I’ve been searching for someone like this for a while and BK has really altered my way of thinking. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for him and finding this podcast. Recently I’ve been making some changing as a 17 year old. I’ve been cutting my friends off that were close to me, but with specific reason of just something not feeling right due to the choices I’ve made myself. So I made my choice and I cut them off and then I felt a sense of relief. Now it has showed me the bigger picture of what my life is going to be. So I came back to this show after some months and now I’m actually listening and trying to get stuff done.

Normally I don’t always agree with this man cause I’m one the those fat guys he rips on. But this episode was just a big eye opened and helpful to be more resilient and unafraid to go do stuff.
