    I miss the old show
Loved this show 2-3 years ago. Was really interesting to get their opinions on markets and crypto and what not. The besties all had their own biases, but that’s expected and I valued their opinions. I can’t tune in at all anymore. It’s unrecognizable. How much they’ve unilaterally pivoted to the same positions when they used to have nuanced discussions, how everything is political. It’s nothing more than an obvious grift.

    You’ll all in for this?
Must listen to understand how tech beasties are thinking and championing the rise of authoritarianism. They are a full on propaganda machine for Trump and Elon and 1%. A must listen to those that hate the working class.

    Here since episode 1
Chamath's raw candor, Friedberg's data-driven analysis, JCal's unwavering convictions, and Sacks' intellectual passion made this podcast my weekly ritual. Their rapid-fire banter and playful rivalries created the energy of old friends sparring at a poker table, bringing Silicon Valley's venture capital and tech ecosystem to life through their insider perspectives. But watching these self-proclaimed 'truth-tellers' gradually transform into Elon's echo chamber has been particularly disappointing. The same voices that once challenged each other's ideas now perform mental gymnastics to defend his every move, sacrificing the intellectual honesty that made the show great in the first place.

A disappointing shift away from insightful discussion
Used to be a great listen for sharp takes on tech, markets, and macro trends. Lately, though, it feels like the focus has completely shifted away from that, with conversations veering hard into a particular ideological direction. What was once a thoughtful, balanced discussion now feels more like an echo chamber. Disappointing shift.

    Maga Ring Kissing
If you want to listen to a group of Beta, ring kissing millionaires with zero integrity pray at the alter of Trump and Elon… This is the show for you!
  • Tuning out now
    Elon’s Cronies
Smart guys and generally enjoy the dynamic conversations. Sadly, they’re all now a bunch of Elon and Trump sycophants with no constructive critiques whatsoever of the current administration or their boy Elon for fear of losing his favor.

    Intro is getting too long
Please tone down the intro rhetoric. Can’t you guys get all that done before you press record? It’s super annoying.

    Was Excited for the Topics
In between the loud guffaws of self congratulatory laughter, the bits of conversation is political propaganda disguised as discussion. These guys are on-percenters who don’t know how the rest of the world lives. Would be fine with that if they actually had anything remarkable to say. I was hopeful, but alas.

    Losers
If you’re looking for a podcast that feels like a bunch of self-indulgent, disillusioned losers patting themselves on the back while pretending they’re tapped into the struggles of everyday Americans, “All-In” is your go-to trainwreck. These guys sit around spewing tired takes like they’re revolutionary thinkers while completely missing the mark on what actually matters to anyone outside their Silicon Valley echo chamber. It’s baffling that anyone listens to this garbage. It’s not insightful, it’s not entertaining, and it’s definitely not relatable. They’re so disconnected from reality it’s almost impressive—but not in the way they think. Hard pass. One star.

    Government test suckers
Unbelievable to hear from these wieners about how people need to buckle down when they screeched until they got bailed out when SVB was going under because it was recklessly run. These guys are vampires. I’m kidding but they probably actually drink children’s blood based on their track records
  • A5E3
    JCal
JCal is just too hardheaded to admit he was simply wrong about Trump. I guess his liberal friends were also gaslighted and he swallowed that hook and barb all the while his 3 All In besties are well entrenched with the future of our country. No candidate is prefect and JCal focused on less important issues that were overshadowed by all the great positions of Trump. It is great not hearing his petty picking at Trump whenever he could force in his unpopular ideology.

    My new favorite podcast
These guys aren’t only talking about politics and the latest outrage. I’m also learning about the economic and investment ramifications of federal policies. I’m more informed after listening to each episode.
  • Mdjw1298
    Lots of talk, little knowledge
They are friends talking. As such, there’s a nice camaraderie. That’s about all this show has going for it. These tech bros spend a lot of time talking about things they know nothing about, like government - its structure, history, and functioning. They also clearly have fallen into the traps that the information silos and vacuum that exists between these silos has created, like most of America. Or they just intentionally spread information.
  • Curteousjonesjr
    They Are The Targets
To them, The Answer is: cut benefits the make our lives easier (Medicare/aide/SocSec). It’s never “Tax The Rich”. They gamble in companies that never turn a profit. The Answer is redistribution of wealth. And they are at the top of the list.
  • CHUCKEL999
Needs to go back to basics
Maybe newer listeners will like this show, but as a long time listener, I see it regressing. This show needs to get back to what it was: Listening in on an honest conversation between four friends. Yes, Sacks is irreplaceable, but more importantly, the conversations aren’t as intellectually honest as they once were….and it’s obvious the intertwining of their interests with that of the new administration affects level of steel-manning. I hope this changes.
  • Koko69p
Shame to this bunch of suckups
It has been sad watching this bunch become Trump suckups over the last year. They are unamerican and ignore Article 1 of the constitution in their effort to cozy up to trump for their pay out.

