I listened to both new episodes of this podcast and thoroughly enjoyed the enthusiastic hosts- Kelley, Greydy, Merritt, and intern BJ. They all bring the energy, the news, the behind the scenes stuff, and the tea. Keep up the amazing content!

Am I the only one that has to turn my volume all the way up to get good audio on this? The audio quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great (usually Kelley), and at other points it’s not. Y’all need to move the mics closer or sit stilll or something 🤣

yall can stay mad about simone wearing the goat necklace bc she is the goat. focus more on your audio cutting out in the podcast & less on athletes being better at their craft than yall were at yours.

This show would be great if Jordan Angeli were removed. Shes not a good fit for hosting as she frequently doesn't know what's going on, is bad at holding large space, doesn't ask good questions, and overall just seems uninformed.

i love this podcast. i seriously recommend bringing back Alex Morgan as a guest. Plus Mige purce I agree with your thoughts about the penalty shootout against Sweden I am sad about the World Cup final results.. but I’m excited about the Olympics this summer! And midge purce I hope you make the roster!! same with Alex Morgan im her #1 fan and I will watch every uswnt Olympics game! Good luck!

Katie and Midge have great chemistry. I don’t even love soccer but I love listening to them talk to each other.

The 91st minute was excellent! I know Midge has an NWSL season to finish but if she and Katie want to do a 15 minute episode each week to talk about food, I’ll listen. They have wonderful chemistry. Really hope JWS can do more with them!

I love the 91st podcast so much!!! Katie and Midge we need your entertaining content! The insight and wisdom from Midge as a player was on point, and Katie’s heart and “can you explain that to us” schtick was a match made in heaven. I really hope you continue this podcast in another format. Can they both join Snacks every couple weeks??!? Also, Midge’s velvety voice reading ads makes me want to buy stock in Adobe.. It had little to do with the final penalties shoot out. It had to do with sloppy passing and very poor shots on goal. The team scored 3 goals in 4 games and the 3 were against Vietnam. A world class team cannot go scoreless for three consecutive games and hope to win. Ties are not wins and they paid the price. More shots on goal practice might have helped. Fred R. S. Lamerloque

Midge and Katie have a great banter and they know what they’re taking about (duh)! Just found the show after the USNWT v Portugal group stage draw and they nailed what I wanted to hear for game, player, coaching, etc. analysis … and even better: they called the bull$@*! we’re hearing from some of the media. The misogyny of some of these commentators out here reinforcing the disgusting double standards applied to women’s sports — STILL — is unacceptable! Did any of you see the viral ad the French team has been playing?! You wouldn’t say a fraction of the unfair and unfounded demeaning nonsense if this were the men’s team!!!

I love this show so much!! I am the same age as Kelly and I love listening to her experiences and her questions! I’m now a Gotham fan! I was thrilled to see her come on the field in the game last night and ordered my O’Hara jersey last night!

I’ve followed USWNT and NWSL for years and love Kelley O’Hara as a player. I did not expect to love her this much as a host. She’s so personable and you can tell she really really prepares for each interview. Because of this, I’ve started following so many more amazing women. Update: the latest Jill Ellis episode is the best one yet. Regardless of how you feel about her the conversation is fascinating. Very excited about this rebrand.

I was listening and was blown away at the ease in which Kelly asks the right questions and listens to what her guests are saying. I have no doubt she could be an excellent sportscaster when she hangs up the cleats. Thoroughly enjoyed and will keep listening.

This podcast is so boss! Being able to listen to different stories of female athletes is incredible and JWS is to doing an excellent job of giving coverage of these athletes. Plus, Kelley is a fantastic host!

Kelley is just so entertaining and fun to listen to. She has such good conversations with all of her guests and brings light to many hardships and successes of each athletes’ career.

LOVE Kelley. Not only is she great on the field she is great on this podcast. She conducts fantastic interviews. My all-time favorite female soccer player and member of the USWNT. Also my daughter’s favorite player. She wears #5 because of Kelley. I could not think of a better player and athlete for my daughter to admire. Keep being awesome!!!

Kelley is really good at this. She reminds me a lot of Julie Foudy. Laid back, fun, but still asking the interesting questions.

My all time fave podcast!! Provides an excellent voice for many who are often left out of the conversation. I leave every episode having learned a ton and feeling inspired/motivated to get back to my goals and aspirations. There are few things Kelley excels at higher than soccer, but podcasting is one of them! Her conversation skills, knowledge, passion, and empathy is always on display in these episodes. Not only does her team do amazing research and prep work ahead of time, Kelley takes the time to listen and allow the guest to direct the conversation- a rare talent in the media world. Kelley and the JWS team have set the bar for podcast hosts everywhere! Keep up the good work! Cheers!

