Great podcast! Love listening to all the x-men content on my way to work in the morning!

A great podcast for any X-Men fan (from the casual fan to the super fan)! Dayspring has such great chemistry with every guest he gets and gets a ton of really great guests.

I used to really enjoy this show. Even when the host wasn’t a fan of something, they were constructive with their criticism. Now they openly spew hate and gleefully degrade the material their entire show is about. I know not all the stories will be loved, but I don’t see the need for such outright hatred and ramblings of insults. Be kind. Find a better way to voice your truth, and think about the people your words are reaching.

I just discovered this podcast (via the YouTube versions of some of the episodes) a few weeks ago, and now I am happily binging every minute posted since Episode 1! Dayspring’s passion for all things X-Men, his infectious enthusiasm, and his welcoming aura make this podcast irresistible. And when partnered with The Adjectiveless Flinkman, the alchemy that results cannot be matched! Alas, Flinkman often cannot make it to the show, but Dayspring’s cast of guest hosts are legion! And the interviews! OMG, the interviews! You name them, they’ve been on this podcast! Every influential X-writer, artist, actor, voice actor, producer, show runner, and editor has been interviewed on this podcast. And their reaction to Dayspring’s delightful soul is immediate and identical to mine: you can hear (or see on YouTube) them fall in love with him within minutes. It’s no surprise that Dayspring has become friends with guests outside of the podcast (e.g., Lenore Zann, Larry Houston, and others). Bottom line? If you love the X-Men, this podcast will make your heart explode. If you just like the X-Men this podcast will cause you to embrace them with all the affection that you can muster! Do yourself a HUGE favor and become addicted to this podcast today! And Flinkman, if you’re reading this, please return to the podcast on a more-regular basis. You are spectacular (yes, that is your adjective)!

Dayspring is the best!!!

I’ve been listening to this podcast since it’s rebranding. I’ve greatly enjoyed the variety of topics that get discussed and broken down. The host has many times said that it’s a community for all that love comics—specifically X-Men and I truly see that. However, I’ve noticed the podcast now tends to reuse the same guests, instead of bringing in different people as it once did. I liked hearing the thoughts and interpretations of others that once were regularly featured, as well as new people bringing in their personal options to the topic at hand. I feel that this podcast has lost that appeal somewhat. Since this podcast has grown, my hope is that it doesn’t lose its light—of what made it a very fun and open place for anyone to bring in their voice, as the host has stated, that anyone can come in for a fun and open discussion, instead of featuring those who are becoming well known in the cosplay world or work in the comic industry. I’ll continue to listen in as a fan, as I enjoy the variety of topics. However, as a sole listener, I do miss the different guests and would like to once again see others get to come on and have their moment to voice their thoughts and opinions.

A deep and thoughtful analysis of the 90s classic story: the Age of Apocalypse. Dayspring and Mr Scott Free are charming and start the show with quick hits of news before setting the table for the issue that’s being discussed. I started listening to this podcast rather recently, and it’s quickly become one of my “go-to” podcasts about all-things “X” and X-Men! I love the perspectives the guys provide not only on current happenings in the world of X but also past stories, and the special guests are always fun. Keep up the X-cellent work (weekly, please).

For someone who has never been exposed to x-men until meeting Flinkman IRL, I have learned so much about the group and the depth in the storylines. Love that they explained the Beast hate to this newbie hahaha ♥️

Been a long time X-Men fanboy so coming across this podcast has been a true pleasure! It’s refreshing to hear their opinions on old issues and discovering something new from their vast knowledge on the series. You can tell they have a lot of passion for the X-Men and their witty banter is a bonus!

This is a really entertaining and knowledgeable podcast. The presentation is very professional and they delve deep into the X-Men mythos and topics. I highly recommend it.

A great dynamic between the hosts and they had two of the Generation X actors on. I loved that pilot (film?) growing up. I probably can recite it word for word.

Love Marvel and Avengers, but X-Men is my first love.
