RLeMertHypothalamic amenorrheaThank you Dr. Caroline for all the fantastic & life-changing health and mindset education! Would you consider a podcast episode on hypothalamic amenorrhea? I think this is a big issue for a lot of women with very little education. My daughter age 21 has not had a period for a year and has also had a very weird leg fracture. We are struggling to find a provider/specialist to properly diagnose possible genetic and endocrine factors as well as dietary/cognitive behavioral psychological factors. We would appreciate any provider resources/connections you can share! Blessings!

laurieonWARMThe FeminineThank you for talking about this issue!! This was so powerful! I love the light you shine on what we have learned to be “ok” with!! I LOVE this episode.

JazzFox77This is everythingI have spent many years reviewing various tools and leaders to help in cleaning up the mental mess, and I’ve never found anyone like Dr. Leaf. Her program is all inclusive. It’s a one stop shop.

JSBlessedPowerful podcast for transforming the mind!Dr. Leaf has been a distant mentor of mine for years. Through this podcast, I am always inspired and challenged to do introspection, improve my emotional intelligence and transform the way I think. This podcast will help you do the mental work to live a more fulfilling life.

Sir BuzzardInterview with self proclaiming 'witch'I use to like Dr Leaf but I lost all respect for her after I heard the October 2, 2020 episode. Dr Leaf interviewed Dr Ellen Vora, a self proclaiming witch. Witchcraft is demonic, no matter how you spin it, and no matter how harness it may seem. I will never again listen to Dr Leaf since she endorses the counsel of a practicing witch. I want nothing to do with demonic activity.
-
Mars896InterruptionsI love Dr. Leaf’s insight and wealth of knowledge. However, it becomes hard to listen when she talks fast and frequently interrupts her guests which disrupts the flow of the conversation.
-
Panienka BogusiaVery insightful and helpfulDr. Leaf is a great teacher. I appreciate her scientific approach to common problems. I have read her books, which helped get out of dire circumstances. Forever grateful.

PepperandspiceWayyyyy too many adsI’ve never heard a podcast with this many ad interruptions. It’s over the top and makes it difficult to listen. There needs to be some balance between making money and considering the listener’s experience.
-
trew231Too many advertisementsI like her podcast however the constant advertising every 5 or less minutes makes it difficult to listen. I wish she would advertise less.
-
aishah 123Love this!Such an amazing perspective on growth and the mind!

WowJustWow0Disappointed.Done. I have referred many, many people to your podcast, site and books.

acoriano3Views Discussed Are Not Empirically BasedDr. Leaf comes across as passionate and sincere about wanting to help people. Sadly, much of the information she shares is not rooted in the consensus of the scientific community, making it not only inaccurate, but harmful. One major example is her views on ADHD. She claims ADHD is over-diagnosed and not a legitimate mental health condition with no evidence to back up her assertion—and for which there exists mountains of scientific proof that ADHD is very real. Not only is spreading misinformation like this unethical, but it can deeply harm those who happen to have ADHD and deny it’s existence due to Dr Leaf’s baseless claims. It would be wise for listeners to approach Dr Leaf’s podcast exercising discretion and a healthy dose of skepticism. Better yet, go elsewhere to find factual info from respected sources that you can vet yourself.

dglickstThankful for this podcastLove the parenting advice and mental health info. I wish I had this resource a decade ago.
-
sitonthecouchContent is great; Moderator can’t stop interrupting her guests! The content is great and informative but Dr. Leaf very frequently interrupts the kind experts (who took valuable time out of their day to do this show), and it REALLY distracts from the content of the podcast.
-
Monet’s GardenGreat Show !! Educational & InsightfulI happened upon this podcast looking for opportunities to improve and expand my knowledge and relationship skills. I listen weekly. Dr. Leif provides great content and conversation with so many fascinating guests. Thank you for creating this and sharing it with us!!

Cindyloo7Marianne WilliamsonI have listened to this podcast for as long as I can remember. Today I removed it from my library after listening to 10 minutes of the conversation with your guest Marianne Williamson. I am a tolerant and open minded person, so I wanted to hear from someone that I didn’t really understand or relate to. But this was the moment I decided that maybe the information I was soaking in wasn’t as credible as I once believed. Super disappointed.

