Arlon56Follow a way to free myself from insulin resistance and all the associated diseasesDr Fung method has changed my life, I had to tell my Doctor that I was going on a intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet and to monitor me. He thought I was crazy, but agreed. His original podcast stopped, but now I have found Megan Ramos and Nadia. I have lost 55 pounds, have only one medication for diabetes (Metformin) instead of 3, one hypertension medication instead of 2, 40 mgs of Atorvastatin instead of 80. I started at 220pounds and between 160 to 165. AC1 was 7.1 when I started, now between 5.9 to 6.4. With what I am learning from this podcast I hope to reach a weight between 145 to 150 pounds. With such great advice from people who couched lots of other people to a diabetes free life, I now believe I too can do this. Thank you for bringing this information to the many people in the world who really appreciate and need it. Here is to reaching an AC1 of 5.5 or lower

ObistrikStrugglesI’ve listened to this podcast from the very beginning and it’s changed and I love the changes over time how’s it’s grown. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate when they talk about how hard it actually is to fast for your health, please keep it up ladies, tell me more about your struggles it keeps me going!

achebeeMore practical science, less therapy pleaseI’ve been a listener for years, and while every host has their strengths I listen primarily for Megan and Nadia’s practical advice and explanations. I’ve noticed more and more recent content is about psychological and behavioral challenges and while I know there’s an audience for coach Terry and Heather, I wish the podcast would return to its roots and give us more of Nadia and Megan’s content too. I rarely listen these days because the therapy stuff is just not at all interesting to me.

Chirps99Good podcast on IFI always look forward to your podcasts. You have given so many great answers to questions I’ve had about intermittent fasting the past couple of years, and what I’ve learned from you has been such a support to me in my fasting program.

Totally, totally FrustratedNo longer of much interestI started listening to this podcast when it launched and as a newbie to fasting and TRE, loved the concrete, practical, educational, and problem solving information Nadia & Megan initially provided. These days, although the podcast is still accessible publicly, it seems mostly intended for TFM members. If that’s you, you may love this podcast. I was excited when they started featuring Q&As with Dr Fung, but unfortunately the questions are often narrow or hyper technical and not of much interest to me as a general listener. These days I prefer listening to Dr Fung’s YouTube channel. He is such a great communicator that even his medical lectures are interesting and useful.

EmeraldMelodyAmazingThis is exactly the podcast I need to support me on my ADF Journey. All these topics being discussed thoughtfully and openly, it’s so supportive and really makes me feel less alone. Dr. Terri in particular (especially her episode on focusing on/asking yourself questions about your relationship with food) is amazing. Thank you thank you thank you for creating this resource!!!!

modest99Very informative! This podcast is wonderful, I wish they had more real life experience interviews of all ages to help give examples and hope to all of us. My favorite host is Terri followed by Megan they are wonderful to listen to! Keep it up!

Gal_220Living room familiarityHow pleasant, comforting, inspiring, or educational every three minutes can be! I have to put mine on pause with kids sometimes, so continuous listening is a luxury. Follow this Podcast for two reasons: 1) to be more adept at fasting, during any stage of improving metabolic health 2) listening itself, as an activity, is constructively choosing community over maladaptive habits! Dr Fung’s thorough, organized resources have a great supplement in this podcast because an auditory learner like me can accentuate what he or she has been diligent to discover from reading or taking notes on YouTube lessons!

Slow fasterGreat podcastI keep a list of episodes I listen to multiple times. They help keep me centered on my fasting and eating plan. Even when I listen and think, this doesn’t fit for me, I find a gem in the episode. I joined TFM community; I have taken classes. As someone else noted, I like that this is rooted in science.
-
kmtzAlways EducationalThere are so many fasting podcasts that are junk science, but this particular one is based on Dr. Fung‘s work. I highly recommend it if you want to get into fasting to get healthy and lose weight!
-
GadesserEpisode 6 - Megan Ramos - AmazingSuch a personal story. Megans history and journey to The Fasting Method is real, and touching. Hearing her talk about her mother’s illness is baffling. Thank you for your honesty.
-
martie_mcfly13Get rid of Nadia and TerriNadia and Terri are painful to listen to. They have major grifter energy and talk constantly without saying anything. I only like the episodes with Megan.
-
ToddOToddGreat podOne negative that I’ll start with is that Terry’s microphone is too good. Her voice is so crisp, you can hear everything that her mouth does. It’s very distracting for a person like me. I cannot listen to her pods. It’s a me thing. I’ve found that this is the only podcast on fasting and everything around it that I can listen too on a consistent basis. Even when discussions are on women’s issues, I fine benefit from it. None of it ever gets old. Keep it going team. Great work. And I hope my criticism of Terry’s microphone lands softly. Thank you.

arsocairoEpisode 137This is a phenomenal episode. It hits you right in those uncomfortable places. The places that you know are true. The Fasting Method continues to be one of the best health podcasts out there. I encourage everyone to give it a try.