Kelly’s interview with Jill Ellis was excellent. With many USWNT players being highly critical of Jill despite their successes during her tenure, it’s nice to hear her version of events. It’s clear she had to make very difficult decisions to turn the team around after they lost bad in the 2016 Olympics. Kelly asks tough questions but also describes the team perspectives during that time. Great.

Love Kelley. Love her guests. Love these stories. Love having this on repeat every week. “Proud to be one!!”

Just an informative, inspiring podcasts telling these deep, interesting stories. They all have a lesson to them, but not in an obvious. Kelley is also great hosting and keeping the conservations light but also diving into deep topics! Great job😍

I just discovered this podcast & it has quickly become one of my favorites! It’s so cool hearing directly from female athletes who I’ve watched on TV so many times & whose careers I’ve followed, some of them since college.

Loved listening to this podcast, right up until JWS decided to post an interview with Sydny Nasello discussing how her dismissal from the NWSL was “political”. Morals and politics are very different animals.

When will new episodes be released? Will you have on more of the Uswnt players?

Kelley does a fantastic job as host. She asks such good questions, and the guests are fascinating. If you haven’t already, give it a listen!

Great idea for a podcast; I would like to hear from someone in the sport I love.

I love this podcast as a way to diversify the women’s athletes I follow. I got into following the WNBA as a result of some of the excellent interviews and now even have gone to a couple of games. I also have learned about sports I didn’t even know existed. I hope there are many more seasons to come.

I started listening to the Just Women’s Sports podcast because I was a USWNT fan who wanted to learn more and listen to episodes featuring the players. I was so impressed with Kelley’s natural ability as a host. She’s so smart. She asks all the right questions. She really connects with her guests. While I’m partial to the episodes with soccer and basketball players, she does well to make every episode special and interesting. This podcast is exactly what we need for more investment in women’s sports. Listen to an episode, it will become a favorite!

As a young girl I was obsessed with sports, they were my everything. It was always weird to me though that I never enjoyed watching sports. I felt no desire and no connection. I realize now as a young woman it was because I had no desire to watch men’s sports, they didn’t inspire me because I could never be what they were or do what they were doing. Mainstream media only showing men’s sports withheld an inspired young girl. Just Women’s Sports podcast is what I needed. I am obsessed with hearing these player’s stories and am inspired to inspire the next generation of female athletes. We must continue to show young female athletes that there is a next level for them and inspire them to go after what they want!! Thank you Just Women Sports :)

It’s so fun and empowering to finally hear behind the scenes stories, ups, and downs of incredible female athletes. I wish I’d had these stories to listen to when I was younger as an athlete, but even as an adult, these stories are so inspiring! I love listening to the show.

Loving this show! Kelly is a great interviewer, she steers the conversations in such a professional manner. I’ll always prefer her on the pitch, but man she’s great at podcasting! It’s always easy to follow where they’re going! Her guests so far have been some of my favorite women in sports and the inside look you get is so fun and not found anywhere else!

As someone who looks at the USWNT as my idols, I have been loving getting to know more about the players she has interviewed and their perspectives with their time as professional soccer players. Consider a name change-Just White Women Sports it would be honest.

This is a great show with wonderful insight into the lives of these athletes. Kelly is an amazing host, and the conversations flow so naturally. Some suggestions for possible guests: Meryl Davis, Tobin Heath, Sue Bird, Maia Shibutani, Christen Press, Simone Biles, Laurie Hernandez, Dawn Harper Nelson

I love listening to these women talk about their stories. I also want to help promote women’s sports and get them more national spotlight and airtime. Also, I think you should get Kristin Armstrong (3x gold medal cyclist) on the pod.

I’m a guy and big sports fan. Kelley does a great job with these. The world’s best athletes relate to her and really open up. Love hearing the differing stories of how each guest got to the top, including all the downs and doubts.

Keep it up Kelley! Appreciate the diverse group you bring in to interview. I love the soccer players, but as a fan of all women sports, it’s cool to hear from big names in other sports as well. Cat Osterman was my hero growing up. Met her in Akron, OH at the Akron Racers stadium while wearing a University of Texas shirt when I was 15 and she signed my softball. Still one of my favorite memories today!
