Shawn is a phenomenal listener and has the most interesting guests.

Man back when I found the show I was just looking to zero my AR way before it became the show it is today. I never imagined that from a guy showing me to zero my AR he would be taking me on an adventure of emotions pulling all my heart strings. Hands down the best podcast out there. His guest list is incredible. I love that he lets the guest speak and short, smart questions, and never goes into long rants dominating the conversation.

Shawn, you should interview Simon Sinek on your show. He is a civilian who has worked closely with the US military on what it means and takes to be a leader, not only in the military but in everyday life. The leadership concept has largely been ignored or corrupted in our military over the last few years and needs to be revived and restored in this new administration.

Mr. Ryan, first and foremost, thank you for your service to our Nation! As a vet myself, I am all too happy to support a show such as yours. You have insightful discussions and ask thought provoking questions of your guests. Keep up the great work. I will definitely continue to listen.

To say that this podcast opened my eyes to everything that is going on in our country is putting it very lightly. Shawn has guests on that discuss UFOs, government corruption, misuse of taxpayer money, terrorist organizations and so much more. His podcasts are so informative about such dark topics I find myself in absolute shock at the end of most of the episodes. I couldn’t recommend this podcast more and I’ve been listening to it every day since the beginning of the year. Thank you for your patriotism Shawn and keep up the good fight, you are truly making a difference.

I have been listening to the Shawn Ryan Show for close to a year now. I listen to probably 80% of them. Every episode he asks his viewers to leave a review and I am always driving and don’t think about it. But now I have the time to do it. I was in the Marine Corps (infantry) from 2002-2006. We are living in a time where you don’t know where to go to get accurate information/news. Shawn brings in experts and gives the American People accurate information. I have signed up for the newsletter and intend to sign up on the patreon account very soon. Also, I really enjoy the stories of other veterans on here. Would love some more Recon or MARSOC guys. Keep up the awesome work! I can’t recommend this pod enough. S/F

I'll upgrade to 5 stars when the ad format changes. You can't be in the middle of extracting these crazy stories from guests and then hit the people with MULTIPLE ads right in the middle of it. Bad look. Don't be a slave to ad dollars.

The absolute best podcast I’ve ever listened to. With today’s media, it’s so hard to get the unfiltered truth. Especially if your views don’t align with the “left”. Also, listening to so many Tier 1 and Tier 2 ops tell their stories and the struggles they’ve dealt with during and after combat. It lets me know even the best of us struggle. Really inspiring stuff!

A friend recommended the show after we talked about the recent documentary on Black Hawk Down. The content and the guests are incredible. If you’re a fan of military and special forces, Shawn delvers rare content. Shawn deserves credit as an interviewer. He isn’t in it to shine a light on himself - he’s genuinely in it to dig deep and give a great interview to the listener. Shawn is a straight up great interviewer that happens to be ex-special forces (which gives him cred).

My now number one priority for podcasts and I have pasted it on to all the guys I served with. Shawn is real , down to earth and making a real difference in our country. God blessed us all with a true patriot

The best show on podcast. It is cutting edge and he lets folk talk which is awesome.

Politics and conspiracy theory are a plague in society and you should rise above it. Your show was good when you interviewed legit operators. When you deviate away from that the show is lame. Also the original intro music was way better.

I love that you rarely interrupt your guests, but you give them the time to complete their thoughts before you ask questions. It makes the experience much more enjoyable and less frustrating. Your guests are really interesting!!

I’ve been following Shawn Ryan, since before he was ever a podcaster, doing reviews on weapons and teaching tactics. This show is the only show I listen to on podcast and only one of two shows on YouTube that I watch. What makes Sean absolutely 10/10 interviewer is he asks a banger question and then does not say an other word. He’s the only interviewer in the entire world in my opinion who can ask a question and then get out of his own way and let the interviewees speak.

I’ve listened to many episodes and all of them are interesting. Shawn interviews actual hero’s and recent news makers. Thank you, Shawn for documenting the history and wisdom of your guests.

I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts. The characteristic I feel that separates Shawn from others is his ability to listen. He doesn’t try to compare his guest story to something else. Another great trait is when a new guest is talking about a subject he doesn’t bring up a past guests interview and state their opinions. He lets the guest tell their story. Which typically leads to the guest’s feeling very comfortable and makes them open up. Many guests have mentioned how they couldn’t believe they were saying things out loud for the first time. Shawn truly is a master at his craft.

I used to respect Shawn Ryan until I saw him randomly interview a liberal democrat party operative who is an obvious CCCP intel agent and paying right leaning podcasters big money for puff interviews. Shame Shawn took the money

I don’t normally listen to Podcasts but I started listening to the SRS and I can’t stop. Keeps me frosty while driving. Great content all around.

Love the show, but the amount of time spent advertising is overwhelming. The ads come in the middle of a great interview flow and it kills the momentum. And the length of the ads reminds me of watching the Super Bowl, 10 minutes of show, 5 minutes of adds.
