cristinpowersOne of my favoritesI love Michael’s way of coaching. Effortless Success is one of my favorite audible books to listen and re listen to. I’ve also taken a course with Michael and it really did help me “create the impossible”. Thanks for the wonderful content M.N. -Cristin

LinamonroePersonal GrowthI absolutely love Michael’s podcast. I’m always in awe with regard to how Michael takes only 10 minutes or less to make such a powerful impact on my day. On a slightly different note, I’m hoping we can do away with the term self-help…it has such a negative connotation of weakness. I much prefer the term Personal Growth as it’s much more accurate because we’re always striving to learn, grow and evolve. We are essentially in search of meaning, purpose and understanding…brave adventurers indeed.

Zip legsBack on CourseThere comes a point, at least for me anyway, where the journey of self help becomes entrenched in the notion that I’m broken and need to be fixed. In addition, there’s “another level” or as some say, another layer of the onion skin to peel away. For me, the idea of self help as a lifestyle through the above mentioned lenses, became exhausting. Realizing that I was spinning my wheels in the idea that something has to be fixed all the time, I quit all manner of self help, growth, spiritual healing…etc. in fact, I began to scoff at all of it. One problem with quitting I didn’t anticipate: my life would become stagnant and indeed it has. I mean, Up until I stumbled upon this podcast, I felt as though I was a ship that was in a storm and then suddenly, I was in dead calm “ions”. Drifting aimlessly in an ocean of existential poly styrene. Then along comes a trade wind; this podcast. Not only are the sails filling, there’s a magical compass provided in these wonderful weekly themed talks. I’m back on course! This time the journey isn’t about trauma drama, it’s intentional and not. My mind is a sextant but the stars of possibility keep moving. Currents change, as do winds. Ships leak too. “Oh well!” Just keep sailing and enjoy every part of the journey! Thank you so much for these talks, sir. So powerful and meaningful. Much appreciated.

desreveRThe best podcast out thereWords aren't enough to describe how fantastic this podcast is. Michael has an uncanny ability to use metaphors to explain his points that are simply enough to understand, yet deep enough to give you life-changing insights. I love the short episodes, that still rich with wisdom. It's become my go to podcast to get each morning started.

MotherpeaceEspresso Sized PodcastWhen I started listening to Caffeine for the Soul, I wonder how can a podcast be so short? What can be said in that time? When it comes to Michael Neill, much can be said and conveyed within a very small amount of time. What ends up taking time is when I take the opportunity to digest and process the message within the podcast. With a very welcoming and friendly manner, Michael gives examples, stories, lessons, & insights that are easy to hear and calming to the busy, busy mind. He extends an invitation for us to look at the world differently. And when we change the way we look at our world, our world changes.. I look forward to each podcast and delight in the message within each one. When working with new clients, Michael's podcast is one of the resources I always give out.

Kyleg963Fresh ideas and daily inspiration!I listen to Caffeine for the Soul every morning on my drive into the office. The lessons are usually 5-10 minutes long, updated daily (weekdays), and are great pointers to the inside-out understanding that explains the human experience.
