Although I am very interested in this topic, I find this podcast difficult to get through. It is long and often rambling in a disorganized way and not as professional as it should be for someone who is trying to impact change in this space.

Paul is an excellent host and does a fantastic job leading deep conversations with doctors, scientists, creatives, and other thought leaders in the space. He dives deep into a wide range of topics, always with honesty, thoughtfulness, and insight. Highly recommend listening and subscribing!

The way this guy talks about narcissism is a total projection of himself. He is a know it all loser who seems insecure about his intelligence and tries to make up for it by imagining his perspective is objectively true.

I love this podcast and it’s brought me a lot of personal insights, knowledge about psychedelics, enjoyable stories, and lots more. Paul has a great energy as the host as well. I just wish it wasn’t so heavily edited. Whoever edits it trims all the gaps when people are thinking or breathing and it gets very choppy at times. The flow could be better :)

I’ve been exploring podcasts to further familiarize myself with beneficial psychedelic research and i found The Third Wave the easiest podcast to learn everything i need to! There are so many areas they cover that make me feel a lot more comfortable approaching psychedelic experience. I definitely recommend giving them a listen if you’re at all interested in how we can heal ourselves, change our perspectives, and see the world differently.

I’m quite new to psychedelics and this movement but this pod cast has done a great job of introducing me to the movement. It’s very insightful as Paul and the guests are knowledgeable and open to speak on personal experience. It’s full of forward thinkers as well who are involved with business and start ups. I think the most profound part of this podcast is its focus on informing and educating on how people can use psychedelics to influence their lives and ambitions in a positive manner. These insights are backed up by modern studies and personal experiences. This is definitely a must listen for knowledge, news, and community involvement when it comes to psychedelics and micro dosing for personal and spiritual growth.

The interviewer Paul does a wonderful job guiding the conversation and letting his guests explain the ins and outs of their work with psychedelics. The guests are all interesting, smart and quite informed, helping remove widespread fears and misconceptions about psychedelics.

I came upon your podcast with Janet Chang about micro-dosing almost by accident. I had heard the term on other podcasts and wanted more info. This was very interesting and a first hand account with useful anecdotes! As a veteran of the “Second Wave” and a long time culture seeker since age 16 it gives me hope for the planet . I wanted to know more about the world of psychedelics after reading Michael Pollen’s book on the subject, and thankfully found this one! Overall a great collection of interviews from people from all corners of the psychedelic community. Some episodes are awesome- interesting, easy to listen to, educational. Some are a little..self-indulgent maybe? Anyway, it’s been great learning more about psychedelics from so many different angles.

Thank you for taking your time and energy to create these interviews. I listen to them while I’m at the gym and they make my workouts go by so quickly. I feel as if my mind and soul get a workout too. I love the way you approach this controversial subject in such a professional manner. I’ve felt isolated in my pursuit of understanding pyschedelics for years. This podcast cleared the fog and introduced me to hundreds of new perspectives and personalities in the space. I had no idea there was such a vibrant community built around these substances.

I’ve been reading about psychedelics for a few years and am very interested in the topic. There is a level of enthusiasm that makes finding material to consume pretty easy, but the quality is uneven. Often you find things that say, “Dude! If you REALLY want to get high...” This podcast is about the benefits of psychedelics to humanity and how we can bring those benefits to more people. The guests are intelligent and thoughtful. The enthusiasm is in check. The claims are grounded. It’s only the audio quality that’s a bit uneven. :) A great podcast.

I listen to this podcast almost everyday. After listening to this podcast and other experiences I have had, I am thrilled to be starting school and to be going into Transpersonal Psychology and hope to work with psychedelics in improving the lives of others. Thank you Third Wave for pushing the boundaries of the norms of society and contributing to the global conscious awakening! I hope to one day be on this podcast! Psychedelics changed my perception of reality in the upmost positive and impactful ways, and with the help of the Third Wave I hope more and more people will do their own research and come to their own conclusions on these medicines, rather than to give into society’s views on psychedelics and what they can provide to the spirit. Unlike a lot of psychedelic podcasts, the audio quality in this one is superior, as are the quality of the interviews and professional journalistic tone rather than another “duuuude so did you lick the frog duuuude?” podcasts. This podcast contains many “listen again” episodes with excellent guests.

I stumbled upon this podcast by accident, but I'm so glad that I found it! It's informative and educational, and it's produced really well. It's not a bunch of college bros talking about their "crazy trips, bro"- it takes a much more mature and serious look at issues surrounding psychedelics today. Well worth a listen!
