I've been a champion bodybuilder with 3% body-fat and I’ve also pigged out at all-you-can-eat buffets and have a deep love of food and enjoying life like crazy! So, I’m not some Nutrition Robot or extremist. I’m a real person just like you who loves the good things in life - friends, family, and all the delicious food that comes with it.So, make no mistake - this podcast is NOT about how to get six-pack abs or how to drop as much weight as possible in 8 weeks.     This podcast really is for real people. I’m a mom of four kids living overseas and life with the ups and downs that we all face. I’ve been listening to the podcast and putting small steps into practice. Over the past 10 months, I’ve lost about 17 lbs. and feel so much better! At age 40 I had a reality check when suddenly I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol and was pre-diabetic. The practices and strategies that Corey shares really are sustainable and along with my weight, my health is improving. It feels good and although it’s work, it’s less work (physically and emotionally) than moving through life the way that I previously was.

    Real Life Weight Loss and Corey Little changed my life!
    There are no words to describe the impact Corey Little, the Real Life Weight Loss podcast, and his Live Life Lose Fat inner circle coaching group had on my life. In October of 2023, I made a pact with myself and my doctor that I would attempt to lose weight to improve my overall health as I had high cholesterol, and we both knew at the rate I was going it was only a matter of time before I was diabetic. I was able to go it alone for a couple of months but in a search for help I looked up weight loss podcasts and the Real Life Weight Loss podcast was the first, and only one, I tried. I knew from the first episode that Corey was different and everything he said resonated with me. After about six weeks of listening to the podcast I knew there had to be more I could be doing to help me lose weight, so I took the leap of faith and joined his Live Life Lose Fat inner circle. That decision has literally changed my life. Little did I know it at the time, but 2024 would end up being the most challenging of my life, and his group not only helped me with the weight loss during that time, but also with supporting me through the challenges I faced. I have lost 40 pounds so far and am off my cholesterol medication and as my doctor told me I am ‘far from diabetic’. Corey Little is the real deal, and I truly believe his realistic principles can help anyone lose weight, and more importantly…gain life!

    Cory teaches what I believe (habits, slow and steady, permanent changes), but he also teaches mindset, freedom, enjoyment. Weight loss and health is a wonderful journey that doesn’t really have an end. (Who would want health, fitness, and energy to “end”?) This podcast motivates me to embrace and enjoy the journey, and the abundant life it provides.

    I started listening to Cory a couple weeks ago and I’m hooked. I started with his 2019 episodes and now I’m listening to his 2020. There are several episodes I’ve listened to twice.     The best weight loss podcast
    After trying countless other podcasts only to find that I was still lacking traction in my weight loss journey, I stumbled upon RLWL a few weeks ago, and it has completely changed everything. Little did I know that mindset is key - and Corey does an amazing job of efficiently explaining his concepts for success in ‘Real Life’ terms with a motivational delivery that is so relatable you feel as if you’re sitting across the table from a close friend. An experienced health coach, Corey is brilliant and insightful. As soon as an episode is over, I can’t wait to get to the next one to reveal what truth he is going to WOW me with now. I’m 15 episodes in, and I am completely for real when I say twice now in two different episodes, my jaw has literally dropped due to a moment of self-realization that was incited by Corey. These episodes are so good, I have two sheets of notebook paper filled with his wisdom. If you want to lose weight without stress, worry, doubt, fear, uncertainty, and instead do it with confidence and triumph - then don’t sleep on this podcast!!!

    I just recently discovered this podcast by chance and now I’m binge listening all the episodes back from 2019. I’m learning so much about how to change my mindset about losing weight I have battled with my weight for most of my life and I’ve yo-yo’d for so long but Corey’s approach makes me feel free of the pressure I was putting on myself with the all or nothing approach. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who is tired of trying and giving up with managing their weight. When I found this podcast I was at my wits end and didn’t know what to do anymore but this really has given me new hope and I hope it does the same for anyone who stumbles across as I did.

    Wow just wow
    I have just started this podcast on episode 20. This is the first podcast I have ever sorta sat down and listened to, I work third shift and literally listen for almost 10 hours each night so gliding through. I am ending one of of the worst years I have ever had. I went through a divorce early this year, I had to close my business because of it and start a new job. I am moving into my dads basement until I reestablish myself at 35 years old. And out of all this I am finally HAPPY, but the one thing that I have learned so far from your amazing podcast is that I have to let the one thing go that stood out in my head this whole time and something my ex told me when he left me. I had gained to much weight and he wasn’t attracted to me anymore. This cut the deepest out of everything that happened cause I have always been unhappy with my weight. Now don’t get me wrong I am not extremely overweight I am 6’2 and weigh 240lbs but that’s never been where I wanted to be. But after listening to your amazing words I am realizing as of late I have to let that go and just do what I need to do that makes me happy and am extremely excited to start that journey and have your voice of this podcast by my side as I learn how to do that. So thank you for starting this podcast!!!

