anothertyraKinda boringLove my queens but this pod is just boring.

B3X420!WoofI have tried so many times to listen to this podcast while they are reviewing RPDR adjacent shows, but I cannot get into it. Their lack of research and knowledge is sooo unbecoming. I cringe every time they make a joke that is somewhat belittling to the cast. I’m honestly shocked that MOM would allow this to carry on for so long. Happy to hear it is going on break (regardless of circumstances). Do not bring it back. Find new queens to cover RPDR content.

cinderellyyellyThis is my chop:(I’ll miss this podcast so much!! Please don’t leave us forever. I love listening to you both every week!!!
-
_NYOnionAwfulLatrice, just do yourself a favor and look up the bare minimum of information about a country’s culture when you’ve been tasked with reviewing INTERNATIONAL drag race for 2 years now. Google is free! Being dismissive about things you don’t understand is not a good look and has made this podcast unbearable.

j84graceSound mixing needs workLove Manila and Latrice, and the pod. However, sometimes it’s so difficult to hear Latrice since her voice is so low. This most recent episode (Canada S3, ep1) is particularly egregious. I could barely hear a word that Latrice said, especially when listening in the car. Wish they’d work on that! Would be 5 stars for sure.

salviyesi87Marta mamma is backI love Marta mama and thank you for her help

The Mike C.MARTA MAMA for the MOM family!I have absolutely LOVED Marta Mama’s participation in your review of S2 of Drag Race España. She knows every reference and knows everything we need to know from Spain’s queer scene. Can we get Marta to be an official co-host at MOM podcast for Drag Race España from now on?? ❤️💛❤️

StonerIntellectSO Happy about Marta Mamma!Dear Latrice and Manila, and MARTA! I feel like we already have an incredible season on our hands, and we have JUST. BEGUN! As someone who only speaks English but also watches every iteration of drag race along with all of you, I LONG for more insight into the queer culture that exists around the world. I just know that Marta is going to be an invaluable resource for us listeners, and also be an additional beacon of light and love on the show. I’m always looking forward to what comes next each week, with all of you and the many queens this season. Onyx! Sharonne! Marina! Samantha Ballentines! Estrella! So many amazing queens!

getupcowLove!Keep up the good work, gals! ❤️

liss2727SighI love them both but seems like it’s just them reading from a script and they couldn’t care less!!! I wish they made it seem like they actually enjoyed watching the episodes and wanted to discuss it with their friend, not like they’re being forced to do this as a job :(
-
MBC 96Bless their heartsBless their hearts, but this podcast still hasn’t improved. I really wish they could stop sounding so fake, overly performative, & very surface level.

Maddie0123456789Alexis MateoWas right "Manila is still annoying"

Gaslitergatekeeper15MehLove Latrice and Manila as queens, but this podcast is not it. They provide a very generalized recap of the episode with little to no in-depth commentary. We’ve already watched the episode, we are listening to hear your opinions! But honestly it just seems like you don’t care much and are phoning it in. I keep waiting for it to improve but over a year in, and it hasn’t changed much…

keenan.mKiki with Latrice and ManilaI’ve been an OG listener to The Chop all the way back when they began reviewing Canada Season 1 and posted videos of it on YouTube (which I miss dearly by the way). These two make the podcast so much fun and relaxed and you really feel like you’re having a kiki with them 2x a week. Rather than a review show that is very analytical this just feels like a post-drag race watching convo between best friends which I find so refreshing to the review show format. Keep it up legends! Love you both 💜

Chris F! :)Down to earth & real & happy!I love this pod & listen for the vibes, mainly. I don’t even care much about drag race middle of nowhere…..but Manila and Latrice are just so fun and positive and REAL … and there is less talk about sex and po**ers and other bull compared to the other drag pods. They are smart! My fave drag podcast!! They are so cool.
-
biker2011Please no Spoilers!I wish you didn’t put the name of the eliminated queen in the title of the podcast. Sometimes I’m behind watching the episode and because I subscribe to your podcast it pops up and I see who the eliminate queen is! I’m enjoying the podcast. I love getting the inside tea from the queens on the show.
-
ThinkbpObnoxiousI am a drag race super fan, and these two are nothing more than cringeworthy. Their incessant laughter at their own bad jokes is grating, and they offer no insight or real opinion on the shows themselves. Love Race Chaser, but hate this. Will not listen again
-
MashjajaSo much fun!!I LOVE spending a part of my week with these two!! They tell it like it is and spill all the tea while maintaining humor and friendship!
-
YdudycudydeLoving the Pod!I love this podcast so much! It’s so entertaining that I listen to each episode multiple times. The recent episodes with Arantxa Castilla-La Mancha have been phenomenal. Love the girls and love the material
-
joegf111Love the showBut can you let the guest talk a little?
-
bxhy12DownhillWent down hill once they stopped recapping episodes and just interviewing queens like every other podcast. Meh
-
hosts up for elimination..
-
Artsy chickLove the podcast but…Love the podcast and these queens but how is no one else talking about the LIP SMACKING. Mainly by Latrice. It drives me INSANE and is so upsetting to have to constantly hear through a audio podcast. Almost can’t listen bc of it.
-
tiphmarieLOVEI love your chemistry & laughter! You’re the best story tellers! ❤️❤️❤️
-
shay topazLove it but catch us up girlsAbsolutely love laughing with the girls. But every time they mention the fantasy league on down under they should go over what girls are on team team Manila and what queens r on team latrice. Cuz like who remembers from that first episode??
-
Englishteach 65I look forward to this every week!I was excited to listen to The Chop, and I was not disappointed! It feels like sitting down with close friends to cut up and laugh. Latrice and Manila create a warm atmosphere, and I always end the podcast smiling and in a good mood.
-
QueensDevineMy favorite! It’s rupaul drag race! You have to listen to these queens their nothing but fabulous!
-
kayleeimagines“Meh”I love race chasers and wanted to hear the hot takes on the Aussie crew. It sounds as though they don’t watch the episode with no commentary on performance. Just like repeating jokes that cast members made- we get it her hair is thirsty. Anyway, couldn’t even make it through an episode. Hopefully there’s another review podcast to listen to.
-
wilsonlee06Love the dolls but..I’m a habitual listener to RaceChaser and adore all things drag, but this just ain’t it. Latrice and Manila are fabulous queens but there is nothing special about this podcast to spend an hour of your day listening to. It seems forced, you can almost see the words written on the page for them, and I feel both queens skirt the line of being shady and straight up mean to contestants. The thing Manila and Latrice lack is the love for Drag Race. Sure they can claim to like it, but conversation lacks that genuine feeling. It’s almost as if this is just another gig to them, while on other Drag Race podcasts (not just Racechaser) you can sense the enthusiasm and appreciation towards the show.

