I have a personal and professional interest with aesthetics so this channel is a perfect mix for me. But honestly when you said “THOs” I about died. I’ve only ever heard my mom use that term. I want to be ya’lls BFF.

I was never a podcast person but this was recommended to me as a fairly new injector so I jumped off (get the lil kim reference 😉) right into this podcast! Boy was I in for a treat. I listened to all 100(101?) episodes and it gave me pearls as a nurse, but also pearls about LIFE. seriously some mindset changes that I’ll forever be grateful for! This podcast is a mustttt for anyone- everyone needs to listen, and I hope they come out with a new episode 🥺 baby come back please! We need more meganisms and Erin’s pearls 🤪

No matter the subject, you’re guaranteed to gain something from every episode - can’t recommend Through Thick and Skin enough. 🙌

Thee best at educating, simplifying, and being accepting of the different levels people may be at in their journeys. And they don’t make you feel stupid for not knowing. They don’t assume everyone knows what a chemical peel is, nor are they pushy about getting treatments. They just say “hey here is what this does, if that’s for you cool, if not cool too.” They give you the tools you need to understand procedures and not feel scammed into getting something because it’s trending! I love their rawness and authenticity, super knowledgeable but they aren’t pompous about it!

Best podcast for anyone looking to hear a glimpse of owning a aesthetic practice, skincare stuff, and so so many laughs. I always can’t wait for the next one. Erin and Megan are such a duo!!! They make the entire podcast while also educating and talking about life and love. Love it!!!

I have been a listener of this podcast since the very first episode! I truly learn, laugh, and enjoy every episode and look forward to it each week! The sisterly banter between Erin and Megan is unmatchable and I appreciate that there is no topic off limits. I’m a licensed esthetician at a dermatology clinic in Texas and have probably recommended this podcast to almost everyone: other estis, PAs, and even my practice administrator. I love this podcast so much! I’m an esthetician and have learned so much from this podcast! Some of the topics they discuss I already had some knowledge about but they just put the icing on the cake for me and make me understand it better! They talk about ingredients and treatments in such an easy to understand way that people in the skincare world as well as people outside of the skincare world can easily understand. You guys are amazing!

I started listening to this Podcast during the beginning of quarantine, which was right around the time it also started believe. Of course I wanted all the latest skincare tips from PA Erin, and for FREE…sign me up! But OMG you get that and so much more from this Podcast. Erin and Megan’s hilarious banter will keep you drawn in throughout the entire episode. From skincare, injectables, customer service, travel, special guests, to everyday problems and current events, they make every topic fun and knowledgeable. One thing I LOVE is how down to earth they are…like from humble beginnings (ie: Hi Brow) 😂 IYKYK Megan’s experiences are so wild and it’s inspiring to hear Erin talk about her occupation with so much passion! Keep it going Ladies 👏🏽

I highly recommend this podcast to learn tips about skin care, beauty industry and have some good laughs. I look forward to Thursdays and now Mondays podcasts, huge mental break with hard days at clinic. You both balance each other so well. I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this podcast yet! It is my fav! Megan and Erin are so fun and knowledgeable. The pod is a great mix of learning and laughing, and feeling like you’re with the girls. Their episodes are always a bright spot during my week and now they offer two episodes a week to look forward to! A must listen!

I actually look forward to exercising because I get to listen to Erin and Megan. These two are hilarious, educational and entertaining! (Where else am I going to learn about scams and shams in the beauty industry while laughing at mental picture of Erin borrowing Megan's "toys" instead of using the face massager?) The best thing about these two? They are absolutely truthful and keep it real. I trust them. I've learned so much from them from skin stuff to travel to being efficient! ALWAYS 5+Stars!! Absolutely hands down one of my favorite podcasts! Now driving to visit a friend who lives a couple hours away isn’t so bad lol. I can usually get in at least 4-5 episodes and get all caught up. Erin and Megan are hilarious, loving and incredibly smart! They give you all the skincare dos and don’ts with spunk and sass. While also sharing personal highs and lows with genuine grace and humility. They built each other up, along with their employees and patients/clients. What a refreshing thing to watch these woman pour out into other women and men. These podcasts will leave you wanting to run home, throw out all your cheap face creams and start investing in a few good products and procedures that will really make a difference. They are honest, there is no miracle or Barbie wand. But since I started going to The Treatment (when they first opened) my skin has never looked better. So listening to the podcast I can trust what they say while getting in some huge (almost pee your pants) laughs!

