dmlegReally appreciate the content, ads so loudI really appreciate the content and Dr. Tracy’s knowledge and insight on such a wide variety of topics. I just wanted to provide the feedback that the ads are so much louder than the rest of the content, I have to adjust the volume throughout. If there is a way to make things more consistent, that would be awesome!!
-
Bri 5/21/17Great info lots of adsI wanted to like this but the amount of ads that come in really throws the focus off the topic being ng discussed

Sunny81_1Powerful and we all need are Dr. D!The most recent episode that I heard was super powerful for me! Even though I work to serve encouraging and motivating others in my profession, I realize that I need my own mentor to uplift me and uproot me from prior thoughts, anxiety and mental roadblocks. We all need our own Dr. D in our own life!
-

emma.schweitzerused to be goodI really enjoyed this podcast and found it helpful with lots of great, non judgmental advice on personal growth and relationships. However, the last few episodes have been cringeworthy and I have had to turn them off, because periodically in the middle of the content, Dr Tracy starts selling Athletic Greens. It’s done in such a way that it’s like she is trying to disguise that it’s a paid advertisement and it’s making me question how genuine the rest of the podcast is.
-
Sarahkm7So informativeI follow Dr Tracy on instagram and when I found these podcast, they helped so much. They have great advice and make me remember that IM NOT ALONE
-
Salesgirl8I wish I would’ve started listening earlierA couple of months ago I started to listen to this podcast cast. I have been following Dr. Traci on Instagram for a while. But it’s just until I started listening to her podcast, that I realize the amazing work she does. Whenever I need a time for myself to calm down, to feel better and learn, I can find the answer or a guidance in her episodes. It’s not easy to apply every advice, but I know that I an trying. Thank You Dr. Tracy. I hope I can catch up one day!
-
K1298745UnhelpfulMight be fine in a “normal” relationship where a partner is not abusive, but very unhealthy and destructive advice otherwise. Goes against expert advice in such situations. Not safe advice.
-
barbellsandbakingSuch amazing advice!Wow! I have been following Dr. Tracy on Instagram for a while now, but just started listening to her podcast today. I listened to 2 episodes this morning and it was just what I needed to hear! So much good advice and I feel so understood. Definitely recommend this podcast!

Amber Ran HThe friend you didn’t know you neededThis really is a space for women to come together, connect, and help each other through some hard times. I’m thankful to be apart of the “be connected” community on Facebook, and as a member, this podcast is icing on the cake. I love that it’s not only suggestions on how we can show up better in our relationships but the tiny changes you make really do change the overall dynamics of your household. I find me being more compassionate, coming with a curious attitude and not accusatory. I’m 17 years in with my spouse and we really needed help, I’m glad I found Tracy to help us navigate and better communicate.
-

Kate Renewed!Incredibly Helpful!I listened to these podcast episodes in the throes of postpartum anxiety when I would drive every afternoon for an hour to get my newborn to nap! (I’m sure fellow moms can relate to the desperation!) Dr. Dalgleish is personable, relatable, and shares powerful information in an easy-to-understand way! All the knowledge (& laughter) helped get me through that transitional season. Thank you, Dr. Tracy!
-
JoannnnnnnnnaLovely addition to Personal + Couples TherapyI recently started therapy for not only myself but for my marriage as well. This podcast is such a lovely addition. I listen every time I’m doing chores so that these mundane tasks I used to view as miserable and boring are now a chance for me to learn and feel validated therefore not only am I bettering my life but I’m keeping up on my chores! Such great motivation to keep myself GOING because depression has swallowed me whole in the past. It’s easy to slip away if you don’t have a clear path for getting better. Highly recommend this podcast to EVERYONE!
-

-
nancy-raeMeaningful words to revisit again and againAppreciate the thoroughness of each episode. Filled with enough detail to help create a better understanding of an issue or idea, and I appreciate the tiny bit of “homework” that we can take away from the episode.