    Corey’s podcast has been life changing for me! He helped me to realize that, in the past, I’ve had an “all or nothing” mindset that prevented me from being successful. I’ve tried many diets and then an event would come up and I’d “go off the rails” and then I just gave up and would undo any progress I had made until I found the motivation to go on another diet. He really helped me to realize it wasn’t just about my food decisions, but even more so about my mindset! Corey helped me to learn to “make the next right/best decision” so that I could enjoy a night out or holiday or special event and not “go off the rails”. I also learned to focus on how my decisions today won’t make me feel in the moment, but will make me feel the next day or a week from now… are they helping me achieve my long term goal? Corey helped me to understand there is no “end” in sight… it is truly a life change and there is more to weight loss and health than the number on the scale. Lastly, I understand now that food doesn’t have to dictate my happiness and I can be happy going out or eating in even if I am making better choices. I can’t say enough good things! I highly recommend this podcast and joining his inner circle. Focus on your mindset! It’s a huge part of weight loss that gets overlooked. Thanks for improving my life Corey!

    I am a professional nutritionist and I can say without hesitation that this is one of the absolute best podcasts about weight loss that you will ever find. Seriously top tier. I only discovered it a few months ago, but I've been quickly making my way through tons of older episodes and there has not been a single episode that I haven't found something -- and often many things -- that are helpful not only to me, personally, with my own weight, but in my work with clients as well. Corey is dynamite. And the funny thing is, he very rarely talks about food and what to eat. This podcast has far more to do with mindset, self-belief, and rewriting the old, worn-out inner monologues that no longer serve us -- and that's a good thing, because that's what the majority of people need. They don't need another food list or set of rules. We need to know what's stopping us from doing what we all know would work... if we would just get out of our own way. Probably my favorite thing about this podcast, though, is the message that Corey always ends with, about compassion, gaining LIFE, and that we are all so much more than a number on an inanimate mechanical device on the bathroom floor. THANK YOU, Corey, for your fantastic work. So glad I found you.

    Corey’s podcast has helped me sooooo much. I look forward to each and every episode! I’m just bummed I didn’t have this podcast in my 20s! I listen to them in the car, on a walk, or to start my work day. Probably my favorite part is how much he talks about the mental aspect of weight loss. It really is such a mental thing! The podcast and his approach is so realistic and what he says works, and is doable! He’s down to earth and just speaks common sense.     I started listening to Corey Little’s Live Life Lose Fat podcast about a year and 1/2 ago and I binged most of his episodes. I could not believe how real he was in how he explained how to live life and still be able to lose weight!! He is the most positive, funny and genuine human I’ve ever heard on a podcast. With just listening to him weekly or daily sometimes kept me on a journey of better health and better mind which was so important. I’ve never had the mind aspect of trying to lose weight and he is just what I needed. I highly recommend giving him a listen!:-)

    AA and Corey have something in common
    In AA, they have a saying of “I came to stop drinking but I got so much more”. That’s all I can think of when it comes to Corey, this podcast, and the effect it’s had on me. I came for another run of the mill idea on how to “lose weight”, and in 1 week I have shed my all or nothing, let’s try this again, black cloud mentality surrounding my weight. I have realized 90% of my eating is habit and that I’m not even hungry when I’m eating! I’m eating “because it’s 5 o clock”, “because that’s what I’ve always done” and because I make snap decisions based on my emotions. I am so grateful to Corey and all his time he dedicates to his calling. God is so good.

    I’ve known Corey for 15+ years and he is consistent, helpful and honest about being healthy! After being trained by him personally, I learned how to incorporate a new lifestyle of healthy choices that I was never taught as a child.     The Podcast I needed to hear
    I’m at the beggining of my weight loss journey, but I am leaving a review to let Corey and others know how much i appreciate it and how helpful it is. The podcast has reminded me daily to make meaningful lasting changes to my lifestyle and to be more positive with myself so I allow myself the patience to lose weight the right way. I started commiting to a healthier lifestyle 9 days ago and since I have not eaten any fast food, i’ve greatly reduced my soda intake, and I’ve been eating more veggies (I’m a picky eater but green smoothies have made this easier for me). I’ve also deleted my social media to boot. This podcast helps in my habitual changes because I learn to confront the bully and brat in my brain, and learn to stay positive and patient with my goals.
