Life changing for MENTAL HEALTH TOO!!!
I have been listening and doing the work since 2020 when a traumatic event triggered debilitating depression and anxiety. Nichole’s podcast and FREE resources taught me the tools to work through it myself! No expensive, hard to find therapist needed. It was not easy to face the emotional pain, but Nichole provides the direction, support and inspiration to work gently towards healing. I am a scientist and biotech professional and was SHOCKED to realize that repressed emotions, and trauma can lead to physical pain and mental health issues like depression and anxiety. Maybe I just never paid attention until it happened to me but it was such a mind-blowing realization! I hope everyone suffering from pain (mental or physical) finds this podcast. It will change your life! Thank you Nichole!

I am so thankful I found this podcast. For the first time in years, I feel hope. I believe. I’m doing the work. I'm practicing patience and compassion. Left foot, right foot, breathe.

    Saved Me
I am not exaggerating when I say this podcast saved my life. I was suffering and consumed with constant chronic pain. I resisted listening to it for awhile because I thought the name The Cure for Chronic Pain sounded kind of trite to me; there couldn’t possibly be a cure. Once I started listening, however, I heard myself in every single person’s story. Just listening (binging episodes), gave me actual relief from my pain for the first time in years. I started JournalSpeaking and some of my decades-long pain just melted away almost like magic! My most severe pain spot stayed put while I continued to do the work, truly believing that it would happen in time. Three years later, I can report I no longer have that pain! I thought I would have to live with it forever. Nicole, and all these wonderful people on the pod, have changed my life. I share the podcast with so many people I know could benefit from the work.

Help is only a podcast away
Nicole Sachs weekly podcast expands on her research into mind, body, spirit connections which in turn is based on Dr. Sarno’s breakthroughs. If you are coming to her podcast in 2024 like I am, there is an extensive library of episodes going back to 2019. A goldmine of thoughtful discussions on identifying and eliminating chronic pain. JournalSpeak is a concept I wish I had come across years ago. All in all, read Dr. Sarno’s books, do Nicole’s program, use the podcast to support your efforts.

What hurts but what hurts more?
I’m so glad after 20 years of “knowing “ about Dr Sarno’s work I found Nicole. I love you’re easy and applicable ways of working the TMS program. I turn 70 this year, I’ve been a yoga teacher for 20 years and integrating journal speaks and the energy of compassion and belief is what I have always known but now it is my oxygen! Namaste and Thank you🙏

    S3 Episode 103 Review
Love this podcast been listening to it for about 6 years. All I have to say is timing. I remember listening to Rachel Platten’s fight song when I was in a battle with a bad health diagnosis at 28. I’ve been more committed and throwing myself into this work recently. It’s just incredible how when we need reminders or encouragement it’s there. I had to laugh when Rachel said “Was God drunk when he made me?!” 100% me, I can totally relate to that and have hated myself for it at times for being so empathetic. However like she said it’s incredibly powerful and we need to share with others because it’s relatable. It makes all the difference. Love that on this journey Platten’s popped up again and can’t wait for her new album. Loved the song at the end!

    So Amazingly Good
Hey all. I have been a student of this space for many years. Got rid of a long list of physical issues. Then, after some big life events, more of the mental health issues started to return - namely anxiety and depression. In my opinion the worst of them all. This podcast has been instrumental in calming my nervous system and I am finding relief for these issues as well. I will keep listening, doing JournalSpeak, as long as I need and I invite you to join me, and this community as well

    Long Covid Free
I went to every doctor had every test done and no one could find anything wrong and no one knew how to help me. Finding this podcast was a gift from God because it gave me hope and healing. If you believe, do the work, and have patience and kindness for yourself you will be healed of whatever chronic pain you have. I know that because I had 50+ symptoms and now I am free.

Nicole’s method has changed my life completely. I was basically bed bound for the past 2+ years with chronic debilitating migraines. I’ve been migraine free for 6 weeks now. Thank you Nicole!!

Real help in addressing chronic conditions
I’ve suffered from stress-related illnesses my whole life, but knowing they were likely stress related wasn’t enough to prevent me from becoming very ill indeed at times. Nicole’s methods are what I’ve always looked for and couldn’t find - a road map for addressing the dysregulation of my nervous system that began in very early childhood. I wish I’d found this work in my teens instead of my nearly-old age - it would’ve saved so much pain and effortful living. But I’m grateful to have it now. If you listen with an open mind you’ll get what you need to do the work to heal. Can’t recommend highly enough.