Amy from middle AmericaTFM Family for LifeIf you haven’t already, give yourself the gift of a year of TFM! I did and worked on myself 22-23 year. If you can afford the coaching, then definitely do that too. I am a healthy person thanks to TFM. I miss the TFM family. I am so glad I get to listen to the wonderful coaches here on the podcast. Thank you for all you do!

corpus77Great for beginnersI like the podcast- very informational. I just wish Ms. Ramos would not go on these rants about HER - I understand it may be to give some examples but it’d be nice to just hear useful information to the questions being asked. Other than that I really do enjoy the Q&A sessions and the podcast in general, has been the best by far out there especially for beginners.
-
Alex<Chicago>Life Changing Podcast!!!I’m down 45 lbs this year following Megan, Nadia, and Terri’s teachings. This podcast coupled with Dr. Fung’s Obesity Code book have helped me reverse diabetes, lower blood pressure to a healthy range, and on path to heal my fatty liver!
-

t_ellisEpisode 79I am a faithful listener of The Fasting Method Podcast. I have many favorite episodes but episode #79 really resonated with me. The discussion of not putting yourself in a box with your fasting schedule and being flexible struck a chord. Hearing personal struggles that Megan shared really helped me feel better about my own journey. I can count on Terry, Megan and Nadia to be the voice of reason when it comes to making fasting a lifestyle. Thank you ladies for providing so much knowledge and guidance!
-
PanamumSo much information! This is my favorite podcast about fasting, I absolutely love Terri, her information is priceless. Megan is also very informative but can be long winded, and also out of breath… like she talks in one breath and one tone while holding her air in. I still need to get used to Nadia… her 1:1 faq episodes are my least favorite, I also find her combative with her cohosts at times, and she doesn’t resonate with me as much as the other two co hosts… perhaps she’ll grow on me.
-
Nairobi girlINCREDIBLE!A friend recommended an the episode on our relationship with food and I was hooked. I subscribed and went back to the every first episode and started listening. I finished all 77 episodes in a little over a month, I’ve learned so much. I’ve been an avid exercise fanatic for years and even with eating “right”my weight just kept going up every year. It was very discouraging. I started fasting April 1st and as of today May 1st, I’ve lost 10 pounds! I cannot remember last time I lost that much weight in that little time. This is it! Thank you for all the information, insights, stories and member transformation episodes. I’ve listened to Heather’s episode like 6 times. I’ve sent it to so many friends and family because it is simply AMAZING!!! Keep up the good work and keep the episodes coming.
-
Tamara McKinneyThank YouI appreciate all the work out in here. This program has changed my life. I will always be thankful and grateful for this phase of life. The fasting method is my life plan. Tamara

Chrisss MBest info!!There is so much contradicting info on fasting, diet etc. You both are so down to earth and reasonable, and of course Dr. Fung, I can’t thank you enough!!
-

Love KetoExcellent podcast regarding fastingOne of the best podcasts for learning about fasting, the benefits of fasting, motivation to try fasting. I've been practicing intermittent fasting and 24 hour fasting for years but I always seem to learn a thing or two from this podcast. Well done, Megan and Nadia!
-
CanuckGurlInNYCGreat Information, Production IssuesThis podcast is a great resource to add to your fasting toolkit, lots of useful information! My minor annoyances are with the production and presentation. The sound isn’t great, usually very tinny and hallow sounding, bracelets jangling or other background noises and just all around sound levels being off. The other issue is as amazing as Megan Ramos is, she tends to be extremely long winded, usually due repeating herself constantly by rewording things over and over again within the same response, and has a bad tendency of cutting into guest speakers time and answers by going off on a tangent with filler comments. While they’re usually complimentary, we get it, move on, zip it and let the person speak.
-
pcosqueenScience pleaseI’m always open minded to hear about different perspectives and I love wellness podcasts, but I find this one particularly concerning and here’s why. I’m not hearing any science backing these claims… ex: when talking about resistant starches, the hosts stating that you have to eat starches cold (not true) and then basically coming around to say that those foods should be completely avoided by anyone who is insulin resistant is pretty alarming to me as a healthcare professional. Surely they are doing research on the questions before recording the show, so it’s concerning that there aren’t any cited studies backing up these answers they are providing... at least state the studies are ongoing? Look into it if you’re curious… lots of studies going on with CGMs, and the results are pretty interesting, and please do not believe that reheated potatoes, or any starch for that matter, is the enemy. Bottom line: I think it’s irresponsible to make claims and not back them up. Buyer beware- would recommend listening to Huberman Lab or other credible sources that use science to back up their recommendations.
-
lbjiowaBest podcast for IFThe details and experiences shared in this podcast are priceless!
-
Tess FrankLove this podcast! So informative and inspiring! Both Megan and Nadia are engaging and helpful- I’ve been fasting and eating OMAD for about 3 months and am feeling great… way better results than any diet I’ve tried before, too! I’d also like to offer some constructive criticism - while Megan’s bubbly enthusiasm is very sweet, I think her laughing during the podcasts is very distracting; it undermines her credibility and detracts from how very knowledgeable she is. I believe with a little practice / increased awareness that this is happening, Megan can address this and present herself as a true expert who commands respect (which she obviously is!).
-
EeshBeeAmazing podcast!I love listening to Megan and Nadia! They share so much great information and answer so many important questions related to the fasting lifestyle. I love that they encourage listeners to find what works for them instead of a one size fits all approach. I’m so glad they are getting this important information out to the public. If you struggle with your weight, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver or any other metabolic syndrome, I highly recommend this podcast!
-
JW12AceBest Fasting ResourceI’ve lost over 65 pounds fasting, but unlike other fasting podcasts this one answers questions that others just don’t.
