    To me, my nerds!
Everything Filly and company do is gold. The X-Men ‘97 coverage is omega level. As a 41 year old nerd, “What did I miss?”, is right up my alley.

This is THE wheel of time podcast!
So happy you three are keeping the coverage going! Love your dynamic and enthusiasm, and your analysis is so helpful to the WOT novice.

    Here for Taran
Heard Taran Armstrong would be a guest on the podcast from his BB25 Live Feed update. I had no idea he read the WoT books. This is awesome. I became a fan of the WoT TV show after episode 1x4 and ended up bingeing all 15 audiobooks in about two months. Nynaeve is my favorite.

    Meh
Not enjoying this season’s recaps very much. Has way too much of a pre-teen slumber party vibe. And for the love of god- please stop saying “for the X of it all!” This crutch makes me scream inside - it’s said multiple times per episode.

    Great recaps
The recaps are fun and informative, maybe a little too positive considering some of the storylines that are being butchered. But a great listen nonetheless.

Fun and informative but sometimes annoying
This show is fun and informative and great at giving the listener a chance to relive the magic of the books and show. But the repeated use of the phrase “of it all” is increasingly frustrating. Finishing every other sentence with “the X of it all…” or “the Y of it all…” Someone started it and it’s spreading to even the guests on the show.

    Want to like this
I appreciate the manner in which the hosts approach the recap of Amazon’s WoT but the post production of the show makes it very challenging to enjoy. One host seems to be yelling every 5th word while the other host (Philly) has a softer/quieter delivery. I had my hand on the volume the entire episode for WoT s1e1. I really wish they had regulated the audio or tried to speak at a consistent volume. It was really distracting and not pleasant to listen to. Hope this was just a one episode lapse in quality because I really do want to like the show.

For me, a non book reader this is hands down the best show review
I’ve been borderline disgusted with other reviewers who compare the show to the books so aggressively. I realize it’s unavoidable but the attitude that some reviewers use is so negative. Rich (Filly) is so enthusiastic about the show even when he points out changes from the books it’s not a negative - it’s more matter-of-fact. I feel his curiosity and wonder about each episode even though he knows where the show is going. He is able to thoughtfully and beautifully articulate his feelings on the show and it’s really making me enjoy WOT even more. Thanks guys! Big fan here!

Great hosts. Book club is the best.
I love the guests they have for the book club! Rich sometimes talks over them a little but he’s great. Love josh and Rich going over the show.

    Great Insight
I like the point of view and opinions of the TV series compared with the books. I loved the books and I love the show so far. I appreciate the story discussed as a whole without worrying about spoilers. Great thought provoking questions and comments! The only thing that annoys a little bit is the use of the word “right” as a filler like “um”. Maybe edit out a few of those in post production.

    Wheel of Time Newbie Here
I know nothing about the Wheel of Time, but Josh and Filly already have me so excited for the show to premiere! Excited to walk through the series with them as my guide.
