I needed to listen to this soooo badly! It has helped me in my current situation and how I have the power to change it. I have been so stressed and low because of my current relationship and living situation. I know it’s time for a change and I intend on it but for legal reasons I have to stay for another 4 months but once that time has passed, I believe everything will work out for me okay. So I’ve been listening to a lot of mental mentor podcasts lately and I decided to take a break from my usual podcast and try this one out, now I am obsessed!! Seriously, I not only love the messages learned here but I love that she challenges you to do the work on your own and gives you feedback on how to exercise the challenge! Well, challenge accepted! It has me wanting to listen to it again and again! Great podcast to not only work on yourself and your mental but brings in the spiritual aspect of it all and it just completes what I was looking for! Thank you for such a great podcast! :)

You are not alone. This is so difficult, even having loved ones and a job to go to, it feels all so separate. I love life, but this emotion of something missing is brutal.

Perhaps it’s the reverent vibration that I feel when listening to Josephine, but I feel like I am listening to a good friend who is supporting me on my journey. I treasure the absence of ads which gives the podcast the low key feel of being with a counselor face to face. I have listened or tried to listen to many other podcasts of this genre and I find many to be loud and “about the narrator “ as opposed to the narrative.