HddbdhdbjdbfdbdhfExcellent infoI just started listening to this podcast after my friend recommended it. I am hooked! Excellent, practical, research based recommendations! Thank you Dr. Leaf for what you contribute to our world.

fonts keyboard is awsome!Mind / Body connectionLove the episode with Dr Epel about our biological age and how we manage our mind. A fascinating breakdown of science of the body/mind connection and healing.
-
Jessica_LaMarreLove The Insight! This podcast is transformative in its ability to simplify the process of gaining control of mental health! Dr. Leaf has provided me with so much insight on how to improve mental health one step at a time, on a daily basis. I could not recommend the show enough as a tool to ditch the overwhelm of mental health!
-
abv25Her ads for her own products make this impossibleThe constant bombardment of many ads in even the short episodes for her apps, pills, whatever etc make the useful knowledge pointless. It’s not just jarring, I’m forced to constantly be aware an ad is coming and skip skip skip ahead. Not worth it if you are in real need of help and support as her priority is getting you into a sales funnel or subscription. Find someone else.
-
MusicbirdSongGood minus all the adsSo many ads it makes it hard to absorb the show.
-
Laura’s ICloudEncouraging!I have followed you on IG for awhile but had no idea you had a podcast. So glad I found this! I’ll be listening to more episodes!

Hawaii_LifeThank you for episode 435!!!This was an Amazingly helpful and interesting podcast. I am trying to taper off of Paxil and klonopin at 69 yrs old. I have been on both for 35 yrs and have been desperately searching for information on tapering. I have worked with 2 psychiatrists and have a much clearer and detailed understanding than all the yrs of researching. I am so grateful to Dr Horowitz for sharing his personal experience with tapering off his medications and for sharing the information on how to taper. He’s amazing and I would love to work with him. Please bring him back again! I would like to know more about tapering 2 medications at the same time. Thank you so very much!
-
Probably AnxiousRevolutionaryThank you Dr. Leaf for episode 435. I’m currently trying to wean from an SNRI for the 3rd time, and I too have experienced depersonalization, derealization, psycosis, headaches, night sweats, tremors, dysarthria and so on. Not very many people are talking about antidepressant withdrawal so thank you for being the peoples voice. Really crucial stuff here 🙏🏼
-
jme_frustratedGreat TopicsThis podcast has so many interviews with different angles but all related to Dr Leaf’s findings from years in the profession and research. I found the episode on Highly Sensitive People life changing! It helped me understand a memory that was unlocked from doing the Neurocycle and so many other things in my life.
-

donewithstuckLife changingDr Leaf’s work is proven, effective, and life changing. If you do the work - buy the app, do the Neurocycle- and listen here for extra resources, you will heal. This is a beautiful marriage of amazing science and the art of healing one’s heart.

Jg138Too Many Ads Make Dr Leaf Seem InsincereI understand that few things are free, and I find the Patreon vs listen with ads model reasonable. But as a first time listener, I selected a 22 minute episode about disappointment. It began with an ad for a podcasting platform. Then came an ad for mental health. Both seemed ok as they are in keeping with Dr Leaf’s wheelhouse. Then she was interrupted mid sentence for a highly scripted ad about zit cream. I was beginning to wonder if she will advertise literally anything. Then she was once again interrupted by something nutritional or diet-related and I just gave up. Such a shame, really. I subscribe to 3 podcaster’s paid extensions and would have considered Dr Leaf, but after all that shilling, I wonder how hard up she is and what she really stands for.
-
MooreMomentumAwesome!Love the show! Our biggest battles can be in our own mind. Dr. Lead does an awesome job at getting to the root of the problem and helping you transform into a growth mindset and to stop holding yourself back.
-
GeorgieGabThank youThank you Caroline. I absolutely love your podcasts and both you and your amazing guests have taught me so much. Love how you calmly talk about matters that can and do change our lives. Highly recommend all to take a listen.
-
SgtFullerShe’s becoming TOXICI’ve been listening to Dr. Leaf for a few years, and also bought her book. I’m completely done paying attention to her after episode #357. It’s such a disappointment to observe how far removed she is compared to who she was when I first started listening. People typically change and grow; unfortunately Caroline Leaf is going in the wrong direction. I’ve lost respect for her and highly recommend not listening to this podcast.
-
gopmandaSmartest lady I know ofDr. Caroline Leaf wants to help us all, spirit soul and body. She is full of love and information.
-
Dr. Sharon GrossmanThis is how you need to use your mindWow! Dr. Leaf has created a podcast filled with information about how to take back control of your life through your mind. Powerful stuff you can put to work right away!
-
Heavenbound2089Yikes 🫣Dr. Leaf first caught my attention by using God’s Word in her approach to science. God created science 🧬 We don’t need to run from it!! Science and Faith are complimentary, not contrary! I’ve loved her for this approach, but she abandoned her WORD :( in order to pander to the loudest voices of our society. The silent majority was with you, Caroline. Careful here. The group you are pandering to tends to eat it’s own. You are brilliant and I’m praying for a revelation in your spirit! 🙏🏻