    Chronic migraine free
I suffered from chronic migraines since childhood. Managed with meds for a long time. At times, I would be resistant to meds and then they would “start working” again. Same dosage. Same brand. I was at a low point of them not working. At the end of 2022, I went all in with a neurologist and tracked every headache and symptom for months. Tried Topamax (horrible side effects) and researched the next new med (abdominal injections monthly). Decided to go a different route and commit to an elimination diet for about 4 months. Migraines seemed to get worse. Now I understand my nervous system was even more disregulated from this very restrictive diet that actually created more fear around food. In January 2023, I found the Curable app and listened to success stories and expert interviews. I started the brain retraining work through the app and joined their Facebook group. Through the app, I listened to Nicole Sach’s interview and saw many people on the FB group posting about her. Have listened to every podcast. I’ve watched all her YouTube content. I continue to explore mind-body connection and learn. And most importantly, I am chronic migraine free. Get headaches from time to time, but for the last year or so, I would say I am free from chronic migraines. They are rare and managed with meds or sometimes just the work of JournalSpeak, pain reprocessing and mediation on the occasion they arise. I do not live in fear of them. They are not debilitating in any way. This work is worth exploring if you suffer migraines (or other chronic pain and conditions). Nicole’s work and her podcast in particular have been instrumental to my healing journey.

Thank you for sharing this with the world! I was in a mess with a diagnosis of IC. And hearing my doctors say that there is no cure was so scary! I’m so grateful that is not true. I no longer have that chronic pain, and I have learned so much about myself! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

    Relief at last
I discovered Nicole on an episode of Curable. I was introduced to TMS 6 months ago after decades of myriad physical and mental health problems. I got busy with different threads of mind body work. Once I discovered Nicole, I have been listening to TCFCP daily. I find that every episode either resonates with my experiences and/or teaches me something I can immediately incorporate. Nicole exudes positive and passionate energy. I feel like she has read my mind and is talking directly to me. It’s so wonderful to know others like me are listening and I’m not alone and I’m not crazy! She does not preach, chastise or offer empty promises of miracle cures. She is honest and up front about the work that needs to be done but she offers it in a loving and kind manner. I’m so grateful to have discovered her work!

Nicole speaks directly to this human condition that affects everyone, but seems like not many people even know about or believe. She is so generous to give so much incredible content for free! You really don’t need to look anywhere else for help with your chronic pain.

    Fascinating!!
I can’t stop listening!! I found this after searching for more information about borderline personality disorder because I’m educating myself about it in order to help a family member. One of the episodes mentioned the term. Anyhow, I just keep listening… And personally tried the journalspeak! Thank you!!

    Life saving
This podcast is fantastic. So grateful for all the work and effort Nicole puts into every episode, the different resources she offers to aid in healing, and the research and time she takes in explaining how and why her method works scientifically to help us to get well (but more importantly become conscious and intentional people to stay well). You can get better and its free- you do the work yourself for free! I do believe it’s life saving.

I LOVE YOU NICOLE!! I just started this process a month ago and am incredibly hopeful that this is the answer for my back pain. I love all of your podcast episodes and I will use this episode as my 10 minute meditation after JS. I could never find just the right meditation for me, but I think hearing this mind science over and over again will bring me the peace and calm I’ve been looking for. Thank you for all that you do and I can’t wait to one day meet you in person at the Omega Institute. Keep up the incredible work! Jodi

Not just for people struggling with chronic pain
I found Nicole’s podcast while listening to a podcast about anxiety. After dealing with 3 very stressful years I started to develop physical symptoms from what I believe was very high anxiety for a very long time. I didn’t have physical pain but dealt with other physical symptoms that were very worrisome and lasted for months with no relief. This podcast has helped with my symptoms, my anxiety, my self criticism, my childhood trauma and my overall mental and physical health. I still have a ways to go but I feel like finding Nicole’s podcast and work has really saved me. Thank you Nicole!!

    Life Changing!
I am so grateful to have been introduced to Nicole’s podcasts! I have suffered from chronic pain for years. Nicole’s JournalSpeak, podcasts & other resources have been key to me breaking this cycle. I’ve always suspected that my chronic pain is related to trauma I suffered but didn’t know what to do. Now I do. If you’re looking to change your life and get rid of your chronic pain, listen to Nicole. Follow her guidance, get the Curable App & do the work! And don’t forget patience & kindness for yourself.

