    I’ve been on a healing journey, mentally, spiritually and physically for 10 years now. As a breast cancer survivor and now caregiving for my husband who has brain damage from a stroke…. I am beyond thankful I stumbled across this beautiful podcast! It’s MY missing piece 🙏👏🏼👍🏼 The way Susan delivers & educates is phenomenal. She’s actually quite soothing for me to listen to, I can FEEL her passion and it touches my soul deeply. I was already aware of how you speak to yourself matters.     After listening regularly for the last few months, I still feel so refreshed and empowered by Susan’s podcasts! I subscribe to several podcasts and Stressproof is only one of three I actually make time to listen to. I have a family and a work-from-home mom. I’m busy. But I get so much out of the podcast that affects me in such subtle and significant ways, that I keep listening. I keep feeling more hopeful, energetic and positive!

    Enlightening
    This podcast has really enabled me to better manage stress and anxiety. I now look at stress and anxiety in a different light and can harness those feelings/emotions in a more productive manner. Susan’s first episode, which talks in detail about her struggle with adrenal fatigue, really struck a chord with me. As someone who has been looking for an underlying cause of my chronic fatigue for years, this was an eye opening revelation, and something I’m addressing with the help of a specialist.

    I woke up happy
    I’ve worked through a lot of different things to help me over the years, most recently somatic experiencing, which left me strangely feeling more broken and frustrated. (I had some childhood trauma and deal with autoimmune disease.) I thought something was wrong with me. Susan is the first coach or professional who has made sense again. She is so personable, clear, practical and funny. I actually shared the podcast with my employer and her team. It’s that good. I have struggled with feeling lonely, anxious, stressed, and frustrated at times with life, especially since becoming a mother. (I am a work-from-home mother of a toddler.) I love my husband and child. But I have had a hard time adjusting to this new season of life. After listening to Susan’s before and after story in a recent episode, I woke up the next day feeling happy for the first time in a couple of years. Not kidding. ❤️ I felt excited about the day with my son and work. Her podcasts leave me feeling hopeful that my life can and will change. I just need to dig into why and do the work.

    So happy I stumbled into Stressproof
    I have had a total of 10 surgeries. They have all helped me very much. After the 6th surgery I started being fearful and worrying all the time what next?!?! How much more can I take? When is it not going to be an easy fix? The only thing I thought about was my health and was determined that I could solve this. Susan made so much sense. I enjoy seeing results and retraining my thought process. I feel lighter and happier. I tried meditation, journaling, reading, yoga, essential oils, and much more with no change. I was a ball of nerves. I hope you try Stressproof because it has abled my mind to be quieter and enjoy life to the fullest.

    I just discovered this podcast a few days ago and have been hooked ever since! I’ve been stuck in a rut lately and was looking for some motivation, until I stumbled upon Susan’s podcast and decided to give it a go. Little did I know that her podcast would be so transformational for me....it’s unbelievable how much of a difference I can already feel in my mood and mindset. Everything she talks about is so relatable. I definitely recommend anyone who needs help managing their stress or even just a bit of guidance in life to check out her podcast! Very inspirational :)

    Susan has helped me through so many times where I could not shut off my mind and I just play her podcasts and she helps me realize my feelings are just thoughts and to just take a deep breath every once in a while. I cannot recommend her enough I recommend her podcasts to all my friends when they are in a troubling scenario or need advice and i cannot help.. her words are so wise 🥺

    I absolutely love the Stressproof podcast. Susan has a very practical and simplistic -yet complex - way to talk about topics wich change the way you approach life.     Started this podcast (as my very 1st ever podcast ever!) when driving across the country this summer to visit my hometown and it’s changing my life! So thankful for Susan Choi for sharing her life story and speaking so openly and honestly about our anxiety and negative feelings about life.     I discovered Susan’s podcast during a time when I found I was overworking myself to the extent that it was affecting my health and my relationships. I feel like episode 3 on self care was a truth bomb that I absolutely needed to hear. I love how technical, straightforward and actionable her advice is.     “Boredom” and “Achievement Addiction” were so relevant for me as a recent college graduate. I graduated from UF this past May as a first-gen student and this achievement identified me for essentially my entire academic career. Now that I’ve switched from full-time student to full-time worker and newlywed, I find myself bored and lacking luster in life because I have nothing to achieve anymore.     Listening to these episodes definitely gave me comfort in knowing that so many more people are out there with similar issues handling stress. Being in college and having to balance classes, work, extracurriculars and my social life can be really overwhelming.     Helped me try to re-evaluate my stress at its core!
    As someone who easily stresses out and is currently somewhat stuck in a rabbithole, just listening to this podcast gave me a push to re-evaluate how I was managing my workload and life in general. This podcast was incredibly helpful and was a great way for me to finally try to not just find an external distraction to my stressors, but to target my stress at its core. Additionally, as someone who really enjoys listening to the science and health aspects of how stress physically affects an individual, hearing about adrenal fatigue and how stress escalates already existing bodily issues was really enlightening.
