Dan and Shawn both make this podcasts entertaining week to week for the novice and knowledgeable hockey fans

Normally love this podcast but thought it was downright cowardly not to talk about the Tom Wilson incident. The biggest story in the sport right now.

Shawn—you can casually say Avs play a ‘little loose and run and gun’ but they are also at the top of the league on D....have you looked at Makar/Girard/Toews numbers? Especially this 15 game run when teams weren’t getting 30 shots much less 20. They are gassed and it showed last two games. I guess my point is it gets frustrating when national voices like yourself make a comment without context. They are basically a top offensive club and for the first time in ages, defensively as well.

Love the banter between the hosts and particularly enjoy interviews with fellow NHL scribes. The discussion earlier this year with Scottie Bowman was exceptional.

I’m new to the pod and really appreciate the hockey first, NHL wide approach. Stick tap boys and I’ll be listening. Keep it up.

You used the word brilliant to describe the results of this year’s draft lottery? You guys are true apologists!

I want to listen to this but if the noise doesn’t stop I’m going to have to stop listening to the podcast. Someone Please give the hosts some feedback on this topic.

I was 12 minutes into the episode doing previews of the qualifying round perhaps I’m just being a stickler here, but I don’t quite see how the Hurricanes are a matchup nightmare for the Rangers. Seems to me the Rangers did just fine against them this season. Also, Ondrej Kase’s last name isn’t pronounced the same as case. Have to do better than that.

I love the podcast, listened to the one released on 6/25/20. Would have rated it a five star, but whoever hosts this should note there is a lot of secondary noises either shuffling, eating, drinking heard and maybe your not even aware your doing it.

Dan and Shawn get me the info I need in a podcast that’s a quick easy listen.

I’ve been following Dan’s work for a while. I think this is the best NHL podcast out there.

Dan Rosen is one of the best writers in sports, and it transfers perfectly into the podcast world. Informative and entertaining, can’t wait for more.

Will reserve the great praise, need to listen to more, but the first episode was very good and the 30 minute episode covered a lot. Good stuff, good listen. Will keep listening. Let’s go Hawks!

NHL should be doing more pods. Fantasy and Executive Suite are good, but this is a good idea and makes sense.