Sold out the country for tax cuts
Great podcast for gossip on business and MAGA policies but don’t expect any critical analysis that goes beyond their own self interest. Their hilarious banter is fun to listen to but I can’t tell if they are ignorant of the dangers of simple solutions to complex problems or if they are just masking as sycophantic party faithful for the next 4 years. Either way it’s a little hard on the ears at times. Would not recommend.
  • RevAndGo
    Bye
I listened to this podcast for a long time to learn about subjects and perspectives I wouldn’t normally be exposed to. However, they drank the MAGA kool-aid, wrapped themselves in a bro blanket and deteriorated into Fox News 2 - really sad as it used to be good. Bye bye
  • Sad for the suffering
    Unchallenged inaccuracy and callousness
I understand concerns about aligning US spending with US priorities. However, most of the examples highlighted, including the DEI play ($70k by the state department [not USAID] for an ambassador hosted event in 2022), aren’t actually ongoing USAID activities. Even so, come on guys… USAID delivers massive and effective global health and food aid projects that are relied upon by some of the most vulnerable people on earth. Burning those programs down to the ground and denigrating the people who work hard to literally keep people alive unequivocally makes the world a worse and more dangerous place. This is the same kind of callousness that Chamath exhibited on the Uyghur suffering being “below his line.” JCal rightly called him out in the moment and Chamath rightly apologized afterwards. What is more, this hysteria over the foreign aid budget is just not rooted in reality. Foreign aid makes up less that 1% of the federal budget. Based on a quick, back of the envelope calculation, the MEDIAN American pays about $6k in federal income tax, putting the foreign aid bill at ~$60 per year for the median American (much less than the average quoted by JCal). That is about 10% of an annual WSJ subscription… Anyways, I know folks don’t come to All In (or podcast reviews) for deeply nuanced takes, but I wish there was still a little bit of oxygen afforded to differing perspectives in bestie/tech sphere in 2025.

    No more nonsense
Thank you for speaking logically about the world we live in and taking great takes on the important topics of today. Late to the pod but so glad a buddy recommended it. Thank you!

    Sad
These guys turned into a bunch of Trump bootlickers. It’s sad to see… and they still think they’re the smartest people in the room, which is hilarious. 1 star for reasonable analysis, 5 stars for the comedy of sheer arrogance if that’s what you’re after.

    One Star Due to DEI
I enjoyed the episode where they all said that we should pause immigration on white south africans and bar them from having more than $50,000, possessing real estate, or holding any elected position. Their praise for Luigi Mangione’s work was surprising, as was their desire for him to pay them a visit on the show, but I’ll definitely check in if they get their wish. Thought provoking stuff. Overall it’s a good podcast but I gave it one star because they clearly hired Chamath due to DEI. I’ll change my rating if they take him off and call him some slurs, which would convince me they are not virtue signaling and woke.

    The fall guys
Going to be funny when they get thrown under the bus when nothing can get done.. Sachs sold out Crypto within 24 hours

    Great show
Excellent analysis based on first principles with a front row to History. Love Chamath and Sacks. The guests have been great including Pinkus, TK, and Joe Lonsdale. Awesome show. Can’t wait when a new episode drops.
  • TechBro2044
    Garbage
The show used to be a cool and fun take on stuff that was mostly entertainment. It’s now morphed into pure trash.

    Cloud kitchens is a joke
Having Travis Kalanick on here devalues the show. Cloud kitchens will never make money, it's a horrible business model, he is not a serious person. Just a grifter. I listen to this show because it's a high signal to noise ratio. I feel like I just listened to an infomercial. All in brand will go down if they keep having their grifter buddies on.
  • edwin.kristi
Let’s pretend not to be a political podcast
I used to love this show. Now they try really hard to appear to have differing points of view… but really, they all share the same position, right on Elon and Trump’s jock. It’s frustrating and hard to listen to. They should have steered clear of politics.
  • Rh1983
    Complete propaganda at this point
Use to be an interesting show where balls and strikes were called…it’s become complete propaganda at this point…complete nonsense
  • Mdrhd
    Went downhill. No principles
Used to cover interesting topics in technology and investing. The podcast has gone downhill and lost touch. Go back to first principles.

    Tulsi Gabbard
If you support Tulsi for this cabinet position, help her get confirmed. The Democrats are going to try very hard to stop this pick.

    Downhill over the last year
Where to start. This was once upon a time my favorite podcast. I valued the different perspectives each person brought and the range of topics across business, science and politics. Some of their views even seemed to resonate with us plebeians. Over the last 14 months, I noticed a deterioration in what I was once drawn to.

