I stumbled upon Kat John in the most destined of encounters thru Insta! When I chose to stop using Instagram I found her here. I was pretty low at the time and needed someone to shine a glimmer of hope. I was lost. I started at the beginning of her podcasts as I felt her story was one I needed to know everything about. Turns out my own story aligns with hers in so many ways. Ways I never fully dove into before but with her voice I started to understand why I’m wired the way I am and recognizing my limiting beliefs. Her powerful message resonates with how I want to show up in this universe. I only wish on my luckiest of stars to dance my heart out at one of her dance parties as I appreciate the power of movement and music. I’m a natural ppl pleaser so I easily got swollen up by the need to please in spite of myself. But her voice helps me see the power within and reading her book is bringing me closer to understanding who and following my true heart. Each podcast, I laugh, I cry and I get closer to my understanding. Thank you Kat for sharing your story and turning it into something so beautiful.

I’m a year into my business and the way she spoke about her early days of ego / wanting quick success was exactly what I needed and now can’t wait to binge more episodes. Her authentic vulnerability melted away my own sensations of busy / forced energy with every word she spoke. Beyond inspiring and helpful for me today!

Greetings from Chicago. On this last week of 2022, I was reflecting on my year and Kat’s IG Post popped up on my feed. I cried immediately because I saw me dancing with her; I overcame so much! I am so grateful I am sitting in my home I purchased in January and now my son and I are safe! This podcast came to me right on time. My health declined while in a marriage that was not healthy. Now I’m divorced and healing sitting in my new home listening to this wonderful podcast. Thanks Kat, you are Awesome!
