ZËDUBBGood but mouth sounds are terribleThis podcast’s content is amazing! I love it! But the mouth sounds that the mics pic up is way too much. I can’t stand the constant swallowing sounds and lip smacking. I’m trying to listen through it but the mics are a bit too sensitive or if maybe the editing could do a bit more to dampen those sounds.

Hunt2072I wish there was more.Just a wonderful show. I loved the relaxed conversational feel of it. The sound design is top tier. Loved it. Thank you 😊

The Real Zen BoyOne of the BestJust a solid top-tier podcast. I just discovered it and binged the entire series that was available. The sound design is high quality without being overpowering. I really like the conversational feel of the stories. It really allows you to buy in to the world they create. And kudos to them creating a whole world to occupy, instead of lazily relying on other’s work; all the great story tellers do that.
-
LadygjmGreat storyI really love this show.

sam is the one playingIncredible, dreamy, captivatingThis is quite simply the best podcast I’ve ever heard. The voice actors are natural, the stories are just on the cusp on real and unreal, the music is gorgeous. The closest thing I can describe it to is the feeling of reading some of Neil Gaiman’s books, like The Ocean at the End of the Lane. I dearly wish there were more, I hope someday there may be.
-
JR🔝Definitely my favorite podcastPoint Mystic is AMAZING! Wonderfully crafted storylines, the best voice actors I’ve ever heard, I’ve probably listened to both seasons 3 or 4 times. I want live in Point Mystic in my next life!
-
grandmommy1Point MysticGreat story and storytelling! But where do I go to get anything after Oct. 2021??!!!
-
OnlyinmydreamsSuperb everything!I listen to a lot of audio dramas and with this podcast, there is nothing to suggest that could have been better. The writing, sound, acting, music…all was beyond expectations. The “actors” are seem to be having conversations, not reading from a script. And, the narrator’s voice is so please. Thank you!
-
LollyPod13AmazingThe voice acting is so good that it’s easy to forget that it’s fictional. Amazing blend of horror, fantasy, and current events. The story telling is great.
-
~slpblue~StellarThe voice acting is honestly mind-blowingly good and the storytelling is absolutely lovely. An instant classic, and there’s wonderful queer rep. Please give this podcast a listen.
-
hextatGreat Find!Been looking for a binge worthy podcast aftre going through several (Tanis, Black Tapes, White Vault, Last Movie, etc.) and after trying a lot of others, found Point Mystic. Definitely scratches that itch for me - love the voices and personalities, and the story telling is well narrated. Fascinating in a wonderous and horrifying way, but with a positive slant, which is refreshing.
-
555SAN555Excellent narration and voice actorsSo very glad that the show is recording new episodes. If you’re new to the show definitely go back and listen to the prior episodes you won’t be disappointed.
-
Alpskier88EngrossingThe story sometimes meanders, but it’s always interesting. And supremely well produced. The narrator’s voice is very captivating, and he has a slow but stimulating well way of weaving a well told tale.
-
CitizenKanexxAmazingWhy is this pod not more famous? So well produced and gripping. Puts a lot of pods that are trying to achieve something like this to shame.
-
Genie HalcyonWell thought outI love this podcast; super thought out and engaging.
-
Chesstiger139EXCELLENT!!!This is what a great mystery podcast should sound like. This is what PNWS attempted to do with “The Black Tapes” and “Tanis”.
-
michelledrake❤️❤️❤️I absolutely love this podcast!!! It’s getting harder and harder to find a great podcast anymore! This in my opinion should be in the section of most binged so more people can listen to it!!!
-
Light worker 73I wish I were there.I love this! For some reason i know this place exists. I wish i was there. Because i’m close to my home world there. I don’t belong where i live now. Oh! If only i can get there! Keep it up. You’re giving me ways to find my way there in my sleep.

lucky8448Rabbit hole let me to Point MysticI work graveyard shift so I have been tearing through podcasts. After finishing Tanis and some of the other popular supernatural themed podcasts I started browsing the related podcasts and fell into a rabbit hole of less viewed podcasts. I found some great ones and some god awful ones, but this one has been my favorite by far! Such a diamond in the rough! Great realistic voice acting, super original story, beautifully written! This podcast will hook you. Many what seem like random stories in The beginning tie into a much bigger picture. Check out this podcast, you won’t be disappointed! Wish I could give a million stars! I hope they keep making this podcast!

