Excellent content, but the volume needs work
The host’s reviews of the content is high-quality, but the podcast volume is so low as to be un-hearable or even unintelligible at times. Few of Bloomberg’s other podcasts have the same issue, so something should be adjusted. Work on the editing for the volume and this would be a 4.5-5/5 podcast!

    Excellent podcast
Much more balanced than the Bloomberg Law podcast. I wish it was a little more frequent and longer, but overall well done.

    Thinly veiled partisanship
If you want a fair depiction of the law that takes into account both sides of an argument, this is not the podcast for you. It’s like watching a debate and the moderator acts as a shill for one side while claiming to be impartial.

    Extreme leftist bias
Sessions focus on sour grapes and claims that US Supreme Court is illegitimate

Biased & no care for the constitution
I expected Bloomberg to be impartial and deliver neutral podcast about the law, cases, and court decisions. However, they ignore the constitution and showcase unprofessionalionalism I expected to find in a trashy grocery aisle magazine, never in a legal podcast

    Only one problem
Good synopsis of the law. But focuses heavily on the breakdown of the court and partisanship. Insistent on framing judges as conservative and liberal is not that productive. Would be more interesting if focused on methodology of the justices rather than perceived partisanship or lack thereof.

    Annoying thumping
I was so excited to listen to this new podcast until I started hearing the thumping noises that came through the low end sound frequencies of Jordan‘s voice pounding in my head. Apparently he doesn’t know how to properly utilize in microphone. Maybe his mouth is too close to the mic I don’t know. It sounded awful both in my car stereo and AirPods.

    Lacking substantive convos.
Will unfollow if 10-15 minute podcasts is all you can muster.
