Now they’re sharing their favorite episodes with me and it’s been so great! Grabbing the book will be great but the podcasts are so helpful for a busy mom. I absolutely loved the miracle morning episode! I thought my trainer was crazy for always wanting to hear my wins. I obliged. This is way more powerful. The visualization!!! I remember in high school there was a chemistry concept I just could not wrap my brain around. I stayed up studying and finally had to give up and sleep. I woke up and knew how to do it!!! This stuff is 100% true and great and amazing. Dr. Hemingway, truly, thank you for sharing all this with us. I had lost all faith in the medical world but you are a bright light. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Shelbymaeh083 can you eat health on a budgetSo so good! It definitely changed my perspective on cost. How we can say oh veggies and fruit etc is so expensive after buying all the junk that’s comes off “cheap” but has no nutritional value. When in reality, it’s pretty similar in cost. We just tell ourselves it’s more expensive. If we were to buy veggies and fruits etc first that have value and are filling we would buy less junk and be fuller. Definitely changing what I purchase first and which isles I go down first!