RowenabeenaThank you.I’m a podcast snob for sure and this is now on my favorite list. I have a great respect for what goes into creating one, from the writing to the sound design and production. It’s is definitely a labor of love. This podcast has exceeded my expectations and is a fantastic example of when all the pieces of a good podcast fall exactly into place. Even the music fits the emotion. The writing is haunting, the script keeps you hooked and has realistic cadence ( a pet peeve when done incorrectly). If you love eerie storytelling mixed with fantastic acting then this is for you. You won’t regret. But beware of the white rabbit.. beware!
-
jlNic29The social justice bits were not neededGreat story. Could’ve done without the social justice littered into a couple episodes.
-
fcc ruined everythingNIN fanAny podcast who uses NIN in their soundtrack is one I’m going to enjoy. These writers are original and creative.
-
AnoйPhenomenal Voice Acting; Thoughtful, Strange StoriesI love this strange world being built. It doesn’t feel quite right to call these stories spooky, because the “reporting” makes it feel so realistic, so empathetic. The voice acting and characterization and writing is so fantastic...I think this is exactly what it would sound like if educated New Englanders faced the supernatural (or whatever it is that’s going on).
-
courts719Fun show!Intriguing! Can’t wait to hear more!
-
NewportBeachGirlCute Idea But Way Too SlowI appreciate the work put into this podcast, even involving their young son. However, the storyline is just too slow and uneventful. Good effort on voice acting, sound quality, and editing.
-
Skagra42Very goodPoint Mystic is a mystery audio drama about a reporter and the strange town he lives in. Each episode or group of episodes that are part of the same story is a mystery that the main character tries to solve. Half of the stories have multiple parts. Every mystery is very intriguing. I always think a lot about what’s happening.

AuntianaAmazing!I really enjoyed this podcast. It’s extremely interesting and original. I especially loved White Rabbit. Well done!
-
Sidlee1991Love it!This podcast is so well done. I’ve been plowing through podcasts as of late (I’ve been listening to them at work), and I started going deeeeep into some browsing when I found Point Mystic. At some point in the search for entertainment, you go so far off the beaten path that things get real hit-or-miss — this is a HIT. A narrator with a pleasant voice, interesting and realistic dialogue, creative and interesting story lines. All around, a great podcast that I wish I found a whole lot sooner.
-
@SamKulperWell done with a different twist!Enjoyed the show, keep it up! If you like Podcast, please check this show out and support other independent podcasters. Keep listening! #PodTester #PodernFamily #100Pods #PWLT #UnderDogPods ~Sam