jsiansoandixkwnsoxmsbnever stop laughing queensall these psychos complaining about laughter.... made me have to leave a good review. those people hate themselves and are racist honestly. ignore them!! la trila is an amazing duo, i’m here to get my international drag race tea and loving it! i guarantee all the maniacs who gave unsolicited podcast advice have no talent and have never spoke publicly in their life.
-
InteractThisFave Queens but needs workThese are 2 of my favorites and I want to hear their take on Drag Race. However they still need some work to make this a must hear pod. - a strong producer could do research in advance and then they could educate the listeners on other cultures or traditions as opposed to just a shrug when they do not know a reference - Listen to each other and the guests so you sound engaged. Right now if feels like you are just waiting to get to the next point. - Bump up the energy in other ways than the continuous laugh. Right now is sounds fake even if it is authentic.
-
PP1.210s, 10s, 10s across the board. This podcast has turned into something very special.
-
DalamzThe laughing! The laughing of both these queens is UNBEARABLE, they are not funny and what they laugh at isn’t. It truly sounds like forced LOUD OBNOXIOUS laughter. Pass.
-
CU4wineThe bestTwo amazing entertainers. Love all their content!!
-

Mickey GaldamezEntertaining !!!Hilariously entertaining! Sentimental even at times. Great pod for the LGBTQIA community, as well drag race fans.

ksr91♥️Love Latrice and Manila ♥️
-
LipinkyPlease stop laughing!!!!Lattice and manilla’s laughs make me want to rip my hair out. It sounds like steel shrieking against more steel. Latrice - if you didn’t make me dislike you enough in all stars 4, you managed to do it with this podcast. I love drag race and want to love this.. I love Alaska and Willam’s show, race chasers. But this... if you weren’t already in a bad mood, this will definitely push you over the edge into full on panic attack mode.
-
brinx00Too much laughingAbout 75% of each episode is having to listen to the hosts laugh loudly at their own jokes that usually aren’t even that funny. Can’t deal with it.
-
JbankWhat?I gave it a try. Listened to an episode. Immediately stopped listening when they admitted to not watching Drag Race Thailand even though it’s been a while since season 1 aired. Also not even knowing that Natalia Pliacam was the first plus queen winner AND throwing shade that she wasn’t even a plus size queen because she didn’t fit the US standard pageant requirements of being plus size. The ignorance is far too much.
-
MP JohnsonLOVE THESE QUEENSJust found this podcast and am in LOVE!! Keep up the great work Queens~
-
AkakinsLuv luv luv this podcast! This is amazing and is such a good time! It’s like I’m hanging with my besties every day!
-
Zigy1983Loving the Ruviews! This podcast is great and Manila and Latrice serve all the tea and shade on these UK queens chopping it all up just right to serve you the best drag race salad!!! Zigy1983
-
ginger snaps69DO YOUR RESEARCHI love these queens so I will always tune in and listen. That being said if you’re going to recap the International iterations of drag race I would rather the hosts or the writers do the research so that you actually know the references. As opposed to having the fans write in and explain? Otherwise it makes it feel like y’all don’t actually care about drag race which we KNOW is not the case? Otherwise it just feels like a bullet point run down of what happened in the ep 🤷🏾♀️
-
JohnmylesFun and LaughterYou can’t possibly listen to The Chop and not laugh. 🤣 Thank you!!
-
JVL1XNPhony-~This is an obvious cash grab to duplicate Race Chaser’s success. I ain’t mad at the hustle just at the content. It just sounds forced and phone in. I’ve always found Manila to be fake and this just heightens those beliefs. Latrice is just loud. Very on brand.
-
rasselio⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Can never get enough Latrilla!!!! 10/10 Latrice’s laugh never fails to give me that extra lil hit of serotonin💘
-
alepomegranateTeam LatrilaLatrice and Manila are such a good pair to listen to. Their banter is always playful, entertaining, and organic. Their energies also compliment each other - Latrice giving unfiltered opinions we are all thinking and Manila offering a diplomatic point of view to offer balance to the show. Love it!
