this podcast has been so helpful in shifting my mindset around intimacy. Francie speaks truth with love and joy. I would recommend to every married woman!

I found your podcast about 2 years ago and binged your first 30 episodes in a matter of days (I was assembling kitchen cabinets…so I had TIME haha!)! The Lord used your first eps to open my eyes and show me how I had completely wrong thinking about God’s design for sex and intimacy! Keep doing what you’re doing!!!

There is so much packed in here I didn't know. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and pain, along with chronic illness. We have always had struggles, but these podcasts are changing my marriage. We have been married since 2011... we definitely needed this!!! There has been break through!!! 😭😭😭 We are so THANKFUL for everything you are sharing here. I plan to share with my friends. I have prayed for a long Time about this and God has used your words as an answer to my prayers!!! Thank you for doing this. I am so so so so GREATFUL!!!!

26 years of being married to my “roommate” is transformed because of you! Thank you, thank you for creating a new paradigm for cultivating intimacy in my marriage! We deserve better and I am beyond grateful for your wisdom and insight! Over a period of a year, as we approached being empty nesters, we did: couple’s counseling, a 16-week marriage work shop and two weekend marriage conferences. Nothing changed. It was defeating and created so much hurt and confusion…why couldn’t we apply these techniques? Why weren’t things changing? Why had it been almost a year without sex? It was a lonely time that felt hopeless. But…then you entered my life and everything changed! Instead of seeing sexual intimacy as an overflow of emotional connection, I began to see it as a launching pad. While I do believe it is both, seeing it as the gift that God created to connect us in ways that cannot be achieved otherwise was a foundational shift. It moved me into a vulnerable place that I had avoided and has opened up so many new things for us. It isn’t perfect, but I now have hope that it will keep getting better and that we will enjoy our empty nesting years creating a transformed marriage and creating wonderful memories💝 Thank you, Francie!!🤗

I wish I could give this podcast a million stars instead of just 5! Francie’s wisdom and insight have encouraged me and my husband in incredible ways. I walk away from each episode marveling at how awesome our God is and feeling blessed, hopeful, and peaceful toward our marriage and physical intimacy.

This is my favorite podcast on redeemed sexuality. I have really benefited from it. My only suggestion is that understanding the horrible messaging we have received (and are currently receiving) from so many pastors, speakers and authors on female sexuality is a necessary foundation before your rebuild your understanding of redeemed sexuality. Francis goes into that a little, but that’s not the focus of her ministry. The book, the Great Sex Rescue (by Sheila Gregoire) does focus on unearthing all the damage done by well-meaning teachers. We need both of those ministries to really heal. I would actually love for her to have Sheila on this podcast, but until then read The Great Sex Rescue and THEN dive into this wonderful podcast! I give all my friends the book, the Great Sex Rescue and then send them this podcast!

I really appreciate Francie’s perspective and feel more empowered to receive and give pleasure in my marriage. Sex is so much more than physical now. I knew it strengthens our connection as a couple but thinking that it is rooted in God’s plan and design is a real shift for me.

This is truly one of the most balanced and substantive Christian podcasts out there for women. So many Christian podcasts either lay a heavy burden of fear, or are so lacking in true biblical foundations that I’m wrinkling my forehead and thinking, “what…??” I grew up in the purity culture and had many questions. Now that I’m a mother, I have even more questions at times. I’m so thankful for how the Lord has blessed Francie with such wisdom and knowledge, and that she shares it so freely with us. Listening to Francie is like sitting down with a wise, godly, grace-soaked friend—that friend we all wish we had! Thank you, Francie for all you share. Grace and more grace abound to you in Him <3

Listen to this!!!! Oh my goodness this podcast is flooded with freedom, grace and truth! I am learning and growing so much and it brings me so much joy to embrace Gods way of intimacy. I never knew how amazing God created our bodies. It has actually created this deep desire to share this with women all over and shout it from the rooftops…..sex with your husband is one of the BEST gifts on earth!!! I truly appreciate Francie’s sound Biblical perspective, and what she is doing here to share what God is teaching her primarily in the area of sexuality. We are all disciples by something, too often times the culture on this issue. I have been married for 3 years, and am thankful to be learning early on in my marriage from someone who has gone before me. “These older women must train the younger women to love their husbands and their children, to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God.” ‭‭Titus‬ ‭2‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭NLT‬‬ Thank you Francine for modeling this!

Where do I start? I have grown up in church, and while I LOVE the church, I have NEVER heard anyone celebrate sex like this or talk about sex in such a way that simultaneously excites me and heals me from purity culture. It is what gave me the courage to try sex therapy with my husband, and we are being healed! It is so so incredible and you will love it!

For me, I Heaven In Your Home was an amazing and interesting way to learn more about my wife’s sexuality. And her response in our relationship. Very very good podcast worth your time. Francies this interest insights based on her experience are very useful. I highly recommend it.

I grew up in a Christian home and there’s a lot that’s not talked about. So when I got married a year and a half ago I had no clue about anything. I struggled in a few areas and I didn’t know what was “okay” or how certain things affect a marriage. Francie has just touched on everything I had questioned and more. There’s things I didn’t even know or realize until I listened to her podcast and was like yeah that’s exactly how I feel. I love how it’s directly from a godly perspective and she talks about the things that NEED to be talked about, but not in a crude manner. She goes into detail, but not in a way that’s dishonoring. I absolutely love this podcast and recommend it to anyone who’s just married or even someone who’s been married 5+ years!