Wil | Podcast ProblemsBeautiful magical realism horrorPoint Mystic is a beautifully told, beautifully produced magical realism dip into the horror genre. The show is so unsettling in a way more horror podcasts aren't able to accomplish, and the performances are hands down the best I've ever heard in the genre. This podcast is a must-listen for anyone looking for an unnerving, intriguing horror audio drama.
-
xRookxDifferently EntertainingI really love the podcast, the acting is superb and it doesn’t feel forced like so many other serialized casts out there. The beginning stories about the White Rabbit sucked me in. I found myself trying to find any moment I could to listen to Fox’s Adventures.
-
Jikker-jackBeautifully doneEverything about this show is so well-polished. It blends reality and the surreal so well that it often nearly fools me into believing it’s a documentary. I can’t wait for this show to come back!
-
Missy2278I’m binging this in late October and it’s perfectCreepy, engaging and well performed. Perfect for near Halloween weather and darker nights. Thanks for making such a great story!
-
ScarnessSpooky, Freaky, BRILLIANT!!This show has no right to be as good as it is. The sound is spot on, the acting is genuine (even from the child actors!!!), the stories are chilling and extremely gripping. It's an addictive show with some haunting imagery (yes for an audio) so I'd suggest this to anyone and everyone!! Definitely with those Stephen King, Lovecraft vibes!! BRILLIANT!
-
lyssawritesAtmospheric, Engaging, BeautifulPoint Mystic stands out from other supernatural fiction audio dramas. Each story leaves the listener filled with wonder at the beauty of humanity and our potential for compassion and bravery. White Rabbit is a clear standout, but every story is beautifully written and wonderfully acted and produced. Only complaint? The podcast is created with such love and attention to detail, once you've gotten past the initial binge, you can hardly wait for new episodes.
-
chavisoryBeautifulAll of it's good, but the White Rabbit episodes are hands down my favorites. If you listen to nothing else, listen to those. Both terrifying and unexpectedly tender, they're like if Ray Bradbury wrote you a bedtime story for the modern era.
-
AnnChoviGreat stories!Ever since I listened to the first story, The Fireman, I was hooked. The White Rabbit was even more engaging, I've probably listened to it a good three times through by now- the suspense and mystery are great! Really excellent storytelling, acting, and production all around~ Worth a listen if you like a bit of inexplicable phenomena and a just a hint of eldritch horrors lurking at the edges of conciousness.
-
MJoAlexenSuperb StorytellingPoint Mystic makes the use of compelling characters, fascinating stories, and well suited audio to fully immerse the audience into this world. With excellent builds within each journey, I couldn't stop listening til I heard each and every word. I can't wait for more, and am glad to have found the Point Mystic Universe!
-
CPH EsQStunning and unscriptedI was floored when I found out that this supernatural podcast was proceeding without a script. It feels like a campfire story, like news, and...something else I can't put my finger on... Oh, awesome. It feels awesome. Do yourself a favor and give it a whirl.
-
svannnajajajajhahhhAmazingPoint mystic was…. odd. It was odd in the nightvale way but they claim these stories are true. They kinda feel true. Incramentalists Doors* to different places different dimensions. The pull of the stories have me and I am hooked on a new podcast.
-
HolyOzarksAstounding productionI was blown away by both the storytelling and production quality of Point Mystic. The show is a perfect mix of the podcasts Welcome to Nightvale, Lore, and Life After.
-
JoeCGGreat Listen! The first story arc was excellent. The voice acting was on point and the story was very good. Give this podcast a chance and you won't be disappointed.
-
JbeekeeperWonderfully CreepyI'm two episodes in, and really enjoying this. Production values are great, and the style of storytelling really lends itself to the podcast format. The story and performances are both very well done.
-
TomonariKasumiA Walk in the ForestPoint Mystic leads you through a battle between children and an evil that haunts generations. Point Mystic calls you to imagine the structure that pull all of us into childhood, allowing yourself to feel like one of the children fighting through construction. I felt like I was walking through my own childhood forests, facing my own nightmares, and also, experiecing relief at the end end. This is a podcast worth listening to multiple times, just to let it all sink in.
-
MsWimseyI'm hooked!Interesting story, can't wait for more!
-
The Autumn StarMaster Storyteller at WorkThe plot is wire-tight from the beginning, pulling you deeper into the world of the podcast and toward the story's conclusion. The details are haunting and the acting is great (Fox is a little forced but hey, he's a kid so let's give him a season to get used to it). What I really loved about SN1 was the theme, exploring what it means to be a parent when you can't protect your child, and the special power of childhood imagination. Classic horror themes both, and expertly explored here. I can't wait to see where SN2 takes us!
-
twoferretsLike Nothing Else You've HeardI came to Point Mystic by way of Twitter- like a lot of other listeners, I love PNWS and Nightvale. That gives you a general "if you like these, you'll also enjoy..." idea, but really Point Mystic is unique. It's unsettling and scary, weaving reality and unreality (one hopes!) together and featuring some of the most genuine sounding voice acting you'll hear on any podcast. I can't wait to hear what comes next.
-
Edouglasslabbe💜What a wonderful podcast. The acting is just right, and the story is magic.
-
AbigatorfrenzyI literally can't evenI really can't say enough about this podcast. From the first episode I've been absorbed in this well told story (awesome job Fox) that reminds me of weird half remembered dreams.