Take your knee pads off guys
You guys used to be edgy degenerates, now you’re kissing the ring of a reality TV dictator. Tried listening to your pod today after a couple of months off, and I just can’t take the fakeness and spinelessness. Live your values!
  • _Tina___
    What happened?
I used to love this show. The most recent ep really threw me. Guys—first of all, the federalist papers were talking about the pardoning power as being helpful when used for insurrectionists who were against you, not for you. Second, are you seriously suggesting state owned media? 5% is one thing, but 50%? Or really any percent?? This is what we fight against all around the world. State owned media = corruption. Where is your discernment???
  • Always-l34rning
Was good - now intellectually dishonest
I used to love this show, but they lost me when they started fawning over Trump shaking down TikTok for 50% ownership by the US govt. That’s communism. You can’t be a podcast about entrepreneurship and value creation and then support governments taking over companies. No intellectual honesty left with this crew. Just talking their book and doing what they can to be stay friends with those in the White House. Motivations questionable.

    Get back to first principles
I’ve been listening to the pod for over a year - caught it when current, and then went back to Ep1 and started to fill in the back catalog and got about 50 episodes in between staying current. I think they need to go back to “first principles” as they always talk about. In the beginning they reacted and discussed quite intelligently the handling of COVID, up to the Insurrection the great disturbances that Trump represented. As several have said, since November it’s been a gradual and progressive shift to all aligning with camp Trump and everything the new administration brings - what would seem likely for the gain it can bring, as is so much of tech and power industry. I miss the thoughtful questioning and debate of sketchy and poorly executed policy. It really feels more like an homage to Trump now with little elements of good discourse or debate where it used to exist. I don’t see them calling out the continuous barrage of horrible and damaging politics that will continue to be released, unlike previous on this pod. Hoping for a change for the better because it was a very enjoyable listen before the Trump turn.
  • Gabrielduran1
It’s become a highly politicized show.
It used to be great! Now it is Fox News but hosted by tech billionaires.
  • FrapeApe
    Many Episodes
Love it, one fix…Gentlemen, love your show. One area for considered improvement. The general public’s grammar use is frequently atrocious. I hear you guys misuse me, myself, and I several times an episode. These are easy to correctly use and your positive influence can model their proper use for ALL-IN’s benefit. Thank you!
  • ben8230
    Sucking trumps dik
I use to love this podcast and over the last 8 months they have moved from providing a variety of views to sucking trumps dik and letting Trump finish on their faces 😂😂
  • 7bups
    Top Pod
BEWARE: Not a pod for fixed mindset thinkers. Respectful. thoughtful, HIGH level discussion from folks that have accomplished so much. This pod provides an example for how to challenge and sort out your beliefs while processing the chaotic 6 layer cake story that is unfolding globally.
  • Kdmpk
    Bunch of billionaire chest pumping
Great insights until they started bending the knee to the orange buffoon. None of them are for the working class or 95% of the America. They are all a bunch of rich phonies who are looking to become even richer while the rest of the Americans suffer for the next 4 years. Can’t wait to hear how they deflect all of Trump’s heinous acts and psycho behaviors.
  • Jackson Coolahan
Not what it use to be
Use to really enjoy the show and banter. More honest convo when I started listening. Can no longer identify with what these guys talk about.
  • Cheesey5678
    So boring
Puss y’s like every other billionaires kissing ring. This show is just FOX, it’s a bunch of old dudes showing they’re age

    Keep Pincus
This is by far and away my favorite podcast. Weekly listener since early 2021. With sacks being less involved lately the team has been searching for a replacement. The fourth leg of the all-in chair should be mark Pincus, I think he’s added the best commentary and view point to replace sacks. I still think David sacks is non-replaceable as he was arguable my favorite part of this pod but I like Pincus as a backup. Thank you to the besties for being one of my main sources of information and news each week!
  • NicBans
Used to be worth a listen
Now it’s just become a congratulatory circle jerk of rich business men who want to be on the right side of Trump.
  • Griff the Griffster
    MAGA Bootlickers
Really deteriorated since November. They’re becoming spineless MAGA bootlickers like Elon & Zuckerberg.
  • CasualNick
Used to be my favorite pod
All-In started as four smart business guys sharing their insight on the world. It felt like we had a seat at the table with them. It was far more balanced. Now it has lost so much intellectual honesty. Jason and Sacks used to hold each other to account. Now they're all creepily fawning over Trump - where is the questioning of the economic impact of tariffs or immigration restrictions - the old show would have had this. Now we're left with questioning who built the pyramids, or how hard it is to create a catapult - therefore there must be aliens involved?! The lasting value of this pod could well be as a lesson in how success and proximity to power corrupts. Maybe I'll check back in a couple of months.

    Stop saying double click
    Please
  • Qdobagrill
    Where is David Sachs?
Without David Sachs, the show has devolved into a group of feminine tech bros whining about things happening in the world. There is no longer anyone to stop Jason from going on his wimpy, liberal rants so now he is driving his views down the throats of his viewers.
  • Frustrated9876
    Pump and dump
People really think these guys are going to read the reviews and change their tune for their listeners? They’re going to practice the same pattern they do as venture capitalist, they bought their listeners trust, with that they bought the most coveted ticket of being in the white house, I mean look what they’ll have access to, and people think they care about the little guy? Lol.
