I look forward to listening to some waxers speak about business, their journey, trails and tribulations and I expect that from these interviews and half the time I get random out of place jokes, on going rambling about nothing to do with waxing/business, non-business related questions for MOST of the interview and low key gives very much gossip. Some episodes are good but some are a complete waste of time. I feel like she needs a bullets of what she’s going to ask these successful waxers and try to stick to it. Ask her viewers what do we want to hear. I appreciate her taking the time to do this, but it seems unprepared half the time. Like, she’s winging it.

I had decided to go out on my own. I was seriously doubting my decision and unsure of myself. I found this podcast and binge listened to all the episodes, and it totally changed my attitude and boosted my confidence. Kirsten talks from experience, tells funny stories, interviews other estheticians, and provides helpful links and resources so others in the industry can be successful. I am waiting for season 2 and I hope it comes out soon!

I’m always excited when a new episode comes out. Even if I think I already know the topic I always feel motivated and inspired to push myself further. Kirsten is never boring and I always feel engaged when listening. Her guests she has on the podcast are really fun too.

Love love this podcast!!! Every episode has something to offer whether it be education, business insight or just pure laughter! Going from working at a wax chain with co workers to being solo, this podcast gives a little sense of having that coworker/community connection back. Make sure you jump into the Facebook group as well!
