    Wow. Disappointed.
Couple things. First, the host calls it the 75 Hard “Challenge”. It’s not a challenge. It’s a program and that’s said over and over again. The host changes the program. Doesn’t do the 2 workouts “but keeps going”. Yea I’m not going to sit here and have this bastardize the program. Not a good look.

    Loving it
I’m a late starter and hope you will continue your podcast. Looks like you have stopped.

    Do not listen to this
This guy admits having cheat meals and not following the program and not following the critical task, but continues to do program. I doubt you have truly finished a 75 hard task by task it’s not good to mislead people and think it’s OK to cut corners come on bro

    It’s not a challenge
If you actually listened to Andy he clearly says it’s not a “Challenge “ it’s a Program come on bro

    IT’S NOT A “CHALLENGE”
It makes people who have done the program and who listen to Andy question your legitimacy when you refer to it as a “challenge”.

    Annoying host
Did you know he was a marine?? Really, did you know he was in the marine corps??!? Did you know he was in the military?? Saw combat?? I can’t with him. 😳🤢🙄 thank you for your service but you volunteered to do that. Super annoying and so smug and self satisfied.

    Not even doing 75hard
This podcast is bogus! You won’t gain any traction in life riding the coattail of anyone. I wouldn’t take advice from a man like this for anything in life. You’re either repeating Andy’s words or rambling about nonsense.

    Inspired, then toxic
I was inspired by this podcast when I was looking to be inspired to double down on my efforts at the gym. Recently, I found this podcast to border on toxic and unsupportive of my journey. What set me off was the latest episode about working out when you're sick. It is absolutely okay to listen to your body and take a day to heal when you are not well. In this podcast episode he says that you have to keep going on about your day no matter what. This is typical diet culture and I'm over it. What started out as inspiration soon became toxic diet culture and Im done.

This man is doing a podcast about 75 hard while cheating on 75 hard
I barely started listening to this and in the first few minutes he admitted that he didn’t do 2 workouts a day but still kept going. How can someone make a podcast about 75 hard while completely failing to actually adhere to its rules.

    Rules
You can’t change the rules of the program to suit you. Andy clearly states there is no changing rules . Two workouts are required which makes it hard . There is no seventy five hard lite program .

75 hard starting challenge with you tomorrow and I am so excited!!
COVID impacts have Been a challenge but I committed myself to taking care of myself - what started as a diet journey by hiring a health coach ended up taking care of my own mental health issues - Eating healthy And at a stand still with weight loss and now that I feel much stronger and Andy's 75 hard challenge was introduced to me and while planning to get started this week caught your podcasts - I’ve been so excited to start with you / it’s exactly what I needed to pull me out of a long funk!! My excitement is sucking my husband in and may ultimately help with his depression too. You are an Answer to my prayers. I love your direct no nonsense approach and soothing voice. Thx u

    Bring it
I am not big on podcasts, I prefer audiobooks but I started, then restarted 75 hard last two weeks and needed to see someone’s perspective. I am surprised by how inspirational this turned out. I am a naturally arrogant, dominant, alpha type and this spoke directly to my natural instincts. I lost 30 lbs last year with a lot of very hard work and after I regained some of the weight I worked so hard to lose so quickly last fall I wondered if it’s even worth trying again. 75 hard seems to be what I needed and I look forward to listening to your journey as I go through it.

    Failing to understand
I’m failing to understand, How you are doing 75 hard. First please don’t look at this as an attack you anything you have done. As I’m sure this “program” you guys are doing is helping you. However you aren’t actually doing “75 Hard”. Andy Frisella 75 hard has 5 very easy steps. 1. Drink 1 gallon of water a day 2. 2 45 min workouts, 1 of the workout has to be outside. 3. Follow a diet. Doesn't matter what diet just follow it. 4. Read 10 pages in a non Fiction book. 5. Take a progress picture daily This will take place for 75 straight days and if you fail at one of them you start over. Andy also talks about this program isn’t going to be easy and also won’t be for everyone. So as a follower of Andy and someone who works out but not ready to take on 75 hard myself because I know it’s going to be rough. I ask you to please do the right program or please change the title of your podcast. So its not taking away from the people how are really putting in the work. A better title maybe “my take on how i take on my day”. Thank you.

Are you doing the next phase?