    Uplifting and renewing!
Thank you Nicole for always giving me hope and confidence. I just listened to the story about your wrist, how you stayed calm, and how you worked through it. It reminded me that humans are strong and we have choices. I love the quote that pain is annoying and frustrating and I often say the same thing ‘ugh I don’t want this right now.’ But it’s a reminder to keep working on myself and the future is brighter if I choose it to be.

    Nicole is beyond amazing!!!!
I have always tried to listen to podcasts and just can’t focus. For some reason, every single one of Nicole’s podcasts I can and I’m soooo addicted from the very first one. I feel like she is talking directly to me like she’s my friend. Every episode I find something about myself. I feel like I have so much support and understanding. Those who are healing need to find these and listen asap. Thank you Nicole, just thank you so much! YOU ARE AMAZING! I have been sick for 12 years and just started journalspeak in December. I’m excited what the future holds.

I’m so Grateful I Found this Podcast
I think I’ve listened to 100 episodes in the last 30 days. I find a part of myself in every discussion. I have hope in a future I didn’t even think I had thanks to Nicole and her guests who are willing to share. I’ve given my money, time, hope and power away to anyone with a “cure” for the last two decades. The methods and guidance here cost no more than a pencil, paper and a few short minutes a day, while the payoff is everything. Thank you so much, Nicole.

    Brilliant in every way!
I have just discovered Nicole and her podcasts, and as a devotee of Dr. Sarno, I am no stranger to Nicole’s content. However she has taken Dr. Sarno’s work to an entirely new level of depth and helpful truth. In addition, her passion and knowledge is so broad and deep that it is impossible not to feel hopeful and energized to continue the work with her expert guidance. I am so happy to have found you Nicole and your work. What a beautiful enhancement to my already wonderful life. Thank you!

Saved my life from long Covid
Nicole’s podcast is a must listen if you’re suffering from long Covid or any kind of chronic condition. I went from marathon to bedridden with king Covid in a matter of weeks last year. Really good content. Missing Credentials
I’m a psychologist and I have chronic pain. I find this content incredibly helpful. One thing I am always on the lookout for and try to help my own clients do is be critical consumers of information. To do this, I like to be able to easily access a speakers credentials, educational or professional experience, funding sources and professional affiliations. I would feel a lot more confident recommending this work to others if this other information were more explicit, if only because the line between therapist and coach today seems blurry as ever, with coaches claiming that they’re different from therapists because they do XYZ things differently (when really that list of things pertains to what makes “good” therapy). Anyway, the way Nicole’s services are structured often presents more like a coach because there are a lot of professional ethics for therapists that would likely be in breach (ie dual roles, conflicts of interest, privacy, etc). Anyway, this content is incredibly valuable and important. I just hope that the creator can take the time to set up a clear background section on her website that speaks to these issues. Thank you for all you do!

All I can say is Wow!
My name is Ed Odell, and I stumbled upon Nicole’s work. Actually I believe God guided me to it. I won’t go into my whole story but I have been doing the work for about 3 weeks. I have many injuries I have sustained over my 55 yr life, many courtesy of military service. Probably I have dealt with the chronic pain part the last 15 yrs. I have had many surgeries to repair bones and ligaments. I was diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy last year. It is an autoimmune that causes my immune system to attack the ends of my long nerves both sensory and motor. So my knees down are numb and finger tips. Along with the neuropic pain in those areas. I was started on infusions , that are supposed to trick my immune system into not attacking the nerves. Well with insurance issues, I had to stop them in June. They were working and I was seeing a difference in the motor nerve repair. I am currently in the process of going through the VA to get them started again. When I read Nicole’s book and listen to the podcast , I immediately thought Ill try it. Wow! I have felt the difference on all the areas that I normally feel pain, besides what the CIDP affects. As I have been going through this, I am realizing that so much of what I thought was anxiety, injuries, etc, was and is TMS! I just listened to Sept 29th episode on Symptom Imperative. That really helped, because it seems that my nervous system is doing the bouncing all over thing too. Especially the insomnia. It amazes me that really this is a simple thing, I wish I had found this years ago.
