skiddly TiffersExcellentThis podcast is excellent. The length is always informative but she doesn't drag the podcasts out. Amanda shares great tips and advice and her energy shines through in all she does; this podcast is no exception. She is passionate about helping people live their best life and be pain free and less stressed about bodily functions. She wants everyone to succeed and works hard to make it happen. She has a vast amount of wisdom and I'm learning more with this podcast. She's open, she's encouraging, she's relatable, she's insightful, she's fun.

k3ThroneEYPFollow the podcast, and follow the IG account- you won’t be disappointed. I’m a busy mom of three who works full time but after back to back babies my pelvic floor has been a mess. After being a grown woman peeing my bed became old and finding that pain with sex is not something you live with, I tuned into EYP and have loved it every since. I have the BAB class and still use it six months postpartum. I’m strides better than I was when I started, but I’ve since learned more things I thought were normal are NOT and are part of pelvic floor dysfunction. EYP Instagram and podcasts are the resources that have helped me reshape my body and pelvic floor and look at like after babies in a whole new way. Plus… they are insanely funny and so nice!

MorganCooper23Educational and entertaining!Amanda and Morgan are THE dynamic duo you didn’t know you needed! They are incredibly knowledgeable about all things pelvic floor related and bring levity and joy to the conversation. Before listening to them I would just thought “I leaked” - little did I know that I was suffering from incontinence. I’m only 23 and didn’t think that could happen until postpartum but now I know exercises to help. Thank you both!