When you’re interviewing authors like Josh Butler- it would be advantageous as a rule to have your husband or his wife included in the conversation. My eyes have been so open and I feel like I have never been closer to God! Thank you Francie for speaking truth in such an inspirational way. I have been a follower of Jesus for a very long time, but this is just giving me such a fresh perspective. I’ve literally been having a personal revival over here!!!! Thank you for this podcast! I was recommended by someone I highly trust. I was a little nervous knowing it was on the topic of sex. This has been so refreshing and also convicting. I am seeing areas that my husband and I need to lean in more. I have been praying that God would use us and our marriage to shine His light to others. I’m learning that comes from us truly experiencing that oneness that God wanted for us. It has caused me to pray deeper for our marriage and look forward with hope that by obedience to God’s call on our marriage we will produce much fruit.

And incredible fresh look at the beauty and Necessity of paying attention to and caring about our intimate relationships in marriage. Married 23 years and I have always talked about how important our sexual health is to marriage health. But honestly, this is a whole new way of looking at it for me! I am a changed woman!

I like a lot of the info on here but I don’t think we can just expect sex to fix everything in our marriage. I feel like the world is obsessed with sex and making it a idol. It’s such a gift from God but it’s not more important then other areas in our marriage. This could be detrimental to some people. I mean giving your wife a massage should be just as important as sex. But again I do think you have a lot of good things to say. But just be cautious as we could lead a marriage into the dark if someone thinks sex will fix it. Someone could be suffering but thinking sex will fix all. It will not! We must be ONE first to be able to fully give our bodies to each other.

I absolutely LOVE this podcast! I listen to several podcasts that discuss life, sex, and marriage, and this one is by far my favorite. It is super encouraging and extremely helpful with educational content and practical ideas. And above all, helps me to feel SO loved by the Lord!

“The wisest of women builds her house, but folly with her own hands tears it down.” Pr. 14:1 I found this podcast because I’ve been trying to find resources to grow my marriage according God’s plan. I started listening from episode 1 and am a few episodes in. The wisdom Francine shares blows me away and has opened my eyes to new ways of looking at intimacy. The Lord has truly blessed her with the gift of understanding the precious gift of sex that he’s given us. This is a perspective God’s people need to hear! Thank for the wonderful resource. It’s blessing my marriage and bringing more peace into my home.

Francie clearly has a heart for this ministry and studies hard to communicate biblical concepts regarding sex. Therefore, she brings a fresh perspective to this topic among Believers, and on a personal level, I find her messages encouraging. However, Francie doesn’t write tight scripts, so she often belabors her point which makes her podcast tedious to listen to at points.

I love this podcast, for many reasons. I didn’t have an unhealthy view of intimacy, or any issues in that area. But, I have learned so, so much. Francie beautifully articulates a deeper picture and helps us see the heart of God. I believe this will help me as I raise our children and give them a bigger view of God’s idea of intimacy. And the topics that aren’t related to marriage, she has some really rich insights to share. Highly, highly recommend this podcast!

Thank you for your faithfulness in sharing this amazing and transformative truth. I have a similar testimony to you with the purity culture. My husband and I have a great marriage and he’s been amazing supporter with my struggles with sex and the warped perspective I’ve had. With each episode I’ve listened to, I feel closer to the Lord and feel the chains breaking off of me. Many of the episodes bring me to tears with the realization of the lies of I’ve believed and you helping me replace them with truth. So thank you again for being a huge part of my healing journey.

This is a topic that is not discussed in the church that is soooo needed! God’s perspective on our bodies and how he intended sex is something that should be discussed and taught! I was lucky enough to stumble upon Francie’s blog years ago. I loved her content then but wow, this podcast has brought so much healing, wisdom and growth into my marriage. God works in mysterious ways. I learned about Francie when she was a guest on another podcast that I listen to, Politely Rude. God had a plan, it was not a coincidence that I listened to that episode. I’ve only been listening to Francie’s podcast for 1 week and I have learned so much about God’s design for married sex. I’ve been married for 19 years and have been in a very dark place within my marriage, a place of hopelessness, disconnect, and loneliness. I’m listening to her podcast and learning that sex is an integral part of a Christian marriage, I am more willing to lean in and work through our struggles as a couple. Being sexually intimate is so much more that being unbelievably physically close, but spiritually where the Holy Spirit is present. We have a long road to recovery, but I am so hopeful. I look at my husband through a different lens now, one of compassion because I’ve hurt him so in rejecting him. I thank God for allowing me to find this podcast. Life is so busy & chaotic with all of the demands of parenthood & work. We sometimes leave our marriage to the wayside and neglect it. I realize now how dangerous this is. Through prayer & practice, I trust that God will restore what has been broken. Thank you Francie.

Wow! I’ve never heard someone speak of sex and intimacy in such a God glorifying worshipful way. It makes it exciting and glorious to see how God has designed the gift of intimacy to reflect Christ Jesus and His bride.
