    JZ was recommended to me as a coach when I started training for my first Ironman. His podcast refelcts his coaching style. Fun, smart, and massively effective. I love listening to this podcast for extra tips and approaches to staying fit and strong while minimizing the risk of injury. Awesome podcast. Put it on and go for a run.

    Listening to these guys cover the topics of fitness and health, it’s hard to think of a better duo to follow. They keep it interesting, fun and engaging. It’s hard not to get a positive buzz after one of their podcasts. Anyone who wants to get more out of their fitness or well being should definitely check these guys out!

    I'm a wife, mother of 3, account executive, and git'r done kinda gal. I love The Lifetime Body Podcast because you guys always keep things in perspective. You talk about the importance of nutrition, sleep, and a balanced lifestyle but you don't shy away from encouraging people to occasionally be intense or aggressive in training...as long as they are smart about it. I try to be an example to my friends and family in that way because too many people think health and longevity is all about living in a bubble measuring everything, and never going hard. I say hogwash! Thanks for keeping me well-advised and motivated. This warrior princess is Making Her Body Last a Lifetime, thanks to the pearls of wellness wisdom she gets from JZ and PK!

    The Lifetime Body Podcast is simply The Best wellness and performance show out there today. JZ and PK call it health and fitness edutainment, and that’s what it’s all about. This show lives in that space between useful scientific information that we can apply to our lives, and some fun conversation that we can all relate to. I’ve listened to a Lot of podcasts in this field and many of them are just too complex and frankly quite boring. Not so with The Lifetime Body...it’s a really useful show for real, everyday people like me. Thanks guys and keep up the great work. And since you often say you welcome questions or ideas for show topics, how about an episode on CrossFit versus marathon training?”

    I encourage anyone interested in their health (which should be everyone) to listen to The Lifetime Body Podcast. John and PK have an amazing ability to distill the most complicated aspects of health and fitness into what is most important for the listener. Communicating the essential aspects of sleep, food, and movement to live a healthy lifestyle is what they are all about. In the day of information overload, they are refreshing to the senses. My favorite aspect is how they debunk much of the conventional wisdom with regard to health and fitness--they make a healthy lifestyle attainable for everyone. Carry on gentlemen!

    Project Jacked Disciple
    I was involved with the Project Jacked control group, and it changed my life. Some of the concepts are tough to enact at first, but is completely worth it, and so simple to follow once you have a foundation John has changed my life, and I encourage everyone to stop making excuses and get to work on your future.

    Best fitness, health and well-being podcast
    JZ's and PK's Lifetime Body Podcast is the best podcast I've found on how to live a healthy life. JZ provides a unique balance of science and common sense. PK provides the valuable point of view of the everyday guy trying to make sense of all of the health noise coming at us. This is on my weekly rotation and it's helping guide my nutrition and exercise decisions.
