Listening to The Purge episode and hearing that Kaity lives in my neighborhood is crazy. I just found this podcast recently and I love hearing the teacher banter, as I am also a horror-loving (math) teacher. I can’t wait to catch up to the episodes and hear more.

I enjoy hearing their opinions and experiences. I appreciate the advice about showing horror to children, very helpful. Looking forward to binging the whole series.

I love that this feels like I’m listening in on 2 friends talk over a horror film they’ve watched. I would prefer a little more movie chat & a lot less day to day catch up. This show has the definite potential to take over the other annoyingly pretentious movie review podcast. They just need to fine tune it a bit

Stumbled across your podcast as i was looking for a new horror podcast. I listened to your Exorcist episode and from the start, i was laughing so much at how you shared your life stories. Then you did the review on the movie which was very thorough. And i loved how yoy ended your podcast with conversation about the movie! This wasn’t your usual wham bam review a movie that I typically hear but instead a dinner first, then the action, then conversation afterwards. LoL. Only two episodes and I love it already. I’m a little biased as the amazing Meredith is a good friend(and I wrote the theme music as well - thanks for the credit), but this podcast captures everything that I love about talking film with friends. Keep going you guys! Love. This. Podcast!!!

I’m really enjoying the show thus far, it’s nice to get the perspective of women regarding horror, and also really great to get some parental thoughts/input/advice. Meredith and Kaity have a great rapport, and I’m interested in hearing their perspectives on future films.
