Yesyesyes🙌🏼Love itThis podcast is a must listen!!! As someone working with children with the desire to have them one day, this podcast has exponentially improved my ability to interact with kids (and adults) regarding body positivity, food, and stigma. I learn from every episode and really appreciate the array of content provided.

FalstafiaLoved it.I don’t know how she does it but you can just tell from the tone of Zoe’s voice and the way she engages with kids that she’s a beautiful soul. I am definitely trying this with my children as it not only makes them healthier and more adventurous eaters but also helps them think through ideas that have their root in our senses. The kids seem to understand it. Perhaps Zoe can teach this to College professors next as nothing is in the intellect that wasn’t first in the senses. Please have Leo and Noah on again. They are a dynamic duo. 👏👏👏

Bob a la sob mobImportant perspectiveAn important podcast for viewing both eating disorders and obesity. The Full Bloom project needs more cultural and ethnic diversity though. I would also encourage more actual evidence based advice and information rather than the more casual banter that occurs. The HAES concept is really important and also not at all new.

SonniAbattaHave a daughter? You need this podcast.Even though body issues impact both genders, I am especially anxious about raising girls in a modern world filled with technology showing them false images of bodies and femininity. I’m so grateful to have found this podcast and all of its wisdom. It brings such incredible (and specific!) advice for parents who want to help guide their kids and keep their families happy and healthy. I will be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

SBLCSWAs a clinician and a mother, I’m so grateful for this resource!Despite my intensive (and expensive!) training as a therapist, I learn something NEW and profound about relating to food and bodies every time I listen. These lessons have helped me refine me clinical stance—which is cool—but guess what’s way cooler? These lessons have helped me parent 2 kiddos who will be able to experience greater freedom and pleasure (and to achieve and contribute more in our world) because I have Full Bloom tools to combat diet culture, appearance obsession, and body dissatisfaction. Thank you, Zoë and Leslie, for helping me help my kids bloom.

lklistenernycVery important podcastZoe and Leslie’s podcast has given me a new vantage point from which to understand the appearance-obsessed culture that we are all swimming in. It has heightened my awareness to all sorts of unconscious prejudices and assumptions related to dangerous body and beauty ideals that I observe in myself, and in the world around me. Each episode is a learning experience, while also being highly enjoyable to listen to. I’m so glad Zoe and Leslie created this resource for parents and all people.

dietculturesurvivor47Amazing resource for parents and grandparents alikeI learn so much from The Full Bloom podcast and only wish I had known all this when I was raising my kids 30 years ago. It’s helping me improve my own body image and relationship with myself and my adult daughter. Thank you, Leslie and Zoë!

farahmackenzieA body and food positive joy!As a mom of a young child, I recommend this podcast highly. Parents worry by nature and many adults have their own hang ups and issues around body image and food. These worries are compounded by the pressures modern parents feel to do things “right”. Zoe and Leslie have a way of taking the pressure off the issues of food and eating and helping the listener trust their child and their own best instincts, all while offering their own expertise as both physiologists and moms.

Every guest is incredibly interesting, the length of the show is just right and I love that there are always ideas of things I can do. Eating disorders and difficulties with eating have become an epidemic and I’m so grateful for the wisdom this show shares. ❤️ Children do not have to grow up hating their bodies.

nickle281Learned so muchWhat a great podcast! It feels like a conversation with friends. I learned so much about helping kids be happy and healthy. Also very interesting to learn about practices that, although well-meaning, can be harmful. I admire the podcasters’ ability to do all this without sounding judgey or admonishing at all.
-
jazzplustwoWe need more great podcasts like thisBusy moms don’t have time to dive through tons of parenting books or long articles on how to raise intuitive eaters and kids that love their bodies in a diet obsessed culture so it is great to hear informative/science based in podcasts that aren’t overwhelmingly long but still offer tons of great nuggets of info :)
-
HolliZ37Seriously Brilliant!!This podcast has incredible information in short, easy to understand episodes. I am an executive director for a non profit that raises awareness for eating disorders and I tell everyone I come in contact with to listen to this podcast. Keep up the great work!!!!

jojog2Insightful and Helpful for Parents Wondering How to Raise Healthy Kids with Positive Body ImageI’ve really been enjoying listening to this new series! I have found it enormously helpful in reviewing my own upbringing which was filled with negative body talk and disordered eating, and how I might now be a better parent. As a mom, it is nice to have an easy to digest resource for information I think we all think about all the time, but do not know how to address. I especially appreciate that the information discussed can be pertinent to children of all ages, and families of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. Definitely worth the listen!
