An incredibly valuable podcast loaded with knowledge, insight and a little humor. So many bright and intelligent leaders from around the world in their respective fields paving the way on a topic that needs to be shared. As a builder originally from NZ and now living in Boston, MA. I know and understand the challenges around what can often be a difficult subject for some to wrap there heads around but this podcast offers real evidence based knowledge and solutions. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Such a helpful and accessible podcast about an important and occasionally technical topic. One minor quibble: it's not atypical, but when a male host interviews a female expert (e.g., the Sian Taylor episode), the host not infrequently interrupts the expert in a way that does not occur in other episodes. Something that commonly happens, for sure (unconscious biases are amazing things), but something to improve upon! Thank you so much for providing such a comprehensive, up-to-date, and invaluable resource to everyone. What an incredible service you are all providing.
