It’s unfortunate, but they have gutted the show. Everything that made the show special and stand out is gone. No more guests, no more depth to the stories. Now it’s just a cookie cutter Wikipedia level depth story show. Complete with the forced, opening back and forth partner podcasts all have,

So many ads and so much repetitive information it takes forever to get the story pieced together. Not worth it. So many much better things to listen to.

Much, much too sympathetic to people like the kardashians who dont need our sympathy. These celebrities are not "just like us". I do feel bad for people like paris, but i dont feel bad for will smith and kim/kylie. Stop saying like, stop whining about billionares, do better research, stop doign reruns, pick better subjects. Thank you for the consistent quality and talent (Brooke and Aricia). I stumbled upon this and love the lightness of sharp wit peppered in with some fascinating history about history’s famous. Really enjoying. Five stars plus plus!!

the best podcast ever

A great range of topics and they are well researched, but the fake forced laughing noises are too annoying to listen to. Not sure why the women try to turn every fact into a modern day pun. It’s really disruptive. Sorry, I really want to rate higher but the stale jokes are intolerable.

I had no idea that Richard III Serious apologist content would trigger me so hard but I listen to it like months ago and I'm still irritated and I won't listen to those ever again. Otherwise I really love Brooke and Aricia and I love their shows Even the Rich and Even the Royals.

This podcast IS NOT FOR KIDS so Aricia and Brooke can swear as much as they please. Also, will the Even the Rich episodes stay now to the one episode format or will we return to multi-parters. (Yes I love the long multi-parters) but I understand podcasting can be a lot. Anyways keep up the good work divas!

Thank you for finally doing an episode about Tina Turner’s life. I love her so much and I love when people marvel at her life. I’ve been a fan since I was 4 years old and I feel like I knew her my whole life. Her voice and her power is and was amazing

As a nonnative English speaker, those comments between Brooke and Alicia intertwined in the podcast, including banter, cursing, are very useful to me to help me to set the tone and understand each character. Also, when there are two simultaneous voices or giggles, it’s helpful for me to improve my listening skill.

A spectacular podcast about the rich and famous. The two hostess are entertaining and their story telling is out of this world. I listened to them while working. It really makes the time flies. Great interaction between them.Also, I like how they introduced each celebrity in one sitting, instead of dragging it out in 3 to 4 episodes. Thanks for the new format!

I love Even the Rich and Even the Royals. A few months ago my rating would be five star. Lately (noticed in June Royals podcasts) there has been a HUGE increase in banter and joking and giggling comments between Brooke and Aricia, which cuts into the content. Especially annoying in the Henry VIII wives episodes. Ugh. The hosts’ heavy handed back-and-forth is so annoying, I’m just about ready to stop tuning in. Please don’t put in all this filler. Your podcasts are SO good without it.

This is just such an amazing podcast. I listen to you when I need to relax or feel happy. It feels like talking with friends, and also I get to learn. I love your personalities and how you make it your own, laugh, share opinions, and make it interesting. Keep it up!

I love this podcast and all the little stories and opinions and the comparisons to current cultural norms. I am not offended by curses much and I find that they usually fit into the context and storytelling. If it functions to further the understanding of the characters I’m interested. And thank you for sharing your own experiences and with humor!

I interpreted the segment with Bowen as supportive of Chappel’s right to not participate in the DNC cult wherein excercise of democratic power to affect policy is deemed dangerous. (I support Harris, but I am over pundits acting like if we criticize the admin on Gaza or anything else we are traitors to the cause of saving democracy.) Leave them both alone, but I think her fans are misinterpreting the segment.