LaughingGooseEpisode w/ Josh PeckI love everything I’ve learned from your podcasts and your book, “Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess”. Life changing! My favorite guest you’ve had on your podcast has to be Josh Peck. His story and your interaction with him revealed real life application of all the things I’ve been learning since discovering you and your work 3 months ago. I look forward to each new episode.
-

SAM707JLLife changingDr Caroline leaf is absolutely amazing, she has literally saved my life and has changed it so much!
-
dweilandtThe ads are taking me out of this great podcastI really enjoy these podcast but holy cow it feels like there are too many ads. They all use the same music and feel like they occur every few minutes. Could there be more upfront so that there are less interruptions throughout the podcast? Just as soon as I am getting into a topic, the same music comes in and totally takes me out of my focus. The content is so good! I hope this is seen as constructive.
-
LisaMcIntireSadly disappointedAfter listening to episode 361, I am disappointed that you have encouraged content that is not God-honoring Dr Leaf. I had truly admired your admiration of how God created our incredible brain but when you host people who oppose sanctity of life, among other Christian principles, it devalues all you you use to stand for. I’m sorry to see you have sold out for ratings and compromised your beliefs. James 4:4 tell us “whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God” Caroline ~ Please come back to your first love of Jesus… Honor Him first in all that we do and say ~~ Keeping you and your beautiful family in prayer, Lisa McIntire

Jesus-in-the-CityWow! Episode #357 is SO DISAPPOINTING!I’ve only gotten through a portion of the episode but this guest she has on is so full of judgment, condemnation, propaganda and misinformation, it’s really disgusting? How can a medical professional be trusted with people’s lives and mental health and safety and be so incredibly misinformed about medical facts on the issue of masks and spreading Covid. It’s possible that the countries that have the least Covid spread have it because they’ve locked up their citizens for months on end, taken away their enjoyment of life, family, professions and livelihoods for the “greater good” of their societies. These women who probably have no idea what it is to go out and work day to day in unglamorous jobs to put food on the table for their families have a lot of nerve casting these disparagements. I wonder if the rising rates of broken families, suicide and mental health issues (which is what these women, ironically, should be focused on given their professions) have been considered alongside the drop in cases of a disease that is overwhelmingly not fatal or life threatening in over 97% of cases. I also am hearing her demonizing people who don’t wear masks as not wanting to protect others when there are 0, and I repeat, ZERO, studies that show that mask wearing makes any SIGNIFICANT difference in the spread of Covid or any other virus whatsoever. The only thing this episode is good for is probably exposing this Dr and Dr Leaf’s really uncaring, condescending and inaccurate judgements on probably half the audience, if not more. Really sad to hear this. Hopefully as time goes on and more of this inaccuracy is exposed, these doctors will humbly and honorably retract their false statements, if they’re not too busy on their high horses and soap boxes in the meantime. What an ironic episode given what was SUPPOSED to be the subject matter.
-
shop local-get rid of amazonDisappointedWhile I appreciate some of the mental health material presented, it is extremely disappointing that Dr. Leaf would allow her platform to be used to deliver one size fits all statements concerning things that are disproven through the scientific method like those discussed in 357. Unfortunately, the resolutions to the issues being discussed in this episode are inaccurate and are not scientifically backed. The irony is that while the guest was talking about narcissism and how people are being narcissistic with theses issues and participating in gaslighting type behaviors, she is actually equally engaging in narcissism and is gaslighting a very large group of people in the world. How incredibly self-unaware. Very sad, very divisive. If you have been struggling psychologically because of what has been taking place the last two years then Do Not Listen to this podcast.

Vegasmama1234599% filler 1% useful informationJust listened to a 40 minute podcast, of which she spent 39 minutes telling us about what she was going to talk about and about 1 minute actually talking about it. Complete waste of time!