I love Megan and Erin so much! They are so genuine and always bring a smile to my face each episode. After each episode I come out learning so much and love the unique energy they both bring to the pod every episode. Megan’s confidence episode came out just when I needed it and I still go back and listen to that when I need a boost. I count down the days till they release their next episodes and always listen right when they release! The sisterly bond and self awareness Megan and Erin have makes me love them even more. I find Erins journey to be so inspiring and motivating as I am in undergrad getting ready to apply to PA school and would love to work in derm and cosmetics as a PA some day. I love the Through Thick and Skin podcast and the Treatment! It is educational and funny! have recommended the podcast and the Treatment to everyone I know. I’m constantly talking about the Treatment. Most of all- My skin has felt the biggest benefit! I have learned so much from all the episodes; skin care basics, that St. Ives is not acceptable, how to subtly ( but not really) let your man know you want the Treatment, that quality of ingredients is more important than quantity, the difference between physical and chemical sunscreen and I could go on and on. Erin and Megan crack me up- I love all their throwback St. Lucy stories( go Regents!) it brings back so many memories. Megan- when are we going to hear about your Vegas days? When can we have another All About Megan?

I used to listen to your podcast all the time but fell behind and started binging again this week. I listen throughout the day while working at home. I didn’t realize that my boyfriend was listening intently as well from the other room. He asked me to turn up the volume and later asked me lots of questions about Erin, Meagan and what I like best about the treatment. You have two loyal listeners over here. I’ve been creeping on the ladies of the Treatment for a few months now and finally decided to jump on board with listening to the podcast. And boy, did I jump in deep. I feel like Megan and Erin are a weird combo of best friends and celebrities when I listen on my way to work... and absolute gods for their skincare advice. #grateful I have a years worth of episodes to catch up on! Added bonus, I am completely sold on going to The Treatment for all further “treat myself” days.

My sister turned me to this podcast (and their medspa) and I love her for it! Lol I recently started to take my skincare more serious and I have learned so much just from listening to this podcast. It is very informative, while being so entertaining and funny!! I was listening to an esthetician’s podcast before this and wow, let me just say, what a difference!! (Not to hate on any other podcasts of course) but Megan and Erin are literally the PERFECT blend. I love that they incorporate listeners by having Q&As on the podcast. I LOVE this podcast. It’s diverse enough that it not only covers aesthetic medicine (the reason we all came in the first place) but it also ventures into personal and lifestyle advice, hilarious stories, witty commentary that is totally quotable, all while maintaining your interest and teaching something valuable. I have been working as an ER nurse through covid and have developed insane anxiety and honestly this podcast helps to bring my mind elsewhere and calm me down when I need an outlet. It’s interactive with little challenges within the episodes and it makes you feel part of a little community even though we’ve never met! I have recommended this to many of my friends and I’m so excited for the next year of episodes! Keep up the bomb work Megan and Erin, y’all are doing More good than you could ever know!

Her sister, and cohost, is the perfect balance and helps translate for the layperson while adding lots of spice! I LOVE the Through Thick and Skin podcast! I look forward to every Thursday when I get to listen to Erin and Megan on my drive to work. Erin and Megan have taught me a lot about skin care and have done so through a hilarious, quick-witted podcast that is bound to make your day brighter! One of my many favorite parts of this podcast is the fact that they tell you about a variety of skin care tips and products in an approachable way. While they are a flagship for SkinCeuticals (#1!), they always provide a variety of alternative suggestions to fit everyone’s needs and truly make me feel like they are creating this podcast to help people. If you’re interested in learning more about skincare or just want to feel like you’re chatting with your girlfriends after working all day, this is the podcast for you!

I will preface this by saying that I am a total skincare newbie! I had been following The Treatment on Instagram for awhile through the recommendation of a friend, and I was so excited to discover that they have a podcast too (I consider myself a podcast addict!) I’ve been hooked on Through Thick and Skin ever since. Every time I tune in I feel like I’m getting together with my closest girlfriends, not only to have fun and laugh and catch up, but also to learn! Megan is an absolute HOOT and makes me laugh out loud at least once per episode. Erin is so educational and breaks down even the simplest of skincare concepts and medicine/treatments so all of the listeners will understand. I was really overwhelmed when I first dove into the skincare world and how to even start a skincare routine (despite being 30+, I was a little late to the party 🤣), but listening has helped me learn and understand what’s best for my skin. Each episode covers a different topic, and is peppered with personal stories, experiences and advice for skincare and life! All in all, these ladies help and encourage you to be the best, most confident version of yourself.

This is my first ever podcast I have listened to. I have learned a lot, laughed a lot, and felt more comfortable undertanding how I need to take care of my skin. Megan is funny and her bilingualism is what sold me on their company when I was looking into getting some work done. Erin is very knowledgeable and also very funny. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!

let me start off by saying this is the funniest esthetician podcast. I love Megans personality & humor. And Erins way of educating & dumbing stuff down for me 🤣I’ve caught up to all the podcast and im like “omg what now” im soo happy their voices don’t irritate me like other esthetician podcasts haha. They don’t over use the words “um, literally, omg, like,so yeah” their conversations just flow. Also, i highly appreciate the TRUTH you ladies give, when answering questions about esthetics & business you guys keep it real. Unlike other esthis who try to sell this fake image of being an esthetician. I love yalls background and i can relate to that. You both are a inspiration to me. Op!