I know sometimes you might make Harry Potter references, and I would really like to hear an episode ABOUT the author. I think JK Rowling would be an amazing subject matter for one of your podcasts. I love your podcast and you guys are just really relaxing to listen to. It’s like having my girlfriends over while I do chores and learn things 🥰 I’m a little concerned that you’re advertising the push/boost financial advice. The concept seems like a predatory practice. The option to “boost” your friends rating to let them borrow more money is a situation that rarely comes up spontaneously, unless you’re at a bar/strip club. And a good friend wouldn’t put their bestie in a bad financial situation. I hope this was helpful feedback, looking forward to listening to y’all in the future, Dani ❤️

This Angelina Jolie narrative is hilarious. I think you two are good storytellers. Although I was around when AJ was coming up and watched from the sidelines and you got it wrong. Winona’s father gave her the book while WR was suffering from depression after a break up. WR was a producer. Angelina did not reach out to WR about the book. You failed to mention Angelina’s heroin use and I don’t know why you’d not mention her longtime female relationships.. that shouldn’t be anything to be ashamed to share....I guess it is more of a “bless Angelina’s innocent heart” thing . I should’ve given 5 starts for all the laughs this storyline gave me. Just listened to Will Smith story… Yep, definitely have PR influence when telling these stories. We all know Will Smith wants to get back into the Academy and this story seems like a sympathetic piece.

Very well done! I appreciate that the this podcast scans many years with such a great variety of people!

Interesting stories but way too scripted and gimmicky

I LOVE the show,”Even the Rich!” Why you say…a couple reasons. First, these ladies are very witty. I’ve tried to listen to other lady shows, but I can’t because they go on and on and never get to the point . These ladies lay on the wit, but they disperse it throw out their show. I have many laugh aloud my moments. They make the shows so much more interesting. Second, they use books to tell the stories, rephrase the stories, and recommend where they get their info. There are so many good focus topics. This is a really entertaining show. I highly recommend it! Thanks ladies!

This is a new favorite podcast. I’m learning about people I might not have cared about or just heard rumors - I’m seeing people as people with backstories. I like the hosts. They are friends who have inside jokes and banter, but I personally feel it’s not too much. Also, I like the sound effects. Keep doing what you’re doing. :)

This podcast is becoming increasingly insulting towards a large portion of their listener base: conservatives. I am a rather moderate conservative, but boy, I am getting tired of Aricia’s snippy remarks. This has always been my favorite podcast but it’s becoming tough to ignore. We aren’t here for political insults.

I just discovered both the Rich and the Royals pods and am loving both! Learning some things I never knew and love listening to you both! Thank you! ❤️

I’ve been missing out for four years! I really didn’t think I cared about these stories but now that I’ve started listening, I can’t get enough! Who knew I needed to know all this info about people I’ll never meet. It’s mostly the way you two portray the info and the way you make each other laugh. I love this show! Even the Rich and Even the Royals have kept me alert and more productive at work. I love the stories and the great connection the hosts have with each other! Plus, I’m catching up on different things.

Easy listen. The gals have good banter and they are easy on the ears. I listen to dozens of podcasts and this is among my favorites.

Elton John. Too much bouncing around on the timeline. Ugh. Lucille Ball, Season 38. Darrin Strauss episode. I can’t believe some of his perspectives! He talks about The Untouchables as if its fame was based on Kevin Coster’s version. Then mentions how he can’t understand how the LB show, being in black & white and “totally un-relatable” to him, ever made an impact on his life. I mean, these comments are completely foreign to me, having grown up with both of those shows in real-time… way before the invention of color TV. None of this is a negative criticism, but my initial reaction was, “Whoa…” this guy is a kid.

I’m here for royals. Not Taylor Swift’s weak lyrics. It took me three tries to get through the most recent because of this.

Love the show and the subject matters. But please lose the cattiness. Some of the content is too serious for the jokes.

Love listening while walking. Makes you laugh and hear crazy inside info about famous people you never knew about. I also love that they show a human side to the people featured.

This is one of those podcasts where you don't have to rewind to understand what they're saying, and that is one of the biggest compliments I can give a podcast. They're writing, speaking, and research are all very clear. The sound mixing and episode production is spot on. I will be following these hosts and this team to whatever show they do next.
