Fantastic podcast covering the Moto portion of the Dakar Rally. Quinn’s insight having raced the event adds so much and actually having contact with the competitors and their support folks makes this podcast great! It is so hard to find good info on the race, but you guys really help assuage my Dakar addiction. Great to see sponsors coming on board, they are all great companies whose products I use. Maybe you guys could do a podcast a month for the rest of the year, updates as available and quick coverage of other rally events and things like Ricky racing Vegas to Reno, etc.

Dakar news is tough to find in the US so I am very pleased to have come across your podcast. Great insider information and chats with Rally riders and support team members brings the audience super close to the action. Thanks to Jesse and Cody for the work you both do to put your podcast together for Dakar Rally fans!

Quinn Cody and Jesse Ziegler are doing a great job to keep us back in America informed about the ups and downs that are the Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia. Rule changes, strategy and controversy all covered here. The best part is they have the credibility to get interviews and information almost on demand. Look at the guest list Brabec, Price, Campbell, Short, Sanz Villadoms and early Overall rally leader American Skyler Howes. Keep it up boys!

Hate to be the negative one here, as I’m super stoked about this show and have enjoyed all the pre-event content. My gripe is the sound quality. I’m listening while driving and have the volume cranked to the max and still cannot hear what Jesse is saying! It’s as if he’s intermittently whispering or not speaking into the mic. Please speak into the mic!! The key to great podcasts is sound quality. Listening to Joe Rogan or Jocko Willink you don’t get the “ladies of NPR” effect you hear on this show. Really enjoying the interviews and looking forward to more updates!

Just finished the Stage 00 episode. Every year I struggle to follow the Dakar. This podcast is the "home base" to help follow a sport where updates are hard to keep organized and follow. The first few episodes are American-focused interviews. Stage 00 helped paint a picture about what the riders experienced and what will come next. If you are not sure how to follow the Dakar 2021, this is a must-listen!

Great to hear so many interesting people talk about rally raid given there’s so little media coverage. Great perspectives on rule changes, training, “the Americans,” Skyler’s truth that getting to the starting line is the hardest, etc. Would love to hear more with Jimmy Lewis, Johnny Campbell, a Dakar first timer and maybe a seasoned amateur like Petr Vlcek.

Can’t wait for the next episode and your coverage of The Dakar! It’s in my blood to be a Dakar nerd myself. I know Kurt was so humbled and in awe to have been thrown into the Dakar world in 2013.
