As a 1st Gen Latina this is the podcast I needed. I feel all 3 hosts provide the life experience/guidance/big sister advice that I never had. I love that they voice successes and struggles of Latino’s, it’s great that they provide a space to openly talk about so many topics that many of us Latinas don’t have others who can resonate or understand. Thank you LUL!

I love listening to Level Up Latina! They discuss very important topics that aren’t discussed anywhere else. I’ll always remember the discussion they had about what it’s like when your parents grow older. That is something I had thought about, but never had the opportunity to discuss or listen to others thoughts and experiences. Listening to their episodes provides me with a lot of advice and insight into important topics. If you’re a Latina you seriously need to listen to them!!

I’ve binged all your episodes over the last few weeks. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, but above all I’ve been motivated to Level Up. Thank you for creating this space for Latina women. And congrats on your achievements! 🎉

I started listing to Level Up Latina after looking up some Latina-related podcasts. I’m a second gen Latina and the first in my immediate family to graduate college. The work-related advice my family is able to provide is limited- but much appreciated- and I’m often the only minority in rooms. So, I search the internet to hear from people like me. As a young adult trying to make it in the world, it’s refreshing to hear from these Latina bosses. I love the confidence and transparency. However, when it comes to work-related advice, it seems to be more so geared towards those in management roles. Which makes sense given they run a leadership coaching business. I think in one episode it was mentioned that if you’re struggling in your role then you should discuss it with management, maybe it’s not for you and they might be able to lead you in a different direction. And something about staying late to finish work while you’re boss leaves early might be a time management problem. If I’m struggling in my role- one that I’m passionate about and can see myself growing in- the last thing I want is for my manager to recommend a different role, especially one that is less demanding. What I want is better training. And if my coworkers and I are staying late to finish work while my boss leaves early, I see that less as a time management issue and more so an issue of how work is being allocated. This is a great podcast and I will continue to listen, just knowing some points are from the management perspective.

I look forward to the podcast to drop every week. It’s like sitting and chatting with friends, these ladies are open & have honest, real talks. They are successful Latinas and really motivate you to reach for the stretch goals. You won’t be disappointed

Listening to the ladies of LUP is like being with your closest friends or sisters! You can tell they each have different personalities but all so relatable. I appreciate how honest they come across and how willing they are to share their successes and failures in different aspect of life. It’s a must!!!

Listening to the Level up Latina podcast is part of my morning routine. It is so relatable! It motivates me to tackle tasks at home and career. There’s something special about story telling and listening to the stories or others with similar experiences. It’s also very funny. I recommend ! 😊🙌❤️

A couple days I started listening to this podcast episode 103. And I fell in love with theses ladies and their vision!!! Us first-generation latinas go through a lot of the same struggles and just listening to other stories is really inspiring 10000/10 recommend!!!

Listening to these podcasts has given a whole new perspective to life. It’s been an eye opener. It’s filled up my heart in places where it felt empty. Every time I listen to one of these episodes, broken pieces of my heart are being attached back together; not with tape, but literally molding it back together into one. The healthy, joyful, promising one. Listening to these amazing women, has given me a sense of relief, understanding and most importantly empowerment! These episodes will change your life!

The hosts crack me up. Stories from their personal and professional lives are always funny and you can’t help but learn a lot about the cultural experience of 1st-generation women in professional roles. While the show offers the most to young Latinas, its a good listen for anyone.

Since I’ve started listening to this podcast their is a lot of topic they touch up on that I find myself agreeing with and feeling better that I’m not the only one who has gone through certain situations.
