    It’s my vibe
There are many ways to get information. People forget to seek joy in all things. Obviously these two are educated and have knowledge to share. Laughing is also medicine. It’s their vibe, and I admire that!

    Super duper awesome!
Just so good! Love Patti and Micheal and all the wonderful guests!

    Good info, annoyingly amateur
Or is it immature? I just can’t stand the banter/patter of the hosts like watching those presenters at awards shows. And I just listened to the Berberine episode which had excellent info and then ended up with some bizarre Musical overlay like they were trying to sound like they were DJing in a club. Just awful. Practitioners like me find this very amateur and annoying. I see that some love it - not me.

    One of my favorite podcasts
I love this podcast. There is always so much wisdom, clinical insides and actionable steps. As a health care provider myself (functional medicine nutritionist), I always learn new things that I can apply in my own practice to help patients. I highly recommend this podcast. ❤️🥑

    Funny
I enjoy the podcast, but sometimes I think, it needs an extra layer of complexity. Yes, you won’t drop dead after eating lentil soup and getting exposed to lectins, but you won’t die immediately after drinking water from a plastic bottle full of BPA. And it does not mean that you should be drinking it. Lectins are not destroyed by cooking; unless, you use a pressure cooker. Tomatoes and spinach(rarely cooked) have aquaporins that cross blood brain barrier and cause demyelination. There is no difference between A1 and A2 casein in milk, this has been propagated for decades based on a poorly conducted study.

Seriously! They take everything from complex medical/health matters to foods

    Good Idea Poor Execution
I love the concept of this podcast. Unforunately the broadcasters appear to be more interested in chit chatting and filling us in about their personal lives it condenses 5 minutes of good info into 30 - 60 minutes. They really strange thing is they appear to be proud of this fact.

    Hilarious
The banter… And tons of great info. So glad I found these two! I mean, really… learning should be fun!

LPS and Gut Bacteria — Not useful, actionable info
What was the intention of this episode? It gave a brief definition of LPS—OK, now what?

Great info for ADD docs like me

    Waste of time
I’ve listened to over 15 of these and this last one on sunscreens was the last time. I’m unfollowing. They spend too much time with unfunny banter and ultimately don’t offer real useable information.

    My new favorite
What a gem! I’m only on my 3rd episode but I’m pretty sure this is the precisely perfect podcast for me right now. It’s very professionally produced and free from terrible music (THANK YOU). The two hosts have wonderful chemistry and they’re both goofy, hilarious, super smart, and chill. The info is 100% up my alley as a medical practitioner opening a FM micro-practice right now. Genova, you hit the jackpot with these two. Treat them good!

    Exceptional Information!
As a clinician I love the show for the details that are talked about, and even more so as an education tool to tell my patients to go listen to. Thank you for making very complicated matters easy to understand and practical to use patients for and clinicians alike!

    Educational and entertaining!
Well done. Haven’t seen or heard anything from you or Genova on iron metabolism. Info coming from “Root Cause Protocol” suggests we need to focus on mag, C, A, copper for Fe regulation. Would like to hear from fxn med movers and shakers!

I’m a pharmacist tired of putting bandaids on everything which has lead me to research functional medicine. This podcast has been so informative! The lab testing info has been so valuable to my learning. And also the biochemical pathways they discuss have been a great refresher for me. Keep it up Michael and Patty :)
