Love love love the combination of art history, witty conversation, interviews and detailed discussions of paintings... I often listen a second time, when I can look at the art being discussed on the website. Waldy, as a passionate Renaissance art history student, I had the pleasure of listening to you several years ago, when you made me take another look at Baroque and taught me to see and appreciate this period in a way my art teachers failed to do. I’ve been a die hard fan ever since. I love this show because Waldy and Bendy have insightful comments that provoke thought and debate as discussion, as it should be. You both provide a wonderful balance and perspective that doesn’t bully the listener into agreeing or disagreeing with you, but encourages a person to think deeply about their opinion. Witty and personable, they deliver a lot of art history in an entertaining fashion. Wally and Bendy’s exploration of Art, related topics and other ramblings is a perfect way to spend an hour or so. A wonderful opportunity for dives into subjects that are explored with enthusiasm and great intellect-as well as fun to boot.

It’s so wonderful to listen to two individuals with sometimes opposing views discuss the topic of art throughout history and explain the background of artworks.

I am such a huge fan of Waldy. I love his enthusiasm and his generosity to share all of his knowledge. Bendy is a new fav of mine. He’s a drier contrast who is equally wonderful. It’s really helping me through various lockdowns. Thank you both!

I’ve been a long time fan of these from their appearances on different broadcasts. Amazing to be able to hear them share their opinions and knowledge while taking walks outside. :)

Not sure why there aren’t more art podcasts. I love the podcast and relisten to them because I want to learn the accent and lose my Long Island one.

Their combined knowledge and excitement for the arts makes this a fun and informative listen. Good pairing too. Waldy’s jovial, mischievous delivery goes well with Bendy’s almost parental oversight of the story at hand. Good stuff.
