it seems all the time.( I’m not talking about guiding the interview which every host needs to do . I’m talking to the point that you want to shout ‘quiet lori let the guest speak’) Lori has a great voice for podcast, great attitude, great guests and the potential for a great show. She is intelligent, friendly, seems to truly care about her audience and wants to share all the best she has learned which is all good points for a podcast. A few tweaks with less ads, less lori talking more guest talking and it would really be through the roof fantastic!

Podcast used to have more beneficial information. Since she joined the network it’s over 50% ads. Even with fast forward it’s hard to find the main idea message.

I love this show and have been following Lori for a long time. There is always great content and makes me feel uplifted and motivated. The reason for the 4 stars is how much she pushes growth day at the beginning and end is too much. A 17 minute episode and 7 minutes are just an ad for Growth Day. It’s the same with Brendon Burchards show, I love the content but feel every break is to push you to spend money on growth day. I would actually probably be interested in it if it didn’t feel so forced.

Laurie always talks about how you become who you spend your most time with. Well, I don’t have a strong entrepreneurial tribe so I make sure I always hang out with her on Earn Your Happy. I never leave without encouragement and confidence to do the things I’m being called to do!!

I love Lori. She’s real, open, introspective and the interviews are stellar. Her interview with Seth Godin was everything. And her latest interview with Jennifer Cohen, Omg!! Ugg so many nuggets of wisdom! So much insight, just incredible. Thank you for this value, Lori!!

Lori is such a bright podcaster, that is giving us true motivation and help for those in business.. in bite sized pieces. Long podcasts can be great, but 10-20 min is much more easily digestible and not feel overwhelmed. Love her work and I look forward to her words of wisdom every single week!
