    Grateful
Nice job Kevin on the RFK Jr. extra. People individually have to find their way to better health. People like me and you and RFK are only guides. Thanks again for having your podcast, I appreciate it. Peace, Steven in Houston,

don’t speak about what you don’t know
Semaglutide is saving people’s lives. and it’s a weekly shot. Not monthly. And would tell people with any other disease not to take their medicine? In a world where there is so much fake info, you are just adding to it.

    Solid no nonsense advice
An excellent fitness centered podcast. Doesn’t hype the latest fads or excessively pitch products, buts offers solid advice on getting or staying healthy, and often has guest interviews with fascinating people.
  • Not just for athletes!
    Hooked
63 year old woman. Found Kevin’s podcast and listened to a couple of episodes. Now I listen to one with breakfast almost every day. The information may at first seem aimed at the body builder and extreme athlete but it’s not at all. It is totally applicable and accessible for every person who wants to get stronger and healthier as they age.

    Interesting
I recently started listening to this podcast because I wanted a health and wellness podcast that was geared for us over 50. I’m 61 year old woman, I work out regularly, mostly cardio. This podcast has several interesting topics. I was inspired to add more weight training to my routine from listening to this podcast. I have found this to be very beneficial.

    Engaged Short-term Listener
Began listening to Kevin in February and was amused by the pre-Valentine’s Day topics. I thought to myself - “this guy is different”. I’m only 6-7 podcasts in, but I like Kevin’s expertise and range. He knows his stuff, brings on credible, relevant guests and delivers substance in straight forward language. He does not come across as a privileged know-it-all. I’m glad someone out there is focused on us Over 50 types.

    Quality host, quality guests
What an excellent podcaster Kevin is. He is clear, articulate, and focused, yet also relaxed, making him easy to listen to and learn from. He chooses excellent guests, asks them excellent questions, and does a great job of shaping the conversation. Every second of every episode is worth listening to.

The Podcast I’ve Been Looking For
I recently discovered this podcast while searching for material on building/maintaining muscle for women over 50. Finally, I found a podcast that includes people like me! I’m a 60 year-old fit woman, not a grandma, and my wanting to be strong and fit has NOTHING to do with wanting to pick up grandkids. The guests are inspiring and excellent examples of what’s possible as we get older.

I have done a couple of “online”Powerlifting meets, but I plan on doing my first real in-person meet in April.I found the episodes with Andy Baker very helpful. I’m 50 years old and I’m not particularly strong, but I’ve been having a lot of fun training for the last couple years.

    Fantastic podcast
This podcast is dialed in not only to the tribe of aging people interested in longevity, healthspan, lifespan, and brain span, but to anyone interested in living a healthy lifestyle. Kevin does a fantastic job of asking the in-depth questions while allowing the guests to answer the questions. There are a ton of podcasts where the hosts are disengaged not focusing on the topics and knowledge of the guests but would rather overshare their own information. Kudos to Kevin. Please tune-in.

    One of my favorites
Great guests and an interview style that brings out the best information for living a fit and healthy life over 50 without all the hype, fads, and misinformation so prevalent in the fitness industry.

One of the best inspirational podcasts I've listened to in a long time. Kevin English’s interviews are exciting and motivational and have encouraged me to push a little harder. When he interviewed me, it was my first time talking about my life publicly. He made me feel comfortable; I could’ve talked to him for hours. Check him out. You’ll be inspired too.

    Great Guide to Age Strong
I’m 69 looking at 70 and I’m always looking for motivation and knowledge on how I can age strong. I want my 70’s to be the best time of my life, enjoying my family, travel and fun activities. I worked hard for years so I earned it. But I know that unless I keep my body moving and strong, aging will steal away the dream. So I’m always looking for fitness motivation and knowledge and this new podcast does both. The host has had a variety of interviews on topics that are important for anyone over 50 who wants to progress on their fitness journey. I listen to it at night to get motivated to wake up and hit an early work out. Just listened to the latest episode with Damien Joyner, a San Diego personal trainer who focuses on working with older adults. Great discussion, we need more trainers out there like Damien who understands the challenges of aging fitness. Thanks the silver_edge please keep the motivation coming our way!
