Deirdre TantonBlack Lives MatterYour podcast today on Black Lives Matter felt so soothing and sane. Your declaration of wanting to repair any wrongs you may have unintentionally made came across to me as authentic and healing and with such a positive vibe. I will be curious to hear of any dialogues that result. Thanks.

BurtonnsLeading ALL Women?I have enjoyed listening to this podcast for while and have felt encouraged and motivated by many episodes I listened to. However I listened to the latest mini episode on Clarity today and was loving it and was really intrigued the 12 week training/coaching being offered. But then came the description of who it was for. And I get it, you need parameters and guides. I currently am a stay at home parent. I volunteer and lead groups as I am able and organize people and am a part of the community. Prior to staying home, I had a professional career. I was in a leadership role, where I was coaching and educating and managing professional adults. I did this for many years as a parent as well. I know that only I can own my reactions to things, but I felt the list of people this training isn’t for insinuated heavily that unemployed people are also unmotivated with no creative purpose or desire to be trained or further their development. I personally have some pretty big goals and dreams that I would love to see fulfilled and honestly was listening to the description and reading the description the course think “yeah this is what I need to go further”. I know being a stay at home parent can be viewed very negatively in the professional world. But as it happens we were all children once and needed someone to care for us. And this is the route I’ve chosen. And it was easier to chose because I didn’t feel like I was fulfilling my creative purpose in my old workplace. I was a leader and I was succeeding, but it wasn’t the fit I needed. I’m more than just an unemployed woman. Someone can’t claim to want to empower and coach and lift up all women and leave out huge swaths of that demographic. People are unemployed for many many reasons. And many of those women have unfulfilled creative purpose just waiting to be developed and they aren’t sure what steps to take. We should support all women in all stages of life.

Heroine in trainingThank you!Why can't I give this 10 stars!? I just left my 8 year teaching job to start my own non-profit, and was feeling desparate, scared, and lost. In my search for strength, I randomly typed in "women creative leaders" in the search bar and found this podcast. It has made a major impact on my life and work. This is not a podcast where people just talk about their successes. You learn their struggles and specific details about how they got through them. When I listen to this podcast, I am reminded that I am not alone, and that we can all support one another. I listen to this every morning. It's important work. I have posted about it several times and have suggested it to so many friends. Thank you for this!

Michelle MinoriChefLove this podcast. I'm so glad I found it. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and insight that Majo and each of her guests offer. There are some seriously real questions being asked. I've learned so much from all of her amazing interviewees. I feel like I've also learned a lot about myself from each podcast too. As a young professional woman, trying to maintain my personal identity in a crazy world, Majo reminds me what is really important, for me. I always feel so much more empowered to take care of myself, and thus be able to help others each time I tune to the podcast. Thanks Majo!

ehousefinchInspiring and upliftingMajo interviews so many awesome women (writers, actors, artists, entrepreneurs, etc.) in a structured and informative way. You get to learn about what they’re like as little girls, how they got where they are, and what challenges they faced. I really like how authentic and honest the conversations are. Instead of being sugar-coated and glossed over, tough situations are openly discussed. As a young professional woman, I find it inspiring and uplifting to hear all the female success stories in this podcast.

nannyteachermomwonderfulThis is a powerful, encouraging, and insightful podcast, which provides encouragment and support through each woman's stories. An amazing way to spend the daily commute, and know that other women have journeyed in similar ways. In a way, it's therapy in a gentel and easy approach. I feel that I am getting to know myself on a deeper level, in a kinder way, and embrase that.

fringesandcringesso empoweredas a young feminist and activist, i find it sometimes difficult to stay educated and connected with a creative female enviroment. with Heroine i can immerse myself in correlating my own growing creativity and power to the women in power, STEM, and the arts, who i am discovering and aspiring to be. this podcast pushes my fight against the still present opression as a Mexican-American girl and I am so thankful for it.

ellomatey! The best part of my dayI cannot get enough of this podcast. Majo and her incredible guests have never ceased to amaze, inspire, and encourage me. Currently, I listen to the podcast during my commute to and from work. I work in a job I like, but don’t love, while I struggle with aspects of my creative heroine and relationship heroine and how the two can come together in one being. Listening to Heroine every day is what keeps me focused, grounded, and aware of the parts of me that are changing and adapting to these new conflicts in my life. It makes me laugh, cry, think, and carries with me throughout the day. I cannot say thank you enough to Majo, the Heroine team, and the fabulous guest speakers who let me into their lives and left me feeling like I know them. Heroine is the best part of my day, and I only wish there were more episodes so I would never have to go a day without it. Thank you for this podcast and all you do for young women finding themselves!
-

JournalistBeth1982JournalistHeroine is an exceptional podcast. Host Majo Molfino is a supportive women's leadership coach who invites us to be a fly on the wall as she interviews women who've reached career and life success. There's a nice flow with guest selection. Some of the guests offer more spiritual wisdom, while others offer concrete business and life advice. Each episode leaves the listener feeling like less of a "good girl" and more of an empowered witch.
-
RaydenesalinasBeautiful, courageous storiesThank you for sharing these women with us! I’m devouring episode after episode and am feeling so inspired!
-
Clara2525Great interviews!Super happy to have discovered this podcast, it is very interesting and in my opinion the interviews are the best, not only for the people interviewed but also the questions. Usually I’m asking myself a question in my head and then the host asks it! Favourite episodes: Road to Independence, Gloria Steinem & Lateefah Simon, Inner voice & trust. Def give it a try!
-
jackatxinspiring & honestMajo has a very natural way of connecting with her Heroine guests. Each episode feels like a truly engaging, dynamic and unscripted conversation between friends. She explores many of the questions at the forefront of my mind lately, and I especially love how she kicks off an interview by asking each guest about her childhood identity and dreams.
-

ImVictoriaReneeInspiring, Innovative & Informative!Let me fan girl for a minute: I LOVE this podcast. I love Majo (she's a great interviewer!), the guests, and the feeling of togetherness and community that comes from sharing one's vulnerabilities. Listening sometimes feels like being wrapped in a cozy blanket with a big mug full of hot tea, soothing and warm. But it's not always about feeling like you're in a warm embrace or about good times and feeling comfortable. At times guests share their deep, raw pain and difficult moments, and listening to real struggles and challenges feels like walking outdoors afer being inside a warm building and getting blasted by a brutal, cold wind. Both experiences are refreshing and eye-opening in their own beautiful way, and so is Heroine. It reminds you to let go of being a good girl and the importance of carving your own path in this sometimes crazy world. Thanks Majo, and thanks to the many Heroines who have shared themselves with us listeners!
